I would change the compression setup on the shocks. Adjust them all the way down and turn them up 3-4 clicks(Good place to start at), and you can fine tune it from there. This made a major difference in the ride of the my machine.
That looks like a fantastic place to ride! Nice drone footage too! I think I saw something on TH-cam about an ecu tune that would allow you to get into the low 60s.
Yeah the shocks are set at a stiffer setting . The suspension on these is very good . Turn down the stiffness and you will notice a world of difference
How much air are you running in your tires? I do 10 in the front and 12 in the back of our 2020 machine wolverine. Nice ride and have no problem with our rig.
I've been researching the machine for a while, and I read you can get a clutch kit from Yamaha, and a 14 rim and tire package that will let you run about 60mph, which is fast enough on black surfaces..
I have the same dislike for the seat belt. It's always getting caught on that shoulder pad. I have the 2021 850 R-spec and mine tops out at 55 mph and it wants to go faster but is limited. Nice scenery. 👍
I have the 2020 XTR you gotta remove the rear sway bar and spend some time tuning the shocks and you will be surprised! The RMAX has that set up and it makes the X2 ride way better
Adjust your shocks up properly and you will be all good, i do some rough riding with mine but took a few adjustments and they soak it up real good, and tire psi is key too 👍🤙

I disconnected both sway bars on my 2021 Wolverine X4 and it handles the bumpy roads way better now. Didn’t like how rough it was with them connected

I just bought a 2023 but not sure if I should have gotten the uforce 1000. The first thing I'm taking off is that shoulder bolster!
Have fun out there.

That is what I was running as well.
Your tires look very full. My tires have a sag and absorb a lot of the small choppy bumps. Also helps with punctures.

Awesome video! I might have missed it in another video but have you tried unhooking either of your sway bars?
Great videos by the way, very informative and nice machine!!
Definitely crank shock adjustment to soft settings makes huge difference as unit is designed to carry heavy loads as set stk

Are you on wolverine forums? There is some great info on the suspension setup on these machines as well as upgrades.

Have you ever thought about doing a long travel suspension kit?
I haven't but I think this machine needs it for trails.

What do you take your tires down too?
@@silencesir1987 I run mine at 14psi. 👍
Did you take the time to adjust the suspension? Also must put the 4 point harnesses in.
Did not adjust suspension
Try taking off the front rear control bars, maybe not as bumpy, I might on my 850x2
Interesting idea.
Strange, really rocky trails feel rough, who would have thunk? haha
With ecu reflash and 28 tires will get 60+ don't like stk tires anyway
Seat belt FIX. Just hook it up behind the seat. I did and its no longer a problem . "Thanx Fer Sharin"
Adjust your shocks.
