The rule in the tackle is that you must let the ball go immediately if any part of your knee is on the ground AND the defender still has a hold of you. If the defender does not have a hold of you, you may get back up and resume playing. When you are compelled to release the ball, you are allowed to pass it to a team mate off the ground...provided you're not obstructing the "play the ball"...in other words you are not interfering with the defenders right to get the ball back for their team.

You can NOT control the bounce of the Ball ... you can attempt to anticipate it though ..
its called ball skills there is a technic how to kick the ball to make it come back to you or roll away from you ball skills again
