    Some of the best riding I've seen in a while without going full "Red Bull" . Just the right amount of speed without eating a tree. Great skills

    Roscoe 9 was on my short list, ended up going for the Rocky Mountain Growler 50

    Really nice riding and video quality, mind if I ask what kind of camera setup do you us?

      I used a GoPro Hero 8 on a GoPro Chesty mount. If you look at @ShredYard on TH-cam, he has a video on GoPro settings that I used, for the most part.

    What size was the bike and how tall are you guys? Always curious with on trail feel sizing…

      Both size L bikes and I am 6’, Pat, the owner of the Roscoe, is 5”9-5’10, with a long arm span

    is the 8 still good ? i think it will be my first mtb bike, i found one for 700 euros

      The 8 is still a great bike, you would just have room to upgrade components as you go if you wanted.

    I had a good time watching the video. I plan to buy Roscoe 9, but is it difficult to climb?

    • @BeachModeBiking
      @BeachModeBiking  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      No, this bike climbs exceptionally well.

      Stock hubs on both. Remedy I just added the extra pawls so it’s the 108 engagement.

    Hey dude,
    I'm lurking all the time around a Remedy ...
    Maybe you can help with sizing, because I'm 180cm and an inseam length of 81cm between M/L and L and your riding style is about the same as mine, at least I‘m trying to get to your level 🤘🏼😅
    Cheers ✌🏼

    • @BeachModeBiking
      @BeachModeBiking  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The bike feels small in reach compared to other large bikes. I would go up if you are in between! 🤙🏻

      maybe I'm a bit late, but remedy has a very interesting geometry
      I'd recommend taking an L
      basically... what remedy is - it's an M when you stand on your pedals with ~455 reach, and an L when you pedal it
      It's also pretty short - about 1200 wheelbase
      My thoughts about it - if you like a trail bike with more travel coming from a dirt jump background. It's more of a beefy trail bike than an enduro bike.
      I'm 179cm, and L fits me perfectly as I don't like very long bikes. As for knockblock, you can get a reverse angleset spacer under your headtube and ditch it. The bike run officially up to 170mm fork anyways.
