Ike - I tried to buy a copy through the publisher but ran in to an issue at checkout: "Delivery to your region unavailable" or words to that effect. I'm in Toronto, so not sure what the issue is but I reached out to them and have yet to hear back. I also let Mark (IHS) know. Hopefully this can get sorted ASAP as I've been waiting for my copy since it was first announced! Cheers.
