No to huge resorts. Albania seriously needs to prioritise protecting their nature. I live in an area of Canada with huge tourist traffic and luckily many years ago a lot of land was protected. Once the land is gone it's gone, to be replaced by huge swathes of pink or multi coloured villas. Even though much land is protected here, the developers are blasting the heck out of the mountains to build houses with 'ocean views'. Money talks :(

Pretty much just until the parking lot. From the they had a chain in front of the road. But some people I think drive in off road from the side. Maybe when theres no one there in the evening. Not sure
In Albania you have to have ur car lights on during the day also i got some many times tickets for that reason and am Albanian myself this law is just recently

No one denies the advantage of renting a car they are a lot, as you said stopping by to enjoy a view you can not do that using a bus or public transport.
