- Hallo ,in letzter Zeit kam ich " Videotechnisch " mit dem Ovali nicht so viel vorran ,gestern allerdings
ging es endlich wieder weiter mit den "Dreharbeiten" . Video folgt so schnell wie möglich.
Heute gibt es eine Aufarbeitung des Seitenteilvideos . "1.0" war sehr spartanisch wenn man
zurück denkt wieviel Vormontage und Messungen nötig waren.
Ich hoffe es gefällt und natürlich freue ich mich über Kommetare ,Like´s und vielleicht ein Abo.
Das ist der Lohn des kleinen TH-camrs ;-)

Die reparierten Teile sehen aus wie NEU. Fast schon zu gut, man sieht ja gar nicht, wie viel Arbeit du da reingesteckt hast -alles neu. Respekt.

Danke. Ich hätte es nie gedacht aber es kommt anders als man denkt😊.Es sollte auch nur ein Lückenfüller werden.
Der Schnitt hat um die 16h gedauert aber ich hatte jede Minute Spaß. Wer guckt sich nicht gerne Bilder und Videos von seiner Restauration an.
Mittlerweile ist es so das ich versuche mehr und mehr zu lernen beim filmen und Schnitt so das ich es mir nach Jahren noch gerne angucke.
Beim Projekt selbst war und ist es nicht anders ,man wächst mit und das macht Spaß.
Wenn andere daran auch Gefallen finden freut einen das natürlich. LG Mark und Danke für Deine (Eure) Unterstützung

A pleasure to finally see someone use the factory correct spot welder, - restores usually seems to enjoy spending endless time grinding down their welds !
Yes, thank you for your comment. You speak to me from the soul, although it is also an investment such a spot welding gun. I wanted the body to be as original as possible. Spot welding guns were already worthwhile on the sill from below, as much as it was already welded at the factory. I also have several cars that need this welding technique. I am particularly looking forward to the T1 🤙🏻
Great video restoration. Nice to see spot welding for a change. I'm amazed that a complete inner wing section is now available. In my day ( many moons ago ) we had to cut and patch the rust. 🤗🤗
Thank you for your comment, yes it's true there are now good parts for the very old cars. They are not cheap but the quality is sensational. When I got this part I knew I couldn't drill any holes in it. After that I shuddered for a way to spot weld it. It was definitely worth it.🤙🏻🥰

@@s.h.5932 ja, zwischen den Blechen perfekt wenn man mit der Punktschweißzange arbeitet ,besser wie bei normalen MiG MaG schweißen.Da habe ich manchmal das Gefühl das der Kontakt nicht so mega ist.Am besten dann sehr dünn auftragen oder das Blech unter dem gelochten Blech einwenig blank lassen zum punkten.Beim schweißen verläuft er dann ja schön zwischen den Blechen. Überschüssiges dann weg wischen. (Mit Nitroverdünnung) .Er ist nicht überlackierbar . Es ist ein Primer auf Bitumenbasis. 👍🏻
