    Weight: 3,4 kg
    . length: 101 cm, barrel length: 37 cm, calibers: .177 & 22.
Made of "specially selected parts", what ever that means (sales pitch anyone?) Excellent precision. Wonderful triggers. Slightly higher comb on the stock compared to the Camarque model. Different barrel ends on the Lothar Walther barrel and a triggerguard in brass were options. These were made from 1988 and forwards with the EX-88 as the last model of these wonderful sidelevers.
End of the line. The last breath from the air mattress. The endgame.
They never got better than those two models. I own an EX-88 and will never part from it. Simply wonderful guns and a wonderful part of British airgun history.
There IS an beartrap lever that can be actuated to de-cock the gun, it´s a fiddely job but can be done in a pinch and I would NOT suggest those "cleaning pellets" alone since the spring and piston are calculated to work with the force of driving a pellet thru the barrel. A cleaning pellet doesn´t provide the necessary force to calm things down and is almost the same as a dryfire.
Screw off the loading gate and use a boresnake or wire with a cleaning cloth. Hoppe´s No9 is a great solvent to get rid of the barrel crud and don´t harm the seals. Just don´t get it inside the cylinder/piston area!

Hi Tim, I just bought the self same gun in almost as new condition. Bit twangier than yours but very accurate. Sold to me as a mistral but definitely an SE90. A keeper for sure.

These can be de-cocked. Hold down the little plastic tab half way down the cylinder with right thumb while bracing the lever against same elbow and pulling trigger. Had a Bora AL in '90

I've got one of these. Had it from brand new from 1990...ooh, can't remember the year, probably 90/91. Mine has a left handed stock on it (as I'm a lefty). Lovely rifle.

Great guns derived from the old Sussex Armoury guns like the Woodsman and earlier the Jackal. I have one of the very last/ very first guns ut was one of the verg last ever Sussex Armoury Woodsman air rifles byt also one of the very first Air Arms airrifles as ut is a Woodsman but between the dovetails it clearly has Air Arms stqmped into the main tube.
It looks very similar to your SE90.
Lovely old guns it is a shame side levers are alsmot non existant these days byt at least we have a few increadible examples like the Diana Air King which not only looks incredible but also being semi recoiless springer is alao one if the most accurate.
It would be good to see Air Arms re-introduce a side lever especially jf it had the quality of guns like the TX200 and the HW77. For me the only downsupide is the extremely loud clicks from the bear trap m3chanism but it has been shown this can be almsot silent.

Air Arms started in 1985, but was really just an reoginazion of the older Sussex Arms that started make this type of sidelevers in the late 70s.
They never got better than this SE90, and the EX88, those was mostly for the Scandinavian market and is not uncommon there.
It was Webleys Tracker that had started a hype in the middle 80s here that lead to import of AA sidelevers as they look simmilar, i thing they really they are better guns too, as the barrels was LW.
I have one of these se90s built i 91, that was the year TX200 came and they stopped make sidelevers totaly.
