I got fit for the x100s dynamic gold and don’t understand how that differs from the 120g you have showed here. What’s the main reasons someone would want the extra stiff 130g?
Good question. The X100 is a 130g shaft and a pretty stiff profile. The C-Taper 130 X is one of the stiffest iron shafts that you can get so the X100 gives a little more feel. The fitter then threw David into the Modus 120x and basically the difference in that shaft, especially being lighter, allows him to feel the head a bit more in the handle in particular while still having the tip section being stiff. Typically, the lighter the shaft, the more the shaft loads, the more feel you have, especially for players whose swings are very timing dependent. Another way to put it is the lighter the shaft, the more you load it, the more you feel. This is pretty consistent across the board but there are still some shafts that are lighter but still maintain some more stiffness. One example would be the C-Taper 120X is still much stouter than the Modus 120X because the Modus is softer in the handle area. Hope this helps!
Who is love❤
Is it a forged head, or a forged face welded on to a cast head?
It is a forged hollow body construction with a forged L-face. These things come off the face hot!

With that spin rate though hitting into a green you will never hold it
He was averaging 7k spin and a 49* land angle. You literally can’t get any better for a 7 iron. That ball is stopping as quickly as anything.
