    I worked out with you all during my child rearing years. I even bought the kids workout and worked out with them too. Over my 40s and now as I am almost 53 I had forgotten how fun it was to stay in shape with you. You’re so encouraging and it’s so fun to find you again.

    I am so thankful there is an over 55+ fitness expert who still cares about keeping the out of shape folks (like me) an opportunity to get back my flexibility, strength and tone. I appreciate that it is only 8-10 minutes and so do-able. You are a true inspiration and I will follow faithfully. PS…..you house is beautiful

    I've always wondered how to modify an arms work out since I am unable to straighten my left arm due to cerebral palsy. But I love your leg exercises. ❤🌈

    Hey there Denice. I'll have to get me a pair of those wrist weights. I have two messed up wrists carpel tunnel in one. The other I fell on. I thought maybe they can strengthen them. To this video I used weights
