    There have been many times where I've been stuck in a hotel with limited equipment, this is very relevant. One time The House took G Diesel and I through a killer arm workout in a hotel gym with very little equipment, I was sore for days. You can get it done, you just have to have the will.

    I'm 15 and feel lucky to have access to animal. You guys cut out all the bs and gimmicks. I refer you guys to all my friends that are looking for the "30 minute abs" lol. Love what you guys stand for, your athletes, and the REAL motivation that is brought to the table. Thank you

    ANIMAL, another home run, I always admire ingenuity and craft to these videos. Not because of the concept, which quite frankly, can run stale if put in the hands of another company, but because your production ethics make it work. Ever since the cage videos you guys or whoever is constructing these videos definitely add substance and well not to beat around the bush, most bodybuilding videos tend to be boring. This however, is a new breed of animal. Keep it up, I admire the effort and unique approaches into making this your own.

    Once again the crew from animal crank out another homerun! This is a great workout not only for when your traveling but I'll put this to use during the long winters up hear in Canada. Great workout when things start to get stale in the gym. Keep on bringing it boys love all these training vids!

    There isn't a single animal video that I don't love. The simplicity of the music that plays is perfect as well. If only I could find it so I can use it!

      I like videos like these because when I'm on travel or on vacation, I rarely find a squat rack or even a barbell lol. I'm stuck with hotel weights that go up to 50lbs, a dinky bench, and maybe if I'm lucky a pullup bar or lat pulldown machine. Definitely saving this video because I'm going on vacation soon and I know they don't have any barbells. Just machines and light free weights.

    It is "Big on a Budget" applied to training. Among my favorite concepts. Seeing Wrath crush shoulders with one set of DBs proves that having limited resources is no excuse in this game. Get it done.

    Great series,I do home workouts ocassionally, it's quite easy to do when doing shoulders or arms, a bit more difficult when it comes to back or legs, can be done just takes more creativity

    I enjoy these types of bodybuilding videos. I'm a huge fan of Frank McGrath & Jason Huge, plus Animal is a bad ass company. Hopefully in 2016 I will have an opportunity to make a name for myself in the fitness industry at 22 years and pair up with a amazing company like like Animal. down to earth and hardcore at the same time. Great!

    Tried it today with 30 pound dumbells. Did only get 8-10 reps, it was exhausting! Also had more rest between sets. Love Frank by the way, he's my personal idol of bodybuilding. Wearing my animal and universal shirts, taking my pak and flex! You guys rock! What will be the new Project A? New thermogenic or new booster?

    Excellent series that I would like to see expanded to other body parts (back / legs).
    Many a time on holidays, I've hit some rapid bodyweight stuff just to feel I'm getting something done. Hate standing still....

    Makes a strong case for having a pair of dumbbells around the house for when its too inconvenient to make it into the gym or for when you want to get some extra work in. It would be tough to train chest, back or legs, but shoulders and arms would be doable.

    But anybody who legitimately claims "my gym only has up to 100 lb dumbbells" is on their way to becoming a beast. I still can't strict overhead press the 100's after a couple years of lifting.

    My apartment equipment consists of
    .25lb book bag
    .20lb dumbbell
    .35lb kettlebell
    .Newspapers for forearms.
    .My bicycle(how I get around campus)
    Stairs outside the door.
    Oh and my sack of potatoes I cook up
    That's all I need.

    Not impressed with this one. Basic shoulder movements with 30 lb dumbbells. Could have made the video 15 seconds long by saying do your regular shoulder workout but with one weight.
