I don't think Animal/Universal have a single sponsor who isn't a massive role model and influence to, not just people in the bodybuilding/fitness world but as a motivator for life in general. You guys are the best and your family seems really genuine and close nit. Really appreciate these videos and the opportunity to follow the people who inspire us the most.

Frank is the most real person in bodybuilding. He's my idol. I can never achieve his physique, but he's the reason i am lifting heavy and take my animal pak.
This for me as a huge Wrath fan is superb I look forward to each episode. Frank just seems so cool and humble and seems to have a very relaxed personality. I agree with some of the other comments on here the zipper hoodies he wears are cool as fuck. Keep up the great work Animal

The flight from LA to Australia does suck. In late January I flew from Perth, Western Australia (where I live) to Hong Kong, then to Los Angeles. Pretty long set of flights. On my way home however, I flew from New York City to Hong Kong (17hrs straight) then Hong Kong to Perth. Oh my god. I hate flying, especially being 194.5cm tall with broad shoulders trying to fit into economy is not fun. Even more so with long flights. If only teleportation was real.
