its kind of sad his right tricep got injured from the accident. Injury is the worst nightmare of every bodybuilder. Our loss is not comparable to non bb. Any way I just hope he recovers quickly.
You're right, every ego loss isn't exactly comparable, but it's just that BB's manifestation of their ego is transpired in an external image so when that outer image is fractured, it's as if the very soul of the BBer is fractured as well. The pain cannot be enumerated on in any words.
Im trying to deal with a shoulder injury so im on that legs 3x a week.. I know one day it will all be worth it though

MAC2legion I agree, animal has established a legacy for themselves, there's no need to alter a marketing scheme that only gets better with age (think of whiskey). If they can play into the right principles (hoping they have some intuitive, right-educated staff members) they can continue to reap benefits for years to come (of course this is all marketing nomenclature put into laymen's terms).
As long as the consumer can see the value in the marketed image, whether because it evokes comprehensions of innovation or maturity is all that's necessary for this line to market and perpetuate itself.
When honor (and whatever other constituents of "virtue" involved) stops being a perceived value by the culture in which Animal markets themselves, that's when they need to make adjustments to their model.
