Love this guy. I follow his Instagram, have been following him on his journey for a long time now. Through both his tricep and vehicle injuries. Seeing him on an Animal Pak poster at one of my old gyms inspired me to go out and achieve that kind of physique. Even though I made the change from Bodybuilding to Powerlifting, he still continues to inspire and motivate. Great video fellas!

Sick gym I wish we had gyms like this near me unfortunately these fitness center facilities are the standard. There is only one iron pit I've been too but to far away. Keep up the work Frank you are an inspiration. Going by feel and heart not just about muscle plus your a Canuck much respect the ultimate comeback man. Adapt and overcome.
