    You can avoid having to worry about the number of edges and their orientation if you simply “chain” your edges while blending the surfaces.
    This allows you the ability to choose all the edges from one object and all the edges of the other and blend them as if they are all connected as one.
    This option is accessible right after you call the blend surface command before you start picking edges and can be checked on and off in the command ribbon. In this older version of rhino it looks like its called “AutoChain”, in newer versions of rhino its called “ChainEdges” and can be checked on and off after the blend surface command is called.

      Thank you so much, John. I was spending all my time rebuilding the surfaces and trying to fix that. I really appreciate your help.

    What do you think about SplitEdge?... Easier, no? 🤔

      That's a great point! Using SplitEdge in conjunction with BlendSrf is definitely the best and fastest method to use here. The main advantage of splitting a surface or creating a construction curve directly on top of a surface is to achieve a greater amount of control/accuracy by manually building a cross-section curve.

      I like that you like the idea. You see, I also cut with lines and surfaces, in fact I still do it.... But I found this command very useful and that saved me work and I Get a cleaner and seamless surface. I'm glad you liked it, it was a pleasure to provide a little help. What you do is great! ... good job!

    Is it possible to blend three objects in another way ?

    • @ThomasB-1
      @ThomasB-1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, there are a few alternative methods you can use to create a smooth surface between three objects. One of the best command you can use to do this is the "NetworkSrf" command. Sometimes you can also use the "Patch" command.

    at 10:46 0.05 should be 0.5, right?

    • @ThomasB-1
      @ThomasB-1  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, that's right. I did not catch that mistake, I accidently entered 0.05 instead of 0.5. Thank you for catching this error!
