I have same exact car 2020 as well. The sensors are so sensitive on the coolant just top it off a bit more past max and you will be good. And yes I love IE getting an mbrp exhaust on soon!
that's what the issue ended up being haha, and that's sick man! the mbrp sounds great, my plan is to stick with the stock exhaust with the ie downpipe, but i'm planning on getting a vibrant resonator installed this saturday to cut down the rasp/drone at higher rpm
i'm stage 2 with IE now but i think this is probably where i'll stop in terms of power the upgrade from stage 2 to stage 3 seems too costly for the extra performance, and i'd also definitely wear the car down faster with that extra power 😂

@@makinmoneywithjuan1108 no pops and bangs on stage 1, you usually need a high flow downpipe, you will get some burbles with the switch path though I think, it’s an amazing sounding setup at stage 1!

99% of my driving is in-town (almost never on the highway) and my long term consumption is sitting at 12.7L/100km right now You can definitely drive the car economically and will get great mileage if you’re doing highway driving
I had the same thing with my coolant u have air trapped in the system start ur car with the lid on when the therms open u will see bubbles on the reservoir
It actually ended up just needing the coolant topped off, I had a slow leak from a coolant hose that I had installed with my IE intake a while back, I had fixed the leak but the coolant was just low enough that it was tripping the sensor periodically as the coolant expanded/contracted. Thanks for the tip though! I’ll keep it in mind if I have it happen in the future.

S3 and A4 have different engines, the S3 has the same engine as the A3 but with a larger turbo, S3 and Golf R have the same engine and turbo though, and are more or less the same car
@@JayChestermanits pretty much same engine audi just has it position logitudionaly. Difference in hp is prob mostly tuning. Theres so many versions of this ea888 engine in pretty much everything vw/audi makes
@@JayChesterman kinda late reply, but i was looking into that engine thing between a3 and s3, theres actually many differences between two of 2.0 tfsi engines in a3 and s3 all the way from different cylinder heads to higher pressure injectors and other stuff. That's what i read on one of the audi forums because i was interested. Sick car tho :)

hey man! i'm not sure to be honest, i think it also depends on what you're aiming to achieve by getting swapping stock inlet out for the bigger one. i had purchased the inlet and the intake and installed them at the same time so i'm not sure how much of a difference just the inlet would make, i've read on forums that it does increase the induction sound and there's some slight improvement to throttle response though!
you can run stage 1 with no bolt ons but IE highly recommends an intake, I ran an intake and turbo inlet for about a year before I went stage 1 Just adding the intake made the car a lot more fun just because of the louder induction sounds 😆

@@brunosilva6827 np! iGround is a Canadian site so it may be better to find a vendor in the states if that's where you're based. I had the grill installed by the local vw/audi shop that i have my other work done at, i've got the ACC sensor on the grill and it needed to be relocated a bit in order to line up with the opening for it in the new grill, which required a bit of work. If you have the ACC sensor there's a good chance it'll need to be shifted up in order to linen up properly, and if you move the sensor there's a chance it'll throw a code and require recalibration by Audi if you want it to function. I got lucky and mine didn't require it and was working fine after the move. If you don't have the ACC sensor, the install shouldn't be too terrible but you do need to remove the front bumper, there's a bunch of videos on youtube that cover the process pretty well!
i would say the best daily driver is stage 1 A4 b9 quattro which looks better and bigger. my one did APR stage 1 and get 0-100 in 4.6 s , 1/4 miles for 12.7s which is pretty enough out of 2.0t
I bought used, I’d never buy a brand new Audi because of how fast they depreciate in the first few years, but the car only had 21k km on it when I got it

I can’t say haha but I’ve put about 40,000 km so far, 30,000 km while stage 2 tuned (it’s not a lot but all I have to go off so far) and the car has been perfect, these cars have shown to be reliable as far as I know as long as you keep up with the maintenance
I have the AUDI A3 S-line premium plus. Nardo Grey. I have the following bolt ons: cold air intake(IE), intercooler (mishimotto), downpipe (IE), and a diverter valve by GFB+. Stage 2 low torque, with TCU tune. By IE of course. Some wraps around the car. Currently have a carbon fiber hood on the way and rear diffuser. Then AWE switch path exhaust is my next purchase. Then I will go back to high torque on stage 2 maybe try the crackle pop tune.
I had that same fault show up before forgot I had that problem. I resolved it by unplugging and replugging. If you want to replace the cold air intake you will lose some coolant. The pressure with be thrown out of wack. Causing that fault too. So make sure to top it off.
yeah, the 18x8.5 +35 wheels and 245/40 tires sit really nice, I’m going to stick with stock suspension because the roads here aren’t the greatest and I daily it

@@seanbinder8316 I haven’t timed it myself but with the stage 1 ecu and tcu tune you should be at 4 seconds or less for 0-60

yeah I’m using hub rings and no issues at all! I ran them all summer last season and will be getting them back on in a few weeks
