Amazing how technology of Lithium batteries has improved exponentially while prices have dropped like a boulder rolling down hill. The original leader of the move to Lithium batteries (your first batch Kevin) sold their products for over $1,000 per battery. The Power Queen models are as low as $239. This is a good lesson for those who create good stuff early. Unless the early product creators continue to innovate, their competition will out innovate through learning from the issues of the early creators products thus knocking the early creator off their throne. "Dust Bunnies"....You always make me chuckle Bro.!!!! I still have my Battle Born LiFePo batteries in my motorhome. In the cold, I lay a couple of those Harbor Freight moving blankets over them to keep them warm, then in the warmer weather, move those blankets back under the bed in the back. So far, so good, but with those cold temps in NorAZ, I can see why you need the cold BMS system. Thanks Kev for introducing us to the Power Queen. I'll have to look into those........Russell D.

I have twelve of these batteries 24v600ah. They’ve been in operation for almost two years. They’ve worked flawlessly.
@CVK...When I attended an electronics class , we were taught to connect the positive flow first. That negative electricity is less volatile. So it's not as much as a shock to sensitive electronics. I.E. less sparks. An example would be the proper way to jump off a car battery. Apologies if someone already stated this in the comments.

The one thing that I wish you would change is replace the rock step with a small floating deck and rail. I tripped in front of my house a month ago and it happened so fast. Face smacked the ground as my foot was caught in a little depression. I can see misstepping on the rock at night or slipping on a bit of ice.

Battleborn have alway had the BMS for cold temps below 25 degrees I have used for 5 years here in Montana. They have been great for my uses.

I use PVC pipe to hold up my RV bed storage lid. Just add 'T's (& caps; if ya want) to ends for stability. Less bulky.

I really want to do a solar set up but not sure how and money short. For now i either rv park or generator, i know gas hog. But been rving 5 years now and totally worth every minute, wouldnt change it for the world. One day I will get solar but for loving life. Love that the prices coming down and technology is getting better. Thanks for keeping us up to date. 😊
My man. I'm not too sure if I've mentioned this before but research a mini split unit called "Airspool" They make a really nice 120 Volt AC Heat pump that are really easy to install AND they run on their own independent solar panels. I have 3 of these and I live in Mesa, so you know how HOT it gets here. They also can run on grid power but they prioritize solar. So when it's sunny, it'll heat OR cool. The three that I have totally have replaced all my AC cooling in my house. Also, MINE are not connected to the grid, they are connected to an inverter and battery system, so they NEVER pull from the grid because they are not even connected to it. They are also controlled by a phone app that you can control anywhere you are in the world. The app also tells you the temp ION your home also. I bought mine from San Tan Solar just about a 20 minute drive from my house. The panels that run ONE of these mini split units, I have three 455 watt panels ran in series, BUT, they can run off of up to 9 of these panels because of how many volts they can take. TOTALLY recommend for your tiny house there. One should heat and/ or cool it like almost forever. .... Just my 2 cents!

I've just replaced my deep cycle lead acid 6V batteries with lithium ion. Not being an expert and learning on my own l purchased a Li Time 230 AH to replace 2 of my four lead acids. Well prices continued to drop and then l saw PowerQueen's being offered. Two of the lithium ion experts tore the Power Queen apart to rigorously test and they were very positive. I then purchased 2 and just ordered another. So l'm committed to Power Queen and hope l've made a wise decision.
The wires on the new batteries were nice. Usually there are those thick red and black wires.
48volt doesn't require thick wires as 12 volt

Kevin, I like the big tv you have in the tiny house. I highly recommend putting up a outdoor antenna on the tiny house that way you can at least get all the locals where you are located. If you get an outdoor antenna i recommend you get a good signal booster with multiple outputs for over the air tv as you can use the same antenna for FM radio. I could so see you setting up a decent stereo system in the purple tiny house for when you wanna "rock out" or watch tv on a rainy day etc. Just an idea my friend. I'll have to drop you an email sometime as I raised a pair of orphaned kittens from the age of 2 weeks old to I think they are about 6-7 weeks old now. They were found under one of our cars. I'll have to send you some pictures sometime.

Hi CVK and the wolf pack. If times get hard you can now start a dust bunny relocation company. Oh, a 25watt 1000-ohm resistor placed between last battery post and cable will eliminate that battery spark and reduce chances of inverter damage when hooking inverter units back up to a battery bank.

Heated Lithium Batteries? This is a GREAT new technology and very exciting for the off-grid RV community. This would have fixed all my issues in my shed over this last winter. I'm going to look into this as well. Power Queen looks like a great company with the newest technology!
