ayy thank you liance! glad you liked it. yee i wanna review it so bad the more i think about it. this video was alotta fun to make, so another guitar review would be perfect.
I have my lefty omen elite 7 on order and figures crossed its due to arrive next month 🤞 really excited to play it. Thanks for the awesome review. Nice to see a review from another lefty
Back in early February I used this video to determine whether this was the guitar for me and at this point I've been waiting 7 months for my Schecter Omen Elite 7 and it's finally coming tomorrow!!! I'm so excited to get my hands on it. Thanks for the video giving me confidence in this guitar.
As another lefty I was foolishly holding out for the chance to try one in a shop before buying! I had an omen 7 about 15 years ago and it was fairly crappy but this seems to be a whole new level!
@@FernieMac boi you know i had to bring my best picking game for the cleans. i had other takes where i actually did alternate, but the hetfield is always king.
One of the absolute worst guitars I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Unfixable fret buzz, Terribly weak pickups and both pots were bad. Schecter does not care about quality of left handed guitars. The Omen-Elite was my 4th one and it was shit right out of the box just like the rest.
That's a fair and completely reasonable response. After the years of owning this guitar I've come to the conclusion it's pretty mid at best. Idk any better since this 7 string is all I know in terms of 7s, but the thing I know for certain is that there is a lot better out there. I've really grown weary of Schecter over time.
@@freddysavage I switched to Harley Benton and Solar. Particularly the Amarok 7 LH and the Solar A2.7C LH. I'm replacing the pickups in the Solar because I fine the clean channel a bit too weak. I use to be strictly Ibanez but they stopped making LH models in 7 string. I've never had a good experience with Schecter. I love they way they feel and play but they just don't work and I'm no longer willing to take the risk.
Iv been listening to alot of staind and korn lately, really considering getting a 7 string i seriously am digging that growl it gives off. I am a schecter fanboy, omen extreme 6 string and synyster gates custom, and am strongly considering adding this to my schecter collection 🤘🤘 i found one for $550 and am trying to convince the wife to let me get it on taxes 😅 the color matches the sound extremely well ❤️🩹 😁
Really cool how in depth you went with this review. I'd love to see you review your Omen Extreme FR as well

Im half tempted to go back to 6, but did find a few 8 string guitars i want, bass is on the list
In your opinion, which guitar is the best, elite or omen?
That knife sticker looks deadly bruh 🗡
thanks bruh. i was soo surprised at how well it actually suited the guitar and also how perfect the size was. meant to be.
Looks like Schecter is the way to go for us Lefties.
I had to wait 13 months for my jacky Vincent signature :(((
bro that's insanely lonng! hope the wait was worth it tho!
Hey.. does this have a 3-way or 5-way switch? Sweetwater says 3 while the Schecter site says 5. I wonder if Sweetwater has a misprint?
Riff was wrong but I know it's Undead Ahead 2

I would have liked to hear more playing, less talking.
