Tom is from my hometown, Ottawa. I remember when he brought Drew to town to meet his parents. They came into the store I worked at, and she was so sweet. Honestly, exactly like she appears to be.
I never knew why they divorced. Just grew apart?

I could not imagine what she saw with him at the time, but I see it now. He's quirky and different and not a fake Hollywood type.

This shy type of polite guy was actually Tom Green's natural personality. I remember hearing an interview with him talking about how all those crazy antics were just to get him recognized by major networks and then once he achieved mainstream success decided to calm down a bit and become what he really was. So she probably saw this exact guy that wasn't really shown to the public at the time.

I remember being a teen, with raging hormones when they got married, and I was so jealous of him. 😂 Drew was, and still is, one of the most beautiful and adorable women Ive ever seen. I had a huge crush on her back then.

I'm just glad Drew and Tom were able to re-connect after SO many years. I believe it's a full circle moment Drew needed in her life and it's wonderful she was finally able to make it happen through the show.

I wanted more, at least half the show with Drew & Tom (and Rossi on and off ;) Maybe Tom can post a 'tube vid with his thoughts. I want more reaction about how they felt seeing each other again and can Tom continue to be and regular guest. I watched several of his road trip videos with Charly Dog. Enjoy it all.
It's ironic he's the one who wanted a family when they were together as he's so family centered and now she's the only one who has kids.
Tom is very underrated! He’s a brilliant photographer, musician, song writer, producer, actor, comedian, tech geek, trailblazer who revolutionized what we know to be podcasts, street comedian etc the lists goes on and on!! He’s a gentle giant and anyone that knows him is certainly privileged! 💚💚💚

After reading Tom's autobiography I was really sad about how their marriage ended and they just never spoke again. I'm so glad they're friends again, as they truly were in love and I could tell Tom still really needed her in his life.

yes I would like to know as well why they split? Seemed so perfect for each other. I kinda feel like Drew wasn't ready for the realness of it yet but now she is! So they should just get back together!

He DOES appear to be a shy little boy around her. He is in awe of being on set; he LOVES tv shows, & he’s impressed with this great show. He seems a little scared of her, but yes, shy like a little boy.

Tom is a comedic genius and innovator, Joe Rogan credits him for the idea of podcasting. Im sure lot of people just see him as that crazy character he made, but he’s incredibly smart, I love this! 🥰

@@jinz0 yeah he literally was the only person with a TV show in his living room. For 5 years (2006-2011). 3 or 4 of those before podcasts. And he was livestreaming in 2003, 4 years before it was officially invented and given a name in 2007.

@@Josh-cw8by yeah he was just a precursor to podcasts. No one else was doing talk shows from their living rooms but him -- at least in the first few years he was doing it (2006-2011). That's all. Not saying he invented them. He was livestreaming though years before it was "invented" and given a name in 2007. But so were a lot of people. He used a video toaster from the same living room as early as 2003.

Listen I never ever go against anyone’s wish. She has said she’ll never get married before and I respect it. I also had to google to see if he’s married before I type this!!!! They were too young and trying to find themselves in crazy hollywood. I also believe Drew has grown up so much and has so much more perspective and wisdom in life now that this little big sparkle WOULD WORK LIKE MAGIC. I am here for this reunion. I pray it turns into something more. There is something here and I’m rooting for it and them! The respect and love they gave for each other. I wish all exes were this healthy. They can be partners forever and not have to get married. They’re grown now.
Even if it doesn’t turn romantic I hope they stay in each other’s lives for good now!! I think they both had to go through a few more things to get to this point in time and obviously still care about each other. I had to bust out some Kleenex for this and I was not EVER expecting that kind of reaction out of myself😭

My interpretation was that Drew is in the spotlight and Tom was relatively unknown. Tom couldn't keep up so he had to slip away.

They still have undeniable chemistry!!! The mutual respect and love is very refreshing to see from ex’s without kids. They genuinely want well for each other and it’s beautiful. 😍
I LOVE the vibe between them. The understanding, depth and chemistry them.. He has a wonderful, reserved, rugged warm vibe. I like it. They seem to balance out each other so well. Time, space and life experiences brings a fresh perspective and depth to an old flame.

He’s a bit scared of her, and embarrassed by all that happened. She’s also in his line of work so he’s enamored with her job. It felt extremely good to be on set filming. It’s what he loves.

I drove across Canada with no timeline, no plan just stopping when I saw something interesting or didnt wanna drive lol. Only rule was camping only. It was the most fun I've ever had
I really want to do this but start in Alaska and end up in Mexico. As a woman of color, I do worry about stumbling into an unwelcoming scary town.., it would need A LOT of planning.

This seems so personal to watch, they both seem like genuine, kind souls.
It’s nice that two exes can be so friendly and kind to one another after all this time. 20 years! Usually time and distance helps these things. And no, I don’t agree with everyone saying they should get back together. Sometimes you’re just meant to be friends with someone and the romantic journey just ends. If anything I wish Drew would’ve stayed with Will Kopelman but I know how hard that split was for her and I’m sure her girls. I hope Drew finds a new love, not journeys into the ex field like JLo. Remember they’re an ex for a reason. And yes, sometimes it works out a second chance with an ex. But she’s said so herself that she’s barely opening up to the idea of dating again.. someone new might be great.

This is the only talk show that I've watched in recent years. All the others have nothing edifying to offer.
Drew discusses serious topics and uses her life as a lesson. She does fun activities too. I especially like when she features regular folks doing extraordinary things.
It’s nice to see that he and Drew still clearly care about each other so many years later. I’m the same way with all my exes. I’m not in love with them anymore, but I still love them and always will.

There was something so wonderfully honest and innocent and mutually supportive between these two.
Don't know why their marital relationship went off the rails, if it's that there has simply been no desire (sexual or intimately personal) to be in the other's life since their split, or just a reflection of their own personal growth; The apparent lack of bitterness, resent, and blame is becoming for both.

I always had the impression that Tom wasn't into Drew's Hollywood celeb life, but she kept trying to pull him into it when he was more interested in just having a normal family.
I don't know what happened when they broke up but it really looked like she broke his heart more than the other way around. He mostly stayed out of the spotlight after that, and I'm not totally sure it was by choice

I honestly wasn’t sure how this was going to go when I started watching it, but I kind of love Tom green when he’s just being himself and not the way a lot of us used to see him back in the day. Not that it didn’t work for him back then or anything but it’s cool to see him not having to put on an act and just be relaxed and himself. It’s also so nice to see a divorced couple get along so well and be friends 20 years later. This is why we all love drew so much though I think.
