Correct. I'm a TOS & TNG Trekkie, and I can confirm it went Worf, Mogh, Worf (and his brother Kurn).
That does bring up the question of how Klingon Houses work. What determines who the house is named after. Does it just shift depending on who the head is? Might explain why it's so hard to hold Klingon society together, the so-called "Great Houses" are simply this generation's top Houses and by next generation it'll be an entirely different set.
Yeah that is a problem. Maybe a name like Martok or Mogh is family name, but only the head of the house is called by the family name alone.
