      I not qualified to buy. If can buy resale after mop, I am willing to pay 1.5 for TR. I think by then is 2m ba.

    1.6M with income cap. I wonder who will buy or can afford to buy. Comes with 10year MOP also.

      resale only 5 years MOP. 10 years only for initial BTO buyers. Ya. what u say also truth. maybe plus and standard flats will have more upside going forward.

      @@alanweeproperty hdb website mentioned that even for the resale buyers for prime and plus flat. 10year MOP and no full flat rental applies. Only standard flats remain status quo.

    1st timer buying BTO flats of course get subsidised and after MOP 99.99% sure make money lar. Although not make as much as our parents but still make money lar. No complaint man. Buying 1st timer BTO Flats are the fastest way to earn your 1st pot of Gold. After MOP, upgrade to condo then later to Landed. This route to riches sure HUAT lar.

      when you MOP, the private price already shoot up at another level, you wait long long, you need be smart, if not, only can buy one toilet. btw, how many people willing to update to condo once BTO flat reach MOP ? 20% ? 40%? for what I know, many people still holding their flat dont know until when.

    PAP is too kind! Like that no wonder we need to pay more gst because TR land build BTO is lugi till pant drop😢 Hope young Singaporean know 饮水思源! I will always vote PAP because it allows HUDC to privatize 😅.
