What do you say about DF83V with DLC Espresso burrs instead of 2 constant-RPM espresso grinders? Can we say that 300 RPM bring it closer to MP, and 1600 RPM closer to HU? DLC Espresso themselves are close to HU but a liiiitle bite more uniform. I found myself using 300 RPM for dark roast and 900 - 1600 RPM for medium - light.
