Of course now that I understand camera lineups, an a6400 with IBIS would make the other Sony cameras redundant. So I understand. However as you mentioned, no IBIS on the a6400 is not a deal breaker and I agree.

Ich benutz die vor allem, weil die auch im weitwinkel kaum vignettieren.

That is an awesome setup! Rigging a Sony A6400 with a mix and match components already build a Tank. I always love your setup videos way back in Tubenoob from mobile set up Rigs to cinema cameras. 👍 👍 👍 for this Mark.
I understand sony wants a lower entry point to their cinema line, for that it is really good. AS far as I know, the image quality is the same as the SIII and me personally I like to have a viewfinder and for what I do the SIII never overheats. I do envy the XLR top handle though:) Anything in paticular you would want my opnion on?
The rig looks sick! Great job! You may have a try the Powerextra Np-F970 battery with extra dc output and 5v usb output to remove the side battery plate and make the rig even more compact.

No no, they were sold in red. The german company is called baxxtar, but it is generic part, there should be other companies that sell them in red as well.
I wouldn't put the whole thing on a stabilizer. With a 550 as the battery and the ninja on the tabilizer a ronin M should work. Bus this is a handheld tripod rig. It is heavy enough itself to give you somewhat smooth handheld video.
The camera I would use bot not this configuration. I would use a cage with a QR plate on one side and a nato rail on the ther side for a monitor. The setup in the video would be too bulky I feel.

Nah, it's too big for a regular 3 axis handheld gimbal. It might fit a Ronin M without the Monitor, but it is intended for handheld use and tripod work.
Well, sometimes they have to restock. Usually so your director/producer/art director/dp aka s.o. not you can see what you do without getting between you and the camera.
@@Mark10ProVideo I got ya. I was able to purchase near all the parts but opted for the slightly taller NATO adapter for the monitor. In my case, I'm using the Atomos Ninja V with my a6400. Also, since the Smallrig 1906 isn't available, I got the NICEYRIG mini mounting plate. I didn't get the 4-inch rods, only the 8-inch since there are 2 in the box I can simply cut one in half using my Dremel table cutter. Now just waiting for everything to come in.
The seem out of stock, maybe discontinued actually....I found one on amazon.co.uk a couple of weeks agao when someone asked me...maybe there...sry I don't have a better answer.

I want to make this rig with a 6600, can I use the 6600 cage and use all of the rest of the rig gear to make a 6600 version? or will there be lens clearance issues with the Tiltaing Mini Matte Box?
It's thicker but not higher then the 6400 I believe. I don't see a problem with the 6600 and this rig. IF you use the same lens, it will fit the same. The rails are versatile enough to accomodate many lenses.

nice rig but it would be disastrous to manual focus using this rig since the battery plate on the left semi-blocked the lens. For AF only, it would be no problem.
@@Mark10ProVideo A simple "You can use the right side" would do. A bracketed right seems to be sarcastic and borderline insulting to left-handed people who use their left to manual focus.
How long is the "Long" rod actually? Im making my own rig and i measured my camera. Its 10-11cm long witch means i need the 4 inch rod. But that seams to short.

Yes, the a6400 will overheat if recording at 4K and the highest bit rate. I just finished building a small custom fan system for mine which seems to be helping with the overheating.

I have a question about getting the FEELWORLD LUT7S PRO, the bigger brother of the FEELWORLD F5 Pro V2 5.5 Inch. I was thinking it would be better since it is 2200nits instead of 500nits. but not sure if it is worth the ~$130 price bump to keep the transceiver and receiver system mounted on the monitor. What are your thoughts?
