The only skin care product I would ever recommend is a good sunscreen.
For me, everything else is avoidable.
Even sunscreen is not required...our skin will naturally produce melanin when we are out in the sun which will make it darker and protect from UV
And a good cleanser
Everything is avoidable, doesn't mean that they don't have benefits. This comment chain already mentioned scrub, cleanser and sunscreen as unavoidable. I'd add toner, serum and moisturiser and you have an entire skincare routine.

Job well done. The video was leaning into perfection almost. It's was neither overwritten, nor overedited. Plus spoke my heart when explained the science behind it. It becomes hard for a doctor to make people understand how "less" they need from that emotionally driven choice of their skin routine. You skin does not need moisturizer ALL the time.
Agree.. if at all needed, skin needs only 2 routine care. Sunscreen and moisturiser. Neither are mandatory.

The video was helpful for me cause I have recently started growing my hair length. And because of that had more hair fall than when my hair was short. Also, I was planning on taking creatine for the gym, which increases DHT, so I know I need to get a test done and see how creatine could negatively affect me. Thanks for the fantastic video!

This is a very good video.I had no one to inform anything about beauty. So after many years of tanning due to long UV exposure I decided to chose natural products trying to make my perfect clear skin more fairer. What happened?? Now, I have a lot of acne and my skin cracks when going out in the sun that I have to use more products. So, it was better to sit quietly in natural mid colour🥲than this acne prone cracked skin😭

I dont know why everyone is so obsessed with this white skin , i was born a bit brown and everyone just says i look bad but once my sister applied some makeup on my face( i dont know why girls like to apply makeup on boys) and everyone said u look very good , u look so white. I don't agree with all of her points because having a healthy skin care routine is necessary in the world where pollution and global warming is increasing and that can cause skin damaging. So yes a minimum skin care routine is what should be used and a check up with a Dermatologist if you have a serious skin condition is recommended.

The stupidest scam is to convince women that wavy hair is curly hair that hasn't reached its potential and getting women to do 12 step routines and buy 15 different products to achieve a curl in your hair. Whereas those of us who shampoo with one product and let our long hair air-dry like our grandmothers used to are told we're doing it wrong and we need the curly hair products to have healthy hair.
