Why We Need a Last of Us Prequel

- Hey guys!
So now that we have more information on The Last of Us Part 3 and the direction they're heading in, I wanted to do a video giving my predictions for the rumoured Tommy game that Naughty Dog conformed existed in the Grounded 2 documentary. I could be wrong about the details, but I feel very confident this will see the light of day, and that we need it. Let's dive into it!

Tommy really is the hidden goat of the last of us games and he really deserves a DLC or game of some sorts. The best idea I've heard is experiencing Tommy's 3 days in Seattle while during the game having multiple flashbacks of what happened in Boston that caused Joel and Tommy to fall out.
Could be a ton of fun!
I would love to know more about Tommy’s life, whether it be through another game or DLC for TLOU part two. The DLC for part one went back in Ellie‘s life, so Naughty dog could definitely make Tommy’s journey for revenge a DLC for part two.

I would really like & Joel & Tommy prequel game or what Tommy was doing during his 3 days in Seattle but I don’t think we’re getting one, if we did it would’ve been perfect for part 2 DLC, I don’t see them doing something like this after part 3 comes out

I mean, they just released the remaster, they could potentially make a DLC for it at some point. Whether they will or not, I kind of doubt it, but it would be pretty cool and they have an excuse now

Personally no a lot of people do but i dont, i love tommy but if they make a tommy game i would like it to be in the future.
why? i dont want no prequel or anything to do with the past years with joel and tommy because that sense of mystery would be lost... e.g. what did joel do to give tommy Nightmares and split. Our mind could come up with thousands of answers, so by the time we get those answers, our expectation is through the roof that it just won't be compelling whatever we do get, not everything needs to be answered...
but this is ND if they feel there is story to be told i trust them enough cause i felt like this about the announcement of p2 and was proved wrong...

They need to do this. Tommy was the best character in Part 2, man was a beast. Even when I was playing Part 2, I wanted to be Tommy and exact my revenge, killing everyone I see in the name of my boy Joel. Neil let me down with the trajectory of the story, give me a full Tommy game with flashbacks to the past, and it’ll all be worth it
And for the love of god, let us dodge. Believe it or not, 50 year olds can move fast. None of that no return BS in this game, please
He's such a great character!
A pre-sequel of Tommy and how he split from Joel and how he met his wife and helped build the community would be an interesting spin-off and then a part 2 about how he went after those who killed Joel actually part 2 could be a DLC of the spin-off

I hope they make a dlc for part 1 about tess and joel and we get to see them from the point they meet up until we see them in part 1 with flashbacks from both their normal lives before the infection and to see tess with her husband and son when they're infected and how she deals with it

I think 2-3 timelines like the Ellie dlc with Seattle Tommy. Young Tommy with Joel. And maybe a current timeline after Seattle
