I followed your instructions and in the end I was suspicious of a WD SN730 NVMe 256GB, so I removed the SSD.
In my case it was Code 2 5 which is a RAM problem.
I referenced that the XPS 9360 is almost the same model as my XPS 9350.
The WD SN730 NVMe 256GB, which has been working well on my previous motherboard, seems to be causing compatibility issues.
As you mentioned, it is only after the power is turned ON/OFF several times.
    Booting without SSD was successful.
After installing this NVMe, it changed back to Code 2 4 situation.
A bios update may be required.
For now, I'm going to use another spare model NVMe.
    (KIOXIA KBG40ZMT 128G Works!)
    Thank you very much!!!

Not all missions are over yet.
Regardless of which NVMe SSD is installed, code 2 4 is repeated.
The BIOS has been updated to the latest version 1.13.0.
I'm on a picnic right now, so I can't take the test right away, but
I found one solution on the dell xps forums.
When mounting an NVMe SSD, it has been said that incorrectly selected screws can short the SSD, leading to code 2 4.
I will report back after I go home and finish the exam.

@@화정큐삼-u3k Hey mate, i was in the same situation, i followed you from a different forum to this guys great TH-cam channel, tried everything.
I was just about to bin the whole thing and just save the HD when i noticed this reply.
100% the screw was the problem, i first checked by removing the SSD, it booted to bios fine, just missing HD error (obviously)
so then i just slide the HD without screwing and it booted fine.
for me i had accidentally swapped the Wlan screw for the SSD, they are super similar and only slightly different, but it was the problem.
Big thanks to you both and just wanted to write what fixed it for me and add to the knowledge base.
      Cheers

Hello, My XPS 13 won't power up after the power went out for a few minutes last night. I took unplugged those 2 batteries in the video, pressed the connectors with my screwdriver, cleaned the dust and pressed the power button for 15 seconds.... but it did not power back up. I even tried a new big battery (I don't remember what you called the little one) because I had one since I have to replace it a lot. Still doesn't power up. What can I do now? Do I get a new computer? I wouldn't even know where to get it fixed. Can the stuff on my hard drive be recovered? How? Luckily I have a second laptop and think pretty much everything is backed up, but I'd still like to save this one or at leas the data on the HD. Please help, you seem so nice.

My xps13 won't start up and I did the procedure without any improvement. No lights, no fan -- just dead. What is recommended next? Would a dead CMOS battery result in this situation? Laptop battery is old but works for an hour or so. I leave it plugged in all the time so it's probably on its way out. Today, it's just dead. Tried your fix a couple of times. Charge adapter is lit up and I get voltage with my tester. What do do next? Thanks - like your vids!
