As a kid I used to live in this area. this video has brought back memories. I used to pick up hematite near Bouse. I used to find gold south of Quartsite. I am 80 years old now but still am able to rock hound.
Since going back to the begining and watching in order of old to new videos, this is the first one I can hear the 2 newer songs you use lately, I love these ones. I also love the intro song you use, so never change :)
You know Russ, I was that little kid that was always leaning up against the back seat between the driver and the passenger, watching the road the whole time, imagining, dreaming. (Lol!! How often I heard, "Sit. "Sit back." "Sit down." "Sit." "Don't keep standing there." "Don't keep looking over my shoulder"......lol..) I really, really appreciate the fact that I get to do this same thing with you! Basically sitting on YOUR shoulder and watching the road!! I love it love it love it!!
What a coincidence. As I watched this, I’m spending my first night camping off Plomosa Road, based on your recommendation in a previous video. The sunset tonight was stunning! ❤️
Looking down with the drone gave me the opportunity to view it like a pilot would have, & yes, it was clearly marked. Quartzsite sure has some very interesting history. I love your intro & exit in the videos! Hello Kurt & Kendra! So glad to see you folks! Love "My Wind Stuff" & hope to get a few things from you in the spring.
I really liked your Bouse Arizona video! I hope you keep up your videos I really enjoy them! I just like it when you say yay or here we go when you put your drone up and like when you laugh as well! Since my husband just recently passed away I have been enjoying these little trips that you do! So thank you again Russ! Someday I'll meet you in Quartzsite! I'm from Hemet! Take care and be safe!
Hey Russ, I arrived in Quartzsite from TN a few weeks back and today set up camp on Plomosa Road. Then, I see your latest video on where I just set up camp. Thanks for the tips and sites along the way to Bouse. Will surely take advantage. Thanks!
Russ, you are awesome.... Intaglios are so interesting! Next time, be Exploring { Thanks to you....🙂} Bouse is indeed, a quaint town....."ARUSTICADID"....😉 KEEP ON, KEEPING ON....😁
Great video Russ. Bouse is my kind of town! We lived in Phoenix in the early 50s when Phoenix, Scottsdale and Goodyear were basically individual towns totaled surrounded by desert. I remember how beautiful the desert was when it bloomed in the spring.
EXCELLENT video!! I Love how you put your videos together! You focus on the scenery and the history, which is wonderful. I Love your drone footage, and every aspect of what you're doing!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!! It's MUCH APPRECIATED!!

In one of your previous videos I believe Parker Dam I saw a Apache helicopter display "statue" can't think what to call it. Where is that exactly? If anyone can help me much appreciated thank you.
I believe the training airfield was located on the south side of Desert Gardens and ran east west. Structures were still there in the 1990s but sadly they are gone now.
