As i find somewhere: the best way to «hurt» any streamer that you don't like is:
1) Just don't show up on the stream (at all, like AT ALL);
2) Don't press «dislike» button (because even dislikes makes the video/stream recommended more often);
3) If you see the stream on your main page - just mark it as «Not Interested», or «Don’t recommend channel»
That's it.
its the best only thing that we can do about it is just Make her Find it Irrelevant and move on. no need to create Hate Drama about it just to give her more attention.

So far, every time I saw a Niji streamer in my recommended, I've made sure to hit "Don't recommend channel" each time. Not sure if I did that for Elira yet, but if not, then I will make sure YT does not recommend anything from her.
Even if we dont do this, i bet there are some people will do this in her stream tomorrow. Probably will causing alot of riot/chaos in her stream etc.

I don’t mind that they felt “hurt” by Doki’s actions since they’re entitled to their own feelings (In my opinion tho, Doki didn’t do anything wrong, since the leak came from Niji’s side of things)
It’s the fact that they timed it with her stream that rubbed me the wrong way, it comes across as a targeted attack and has since changed my perspective of Elira, Ike, and Vox.
Before that I held the “Screw the management but support the Livers” stance, but it was that stream that got me to start thinking and seriously considering which of the Livers I do support.
Furthermore, it wasn't a stream to begin with. There is a 0% chance that scripted "stream" was done live and was obviously pre-recorded. They could've dropped it at any time and SHOULD have dropped it after the Tazumi one (especially since his had more "context"), but they instead pushed it up 5 hours or however much just to ruin the neopets stream.
I agree that timing was grotesque and the streams content really killed what good will I had. I used to be both a dragoon and a part of famelira, but now I am only a dragoon.
She better make that stream about how she got gun held to head. Otherwise it wouldn't end well.

Not the same, but there is a clip of Kronii from Hololive telling a story of her getting vocal with management because she noticed her direct manager being noticably upset, and wanted to address it. She noticed they weren't taking her seriously and she got louder about it. She went on to say that livers have more power in these companies than the general public may realize.
They have managers, but THE TALENTS are the source of income. If your income gets pissed, that talent is more inclined to damage your brand, and so on.

The company practically owns the talents, and I don’t mean just the rights to the model and stuff, I mean they have the ability to practically sink the liver in debt if they don’t follow company rules (which are ridiculously absurd and only benefits the management side of things)
As Vox said they all had the opportunity to leave the company and the community would've been 100% behind them but instead they choose to do the most idiotic thing and stood with the company as far as I'm concerned they've all damaged there careers and people aren't quick to forget things if there isn't a resolution to the situation.
I mean from what Matra has said people in Niji are made to think they have no valu outside the company and to a degree they do lose some value. Objectively speaking, not everyones going to be like Doki and have everyone come from drama.

@@RaNgErs_Rep Even Doki, her first "out" wasn't to just leave the company and sign off, which should be a glaring sign that it is not as easy. I don't know Vox and i certainly am not a fan of him after all this, but he probably didn't genuinely mean what he said and was trying to come up with any justifications; but there really isn't any so anything he said would have been stupid.
As for the 3 of them, I wouldn't be surprised if Niji forced them into some sort of NDA or contract and they would be legally terrified to "spill". Regardless if such a contract is legal or not, we already know NijiEN doesn't really care.

I'm just wondering, what wrong did Elira do other then have the video on her account? She said it was up to her but due to how she was talking it very much sounded forced but that could be just me. Vox was the clear aggressor and Ike seemed insincere. I saw nothing technically wrong with Elira. I think the video shouldn't have been made nor posted when Doki was live, but I never heard hate in her words. I heard fear and worry.
I'm not saying that Elira couldn't be a bully or someone who also harassed Doki behind the scenes, but in the video specifically I didn't see that. I mean I was bullied most of my school life so maybe I just have a bigger tolerance for that kind of stuff but I've watched specifically her 3-4 minute part of the video so many times I can basically quote it. I didn't see any ill-intention. She didn't invalidate Doki's feelings nor her attempt like Vox did.
Also I really would like to have a civilized conversation about this- I myself have gotten death threats and people telling my to kms due to even asking this stuff. If you'd rather not that's totally valid, but it would be preferable if you would just ignore my comment. ♥

The only people who were allowed to see the lawsuit document were the staff and their lawyers but somehow the Livers saw it. Doki/Selen never publicly said who specifically was bullying her BUT Elira said she AND Millie were specifically named in the lawsuit. Why were they named? Unless they were the ones who were bullying her, there would be no other reason as to why their names would come up. People are also saying Enna was the third bully and that she also outed herself as-well but I don't know how exactly.

Let's be honest, if she took it down there would be a swarm of people accusing her of trying to hide her past mistakes and sweep it under the rug. A real damned if you do, damned if you don't scenario.
Yeah but taking it down would imply they were in the wrong somehow. It would also spark new discussion about it plus someone would just find a way to make it available elsewhere. So yeah just like this vid says they're probably going to act like it doesn't exist. Just don't talk about it and not engage anyone who does so. Once enough time passes and people have stopped talking about it and aren't looking for it they might remove it then. And even that's a maybe since that could respark discussion anew once noticed.
To play devil's advocate, the best thing to do is leave it there. Trying to hide it would provoke the Streisand effect all over again and at least on _that_ front Niji seems to have learned something.

Elira Pendora was a liver I respected and watched. Her RPG runs especially Pokemon is why I watched her. To see how she was in reality really wake me up. Ever since I unsubscribed for her. I am not giving her a penny more.

Also, work visas are no joke. Yeah, Vox said anyone can leave at any time, but if she's on a work visa, that means doing so means she's stuck in a foreign country that she might not have a way to get out of without Niji's work Visa. Not to mention just because Vox said anyone can leave doesn't mean that's accurate. I remember hearing quite a few times (admittedly I can't recall where exactly tho) that you need permission to graduate, you can't actually walk away, and with how Niji's been acting, I'd personally believe that pretty easily.
Maybe there's no consequences straight from Niji for leaving the company, like a lawsuit, a fine, etc., but there sure as hell are consequences for leaving your job that don't come from your former employer, whether we're talking about Nijisanji or any other employer, the most glaring of which being of course your income suddenly becoming literally nothing because you're unemployed. Combine that with being stuck on a work visa in a foreign country that would most certainly be revoked if she left, and yeah. I can't fault her much for playing along with Niji and saying that crap if they really did threaten to take away her Visa. I'm not saying she's blameless, but it feels like people are jumping to conclusions about all this with very little information.

Mixed feelings on this. I feel that Nijisanji as a whole needs to be held accountable and shouldn’t get to play the tried and true method of “don’t talk about it, wait it out”. The only way to do that is to keep pestering them basically.
On the other hand, chasing the individual streamer (like Elira) is unlikely to achieve much in that direction also. The idealistic part of me just wants to see a company actually admit to their wrongs for once. But that just isn’t the world we live in.

I was a fan of some Niji livers. After Selen got terminated I couldn't bare anything related to Niji anymore. Elira is basically the symbol of this fiasco and she deserves it if the rumors are true.

Well, figuratively, they did. Terminations, etc. and "breach of contract" for whatever the hell Niji wanted. Doesn't help that they did a blackscreen stream. Could have been intentional to "comply" but also 'not comply' for symbolism purposes for all we know. Also doesn't allow us to see facial expressions to match with voices to judge what might be going on behind the scenes, not to mention whether or not they are just reading from a script due to how the models might be moving. But we're not them, so we won't ever know, and it probably isn't really a question that can be asked currently
I'm just choosing to not get involved since I've not been involved in the first place. It's not my place to judge, but that isn't the case for a lot of other people who can and probably will :x

Personally, I'm interested if she leaves soon. Knowing there's a queue and that they'll withhold earnings for leaving early, it's understandable that they aren't mass quitting right now, but there are quite a few of them that I'd give a second chance if they're gone within a year.

It’s still wild to me that Niji threw three of their top Livers to wolves and did nothing to help them afterwards. From the leaks we know that those three do have some favoritism but like the others they are essentially alone.

She just got her 3D, she got a new outfit back in January that was in the works for years, and is just so universally loved by everyone (including people outside the vtuber sphere like Harada). I feel like she is too afraid to lose everything she has worked for as "Rosemi". Hell, if I were in her shoes, I don't think I could just throw away the "Rosemi" persona to go back to Miki just like that.

Less than a year ago, I was watching Elira play through Xenoblade Chronicles 3. Other than the fact she was a Vtuber, I had no knowledge of what else she did or the Black Company she worked for; I was just watching because I had fallen in love with Xenoblade. It has been *_wild_* watching everything go down since then. Unless the mods shift into overdrive or chat is just disabled from the start, I can’t help but sense that her return stream is gonna be a sh!+show.
Subscriber only chat with a 3 month minimum (if that's an option...not sure what exact options they get for duration) would probably hold back most of the hate while still allowing chat

I'm more confuse about ike sudden behaviour. Before that, he was a quite and good content. All i know was Vox, who put jeopardize each liver. Also, since the beginning, I didn't like him at all.

I looked forward to LazuLight when they debuted, Elira and Pomu were my stand-outs (Since Finana was a day late.) I enjoyed Elira's streams before, had it in the background while working in the office or even in my garage. But after everything (Blackbox stream, Luca Document and rrrats), she lost my respect, Force to or not.
If she graduates, then good. Her fans can follow her, but I doubt it since these "fans" just follow Niji not the talents.

I think we need to let the numbers talk by themself at this point. Look at how Enna's b-day stream was a dissaster and was win by freaking piece of paper (in Doki's donathon stream). Or how low views are getting on NijiEN compared with HoloEN. The only one who doesn't seems affected are Luxiem and Noctix beacause of the sisters, but they are dewdling slowly, as they had to appease them HARD. One mistake and is all over. I mean, imaginate if one of them suddenly has a secret GF on the side or is found to be married. Sisters will be so furious they will try to torch whoever in those 2 groups break the parasocial crap. Frankly i doubt anything will wash away the stain the Black stream left on Elira’s career. Even if she says she was forced to host the stream she will come off as bootlicking Nijisanji in the eyes of the public, and if she did truly volunteer to do it…yea there’s zero recovering from that. She’ll probably say nothing tho, do as Vox and Ike did and just act like it never happened and if anyone tries to ask questions during the zatsu i expect them to be either ignored or suspended. Elira went from 606k subs to 557k subs (a loss of ~9.2%). Last I heard the CCV count of NijiEN was down by an average of like 2/3, though that was weeks ago, so it's probably bounced back at least somewhat since then. While I think Elira should have quit rather than obey her bosses and make that video, I'm not without sympathy for the position they put her in, and if I ever watched her in the first place I might consider watching her again some time after her inevitable graduation.
In any case the financial impact of firing Selen certainly has not been "negligible".

The 3D reveals for Petra/Rosemi were abysmal (Petra did better off because she has more JP fans) and apparently Enna's birthday had a very subpar turnout which is ironic since she said they'd support her even if she killed someone. Elira was the only Niji talent that I watched due to her Xenoblade streams, and I deeply regret it now. All those good memories have been tainted. I hope she stays gone, and I honestly just wanna forget she even exists.

It's so wild. I got into her due to her Persona streams before this all happened, and was a fan of her since. I was also very excited for her P3 Reload playthrough. Then all this happened. A lot of very mixed feelings about everything, most of them not very good unfortunately
I still can't believe Niji planned that out. they had them stream this the same time Doki just started streaming
People was saying that Elira and Vox had pretty much torched their careers entirely with that stream back when it first aired and it's looking like they were completely correct. The only "recovery" at this stage is the internet forgetting, which is difficult for content creators as their job is to draw public attention which in turn reminds people of them and by extension what they did.
Open support of Niji who at the very least seemed to be in the wrong and were actively turning the public against themselves by fumbling with every move they made was a bad start, and claiming she volunteered her channel for it pushed harder into that. The fact it was "coincidentally" timed to go live as Doki did for her first gaming stream post return didn't help impressions either. Then there was admitting to reading legal documents that they shouldn't have access to due to an NDA, which made Niji look _even worse_ during a month where everyone was questioning if NijiEN even had a PR team or legal department, and then there was the Vox section, with Ike rubbing salt in at the end with "We can't say any more than we already have, please don't ask" as if they hadn't already said far too much.
Some were saying/ hoping that it was actually a script Nijimangement gave them and forced them to read, which if the leaked contract even slightly resembles their signed contracts would certainly be possible, but either way it's not a good place to be. If they quit in protest people probably would've supported them, but after that stream there's a lot less good will towards them. We already have a strong cause to suspect part of NijiEN's management cause talents to develop imposter syndrome and low self worth based off things Matara has said, and how all the ex talents have behaved, Maid Mint being a very current example having mentioned she wasn't sure people would still remember her or come watch. With that in mind, as someone on twitter mentioned the black screen stream was practically Niji putting a collar on them. Abusive sayings like "You're nothing, you'll never make it without the company" suddenly becomes a lot more true if you destroy the foundations of public goodwill the talent had to support them.
