    I arrived in Italy 2 days ago and was worried about not being able to do your workouts with dumbells so I switched to the "no equipment " workouts and they are amazing, short, sharp and sweet❤

    Very nice pacing, Grant! This routine kept my heart rate at about 75% of max, yet also worked the core and other muscles for strength. I'll come back to this one again I'm certain!
