Hey Austin , I bought a 2002 4 runner 2 days ago and the passenger side head light is pointing down , when looking at it , it’s about 1/4 of an inch in on the bottom , is there some way to adjust a head light up ? Or do you have to shim it on the bottom?

That sucks but At least your mom didn’t wreak your truck right after you got it done and have to get a new finder, inner structure, grill, bumper, valence, head light, marker light, blinker, lower a-arm, steering linkage, fix the hood, and paint and clear the hole front end!

Stock 4runner bumpers are way too thin anyways. That's the first thing that rusted out on mine.

A decade ago, the GTO club I was in did a group order for HID kits with DDM tuning. Almost every single one of us had issues with our kits within a couple years. There's a reason they're cheap... Their stuff sucks. I had this though in your other video when you said you used them, but I didn't comment then, as I figured if they're still in business they must have sorted things out. I guess not.
I'm in the same boat as you were but mine is worst, had a girl pull out of a neighborhood and jump right into my lane so from the passenger side fender down to the bumper is all messed up even the grille
