How the Affliction perks work and in game demonstrations. Regular game Perks guide: • Battlefield 1 - Perks ... 0:00 Intro 0:35 Reaper 4:04 Peacock 10:18 Paranoia 13:41 Death Toll 14:34 Scavenger
Update: Peacock: If you are spotted and drop smoke, you will be unspotted since smoke can hide you from being spotted normally and hide you on the mini-map. When the smoke clears, you will remain unspotted and have to be re-spotted again by the enemy to restart the perk. So it's a good idea to equip and drop smoke as you go.
Finally someone that talks about the afflictions, despite them being debuffs they're really fun to play with back when I used to play I would often run at least 1 affliction for the majority of my loadouts sometimes up to 2 but I never saw anyone else with them since they always ran the default 3
I have a question regarding the peacock perk. What happens if a scout has the ripple perk and headshots an enemy then spots you with the peacock perk would you be permanently outlined as well?
Yes you would be. Also works with the Perimeter alarm perk if you trip over a mine, you will be permanently be spotted with an outline in a direct line of sight.
It is terrible, the most punishing one by far, every other affliction at least has a workaround. I got 10 kills in one life out of pure luck from people reviving me out of nowhere at the last second. So glad I’m done with the challenges
What about using smoke with peacock? How does it interact with it? Does it remove spot entirely, do it for as long as someone is present or doesn't do it at all?

Scavenger seems like a really fun way to play the game
Or if you want to make a genuine World War I Russian loadout
This channel is HIGHLY underrated.
21k horse kills is actually crazy

Videos are very useful ! Thanks
that was informative, thanks!
Interesting video 👍🏻
I was stuck at unlocking these. Very tough.
no way dude. nice profile picture. so rare to see a fellow SWTOR man out there
perks: PARANOIA + JUGGERNAUT + FLANK = invincible to explosions
Damn, and I thought I was good with the horse. 11k kills within 2-3 months
How do you actually unlock these? I don't fully understand?
Under the Service Assignments, you basically start from the top and work your way down to the Affliction perks.

What about 3D spotting with Peacock?
If you are spotted with a periscope, you will have a
3D outline around you until you respawn. For players only, vehicles are normal spotting.

I tested it and yes, you are unspotted when you hide in smoke. You will remain unspotted until you are spotted again from the enemy.
Thanks! That's great. So it's a great tool to help with it.@@kmancometh
