Cytoarchitecture is just how cells are structured in sequence. Basically, his language centers were REALLY well built.

And my “receive a LOT of serotonin” section of the brain was too well built 💀 so now I only want to have fun and do nothing
Edit: trust me it’s not fun cause i also trained the “must get work done” brain section too well so i cri myself to sleep every night

This is more likely to be the opposite, i.e. his Broca area developed to this extent because he learned so many languages and not the opposite (he could learn 68 languages because he was born with a more developed Broca area). Modern neurosciences rejected the idea of innate talent

@@Jagalalla you'd have to look at the paper to really know, because it's more likely the case of the what the commenter said.
Unless he literally learned dozens of languages while still in early adolescence when the brain is extremely malleable.
Sometimes how much grey and white matter X brain region gets is just written in your genetic code, it could be this _as well_ as learning languages early on rather than just either for his case.

Even well respected intellectuals of the time thought books would cause people to lose their ability to remember since everything is written down.

The more languages you learn, the easier it becomes to learn new ones. Languages are connected, so you come across similar patterns in grammar, syntax, etc.which makes the new language learning process fast.

He was so talented that his teacher told him that when the Chinese Communist come to Germany (it was after the war I think) Mandarin will be very useful. So he learned Mandarin. He is a really nice person, but he has old views on a lot of things. I haven't seen him in like 2 years, I should visit him I hope he is doing good, he was like 87 the last time I've seen him.
