Washcloth pattern: With 100 percent cotton and American size 6 needles, cast on 27 stitches. Knit in garter stitch (knit every row) about 55 rows, until it looks like a square. Cast off and weave in ends.

Honey, you should not have to swear on anything or explain yourself, you are not in a court of law ! Jealousy is a very ugly thing and what makes people leave those comments. People that know you and care , know that you are truthful and we can see you had nothing done, you are just beautiful and aging wonderfully.
You take as much time off youtube as you need, your family comes first. Good luck to Doug with his surgery and wishing your daughter in law speedy recovery.

Reesa Ree Teresa, you are the sweetest person. You know how much I adore you. It's really okay I promise. I make videos and put myself out there so people have the right to speculate on things. I got bothered when it wasn't true and wanted to defend myself. But looking at my videos, I kind of could see why they thought I might have had fillers. I have been lax and drinking lots of lattes and Doug and I have shamefully been eating ice cream at night and I've put on a good 5 pounds or more, and I really think the weight showed up in my cheeks. They were looking a little puffy. So I don't blame anyone at all for questioning me. I just wanted to set the record straight. I'm making an effort to cut out those lattes and ice cream snacks now to lose back down. lol. If fact, I think I might want to copy this message to several people in the comments. I'm not upset and I don't want anyone getting mad at anyone else. Truly I don't. You are such a sweetheart and I adore you!!! Love, Melissa

WHEN I SEE YOUR FACE, ALL I SEE IS PURE NATURAL BEAUTY WITH ZERO WORK DONE.. The same bad experience happened to me, I will have comments on my videos with insult after insults, calling names, people accusing that I had plastic surgery, botox, derma fillers, I had to do a video doing faces like you did, and a nice commentator said to me Clarisa you don't have to prove anything to people...and she was right!!. Botox, derma fillers, etc. which I'm not against it, if any one needs to do it, I'm not going to attack them because the have done those procedures on their faces. I think some people feel threatened when someone else looks more youthful, which is silly bc we're all different. Having more wrinkles doesn't make one any less beautiful or special than the next person.
I do have to say though, it's pretty crazy how good you look! My mom is 54 and looks amazing too. I put her on to your videos, and even though she doesn't understand English very well, she just watches you anyway lol!

I could see in your eyes that you were very bothered by the email someone sent you about the Botox. I felt sad for you. Women can be so mean and critical of each other. I'm sure it stems from some sadness/jealousy inside themselves. Your beautiful with a heart of gold. I will be 56 soon and also have never had anything done. I also get accused of it. It's okay. Like u I think in the end it will turn out not to be a good thing to do. Call it a gut feeling. My mother never had anything done & she aged just fine. Age should be embraced. Not ran from. First of all, please do not respond to me, you have so much on your plate. And do not even think of watching my videos, Melissa. I have already written down Doug's surgery date. Loved the close up, and the faces you were making. you are such a doll. I have received emails stating I was lying about cosmetic surgery, botox, and fillers. I did have some broken capillaries zapped, but that is it. One woman said her husband was a plastic surgeon and could see the areas where I had work done. Of course, there was no way to reply. But, to thine self be true. I am just having fun giving mother nature a little run for the money. I have no idea what "the boards" are. When did you start using sunscreen or sunblock?
I know it's been months since this was posted, but I wanted to comment anyway...You look fantastic. Even without makeup. I have used retin A and I know it can make my face quite shiny, so I know first hand that shiny doesn't always mean someone has Botox.
I'm sorry to hear someone was spreading their negative comments or doubts about your honesty; it is so hard to defend our integrity when not in person. You take care of yourself and your loved ones that need you right now and we will see you when you have a moment to share ; )

I have to tell you Melissa, I watched your video on Retin A before I started it and didn't think much more about it until i started have reactions to it as well. I would have thought I was crazy if I hadn't remembered what you had said about your experience. I'm so sorry you had to worry about what somebody wrote on a message board. Hi! To me, it looks like you have stayed out of the sun (or guarded your face from the sun), because you don't have sun spots. I worked for a dermatologist for a year and that was his Biggest advice- to guard your skin from the sun. Fillers can plump up the face, but they can't do anything about sunspots so your proof is right there. Your skin looks very well taken care of and I can tell it is natural, well taken care of skin. Ignore the haters, you are such a beautiful person on the inside And outside. I want to know your secrets, so I will be watching some of your other videos too! God bless!
+ParrotsRUS1 Hey! I have stayed out of the sun a lot of my life. When I was younger I got out in the sun, but I would wear foundation, so that helped to protect it! Melissa do you still believe that Retin a causes breathing problems? Your most recent videos say otherwise. I’m asking because I just started a month ago and I’m worried about that considering we re going through the Covid 19 situation at the moment. Much love and light your soul is beautiful.
I'm interested in your theories, I have a few of my own, I'm 59 and have never used sunscreen, I don't believe it works, I don't believe in under eye creams either. As for botox and fillers, I too think that at some point there will be a medical backlash. Long story short, my skin looks better than my peers so you just have to be creative and find what works best for you. I also think diet plays a big role. You look great by the way.

Brendacikes Wow, we really have so much in common. I believe the same way you do. And totally agree that everyone has to find what works best for them. I have spent more money than I would care to think about on skin care to test this one or that one before I found things that work for me. I agree about the dieting, too. And maybe maintaining the same weight over the years where your skin isn't being stretched back and forth. Believe it or not, I think sleeping on your back makes a big difference in my skin. Brendacikes Me too. no sunscreen for me either. (I am 55)If I don't want sun on my face or skin, I just wear a hat and clothing to cover me up. I also spend time in the sun when I can. I think all these people staying completely out of the sun, is not healthy. That is how we get quality vitamin D. Something that most of us are low in. Most everything on this planet needs some sunlight to grow and thrive. When I go out in the sun, or even stand in a sunny window, it is like the biggest rush and high for me. (and too much sun makes me feel terrible) Not even a drug or caffeine can make me feel that good. I think that is why I dislike winter so much. It makes me feel lethargic and down in the dumps. I just want to sleep all the time. The danger with sun, is like everything else. It's too much of it and burning the skin, that is the danger. A little exposure to the sun, not blocked by sunscreen, has many health benefits. Everything in moderation..............
I agree everything in moderation. And your right a lot of us have a vitamin D including myself, so I make time to enjoy sunny days.

I know this is an old video, but I think you are fortunate in your skin condition because of your usage of HRT. HRT will preserve your skin, along with many other benefits. Hopefully, doctors will start recommending it to more women.

Oh that is an old video. I quit using it for a while. I need to take that video down now because it doesn't apply anymore. For a while I thought the retin a was making my Crohn's Disease worse. So I was grabbing at anything that might be the culprit. But I talked to my doctor and they assured me that wasn't the case. I'm so very sorry about that! I also think your inner beauty and kindness show through and make you all the more of a woman!! I have a lot of the same anti aging belief as you!! I do not use moisturizer unless my skin feels dry or parched! I do not use the clarisonic either because same as you I felt it made my skin sag worse!! I never had any until I used it!! I cannot use retin a because it irritates my skin and causes acne but I do use the differin gel and it is a retinol and it works wonderfully for me without irritation!!
