The only thing I can suggest next time such a thing happens Reggie is to go quiet. I don't mind not say a word, I mean speak very quietly and slowly. Use authority in your voice as you speak quietly. They are trained to handle people being loud. They can't cope with people being quiet. And when they can't follow their training script, their brain cell tends to lock up.
