If they're not in uniform and claim to be a police constable they have a LEGAL obligation to produce their warrant card for inspection to the citizen they are interacting with, when asked. No ifs no buts. It's a disciplinary offence if they do not produce.

He's having a conversation about disconnect, he asks the female officer a simple question and she replies, you don't need to know that information, priceless.
The level of paranoia is actually quite interesting. They appear to be paranoid of being attacked by someone. Clearly they have assumed a them and us attitude, especially while they are in their high security safe house. It is something akin to churches that once welcomed people in through unlocked doors, in that police stations were once open to the public for them to come in and request the services of the police. Nowadays, churches are locked up and police stations locked up, unless it is a big enough station with a front desk. Something has to change for the better for the sake of the police and the citizenry.
They're not paranoid they're forcing their presumed powers as police officers on to law abiding members of the public for daring to defy their orders. They're suffering from a severe case of egomania, not paranoia.
It will when people stop using the police , system and organise their own prosecutions for crimes through common law agencies, that present their cases to the CPS. If we use our own civil rights to gather and present evidence. Using civil actions not police actions to prosecute crimes. The police will will on the vine starved of people using their questionable services to date.
Oh come on, as if we live in Trumpton- a man standing outside a police station, filming officers arriving at work in their private cars is very dubious. They are obviously concerned for their safety, they surely are wondering if they are being filmed so that they can be targeted for harassment or violence by criminals. You are aware, surely, that there are lots of violent offenders in society, organised crime too- they don't all fear the police and many would happily target them with intimidation or violence. The video has been made with antagonism in mind, as contemptible as that is it isn't a big deal, but the officers aren't to know it is so trivial in intent, and indeed the uploader of this video has left their numberplates on show for all to see so the consequences could be very serious. You talk of a them and us attitude- that's a sick joke to me, though I don't doubt you believe it. This video was not made in a good spirit at all. There is no empathy for his fellow citizens, countrymen, humans (the police officers are all of these things), just a blinkered and misguided view of the situation. I know I am posting this in an echo chamber filled with closed minds, but hopefully some of you might indulge in self reflection as a result.
They must have big gates, locks , key pads ...an ordinary citizen cannot afford that and they park their cars FREE ...that should be a Benefit in Kind and taxable ...ask HMRC

If that’s their name then know prove it show me your identification, because the public servant wouldn’t be telling lies now would they 👍😂😂 the police wouldn’t want to be seen not saying the truth whilst up holding the law
Once again, great video, thank you. I am puzzled about some details in an interaction with officers, if you can elaborate please: 1. If an officer fails to identify, can you just disregard him? And say: "You have not identified yourself, stop speaking to me" and then face another officer to turn your back to the one not identifying. 2. I see the officers like to get very close to an auditor so what if you go close to them the same way? And when they ask you why you come close, you can say: "I'm making sure to catch your offense" or "you came to me so if you do it, why not me?" 3. I see that they want to surround the subject quite often. What if you start circling away? 4. If an officer behaves bad, I'm sure you don't need to address them more than a "man" or a "woman". Not officers, not Madams, not Sirs. Maybe call them blokes or chicks or just by their collar number like "this 2345 number here..." 5. If the police is the only party in contact with you, then can you call them idiots? You cannot call a civilian that, but isn't it so that an officer cannot be the one complaining about someone being disorderly? After all, in these situations, there should be mutual respect but it is very often that I see PCs and PCSOs ram into the situation thinking they are next to God himself. If they won't respect you, why should you respect them? Sorry, way too many questions.
All interactions with the police take on a psychological aspect, they're trained in it, once you know the rules you can play their game back to them (or with them). And no form of address whether rank or gender ,is necessary, the general term "constable" will suffice.
It's difficult to believe that this is a real live reaction to one mane and a camera. About 8 Pc's all being arrogant and abusive. All breaking their policies without any thought that they may get into trouble for doing so. Really opens law abiding eyes as to the lowly standard of people who are entrusted to look after us.
You scolded them like little school boys. Imagine “ hello 911 there is a man taking a picture of my car!” Do you think they would send an officer? Maybe 12 hrs later. Yet you look at their clubhouse they send the Calvary.
Sergeant Matt Ratana was only shot due to inadequate policing. How the suspect got a gun into the custody suite and managed to fire it still amazes me.
That's what I was thinking. Lax security was what led to that tragedy, not some widespread campaign to attack the police. Very sad what happened to Sgt Ratana, but his death should not be used as a pretext to increase police powers without good cause.
It's so strange that GOONS find a way to work together, act the same and socialise together. I'm ashamed that British police have sunk to such low levels of intellect and morals.
The piece of road directly in front of gate if maintained by the council via road taxes is not private property, private owned sections of road are actually rare.
It only struck me the other day that the reason gates are set back from properties (not just police stations) is so that vehicular traffic doesn't have to stop on the road or across the footpath whilst the gate is being opened (in the old days there weren't even swipe cards). Not that it matters but technically in this case it's probably part of the police station and I couldn't imagine the council doing any maintenance as they don't even particularly worry about real roads.
@@frances4007 Sadly for a great many people, you do still need to be pedantic. Many will try to claim ownership of the roads by saying "Get off the road, you don't pay Road Tax"...as if they do and that gives them a right to tell others what they can and can't do...!
Commendable interaction between yourself and the (final) officer with whom you spoke. This is the sort of interaction we would like to see, and his comment that it's imperative for officers to engage with vlogers in order to establish their intentions/motives is perfectly valid. However, the interaction which took place BEFORE he came forward was the epitome of the kind of interaction which does the police extreme harm and accentuates the 'divide' which exists and continues to grow. Officers need much more training about how to interact efficiently and courteously with Mr. and Ms. Public. Nicely done Plod, an exemplary video, thank you.

Trying to manipulate by intimidation.
Spot on!
Once again, great video, thank you. I am puzzled about some details in an interaction with officers, if you can elaborate please:
1. If an officer fails to identify, can you just disregard him? And say: "You have not identified yourself, stop speaking to me" and then face another officer to turn your back to the one not identifying.
2. I see the officers like to get very close to an auditor so what if you go close to them the same way? And when they ask you why you come close, you can say: "I'm making sure to catch your offense" or "you came to me so if you do it, why not me?"
3. I see that they want to surround the subject quite often. What if you start circling away?
4. If an officer behaves bad, I'm sure you don't need to address them more than a "man" or a "woman". Not officers, not Madams, not Sirs. Maybe call them blokes or chicks or just by their collar number like "this 2345 number here..."

@@tangomoggynoengi8518 it’s called vehicle excise duty or car tax, you don’t need to be pedantic 😜

Not that it matters but technically in this case it's probably part of the police station and I couldn't imagine the council doing any maintenance as they don't even particularly worry about real roads.

To save our country vote REFORM
You've been a slow burner plod. But you've got stronger and stronger. Really look forward to your videos. Keep auditing with that confidence 💪
thank you
@@toplodornottoplod omg, when are you going to remember to stop calling them sir or madam, but by their rank eg constable, sergeant etc. No police station is private property as it,s always been paid for by the hardworking taxpayers. Along with their wages, pensions, the uniforms they wear, the cars and Van's they drive and any weapons they use. So the people living in the houses opposite have to close their curtains or blinds everytime police vehicles or their private cars are entering or leaving the car park?
Why didn't you inform this officer that the dvla own the number plates on private cars, and will only give the details of the owner to the police when they're doing a pnc check. They would never give it to any members of the public.
@@misssparky5574 I think calling them "sir" is the right tactic. It is disarming and winds them up, because they know they can't go down the public order route
You look to have a lot of ideas on how to conduct audits, I look forward to checking out some of yours.
What a bunch of bankers! The arrogance, attitude and complete lack of knowledge of their own procedures is unacceptable. They need to be reminded that they are public employees. What has his front garden to do with anything?
The first set of officers including both female officers all acted like wild animals barking orders.. 😂😂😂
No PPE, social distancing, refuse to ID and the list of buffoonery continued!🤦♂️
The saving grace was the last officer who Identified himself and was 100% professional.. Although he tried to make up non-existence trespass law 👌
A copper says you don't know the law😂 With that he says I don't have to identity. Just another case of the dopey gang sticking together.
Your doing a brilliant job mate ...keep up the great work, you've overtook the likes of AB and Live Free... Respect 👍
🤔live free yea, AB no, just look at the subs, no ones better than AB👍
It’s not a competition
@@brettkeepin808 Focus Pocus beats AB for me. Very intelligent and entertaining auditor.
@@jons1809 I love AB but I think Focus Pocus is great 😉👍
@@ubuntuafrique5802 Unfortunately, that seems to be just what it is. If there were good intentions behind this channel then he wouldn't be doing it in the first place; filming private cars and keypads which OBVIOUSLY undermines the security of these people. That's true, and no amount of disingenuous excuses in this police hating-comment section will change that.
You SIR have just got my vote, liked and subbed :) I have only recently taken an interest in these audits after stumbling across AB. I have watched many many vids and find them interesting and amusing but mostly disturbing in so much as Our country has come to this. There is such a disconnect between them and us. I served My country and fought for peoples rights. I am ashamed of some of these so called police officers. Good luck in all your endeavors and just remember how we previously delt with Nazi`s "Dont tell em PIKE!" :)

Section 119 = Offence of causing disturbance on NHS properties
(b) the person refuses, without reasonable excuse, to leave the NHS premises when asked to do so by a constable or an NHS staff member,
and is NOT a criminal offence = level 3 =fine only
I think the PC is confused where he is
I think PC is of the thought police brigade
he thought he was on NHS grounds PC is not acting under PACE 1984
therefore PC is of the thought police 1984 published in 1949 (written 1948)
Thank you for this reporting of logical control in this scenario to us , your expedite responses to their logic are amazing 👍
By lying about this, he committed an offence.
"You're being quite awkward" translates from copsplain to English as "I'm not getting the better of you"
Dont keep telling Dibble to cover the code. They are thick, they don't understand, it is like "Derrrr, wot do u err mean" It is like education pork (pun intended).
that was a large pack of bacon.well done for standing your ground.
Was he ever going to shut up😕
Plod you got it spot on, they ran away like little scared kittens 😊😊😊
The reason why auditors call the plods out they are so thick they still haven't cottoned on they are the stars of the show.
It turned out good because you were able to make it clear to them what had actually happened. Well done.
Perfect ! You turned the Situation perfectly !!!
Female police men make me laugh.
Section 119 Offence of causing nuisance or disturbance on NHS premises
What an absolute liar.of a police officer. No wonder he put his phone away because he had clearn been caught out.

Great expose of how public servants respond to members of the public m and this is shocking as all of the team that arrived at the gates acted unlawfully , hostile and ignorant of the law
This police officer at the end is what you call good community policing..
Respect to that police officer
When an officer doesn’t introduce themselves properly should just ignore them until they do, just say I won’t speak to you until you do!
What an absolute shambles those coppers are, all of them need retraining, no wonder the country is in such a mess!!
Once again, we see the angry mob of 6 dealing with a non crime. Who sets the manning levels?
Inplied right of access is the word your looking for
Implied
Well handled young man, it’s easy for people to comment you should have done this…you should have done that etc because it’s easy to sit in the comfort of your home and watch others putting themselves out there in what is potentially harms way. For my pennies worth you handled yourself perfectly, you were erudite, polite and non confrontational nor rude. You stood your ground well and I give you 10/10 the final policeman I’d give 8/10 and the rest of them I’d sack.
Well done on the Private Dwelling vs public area question. He got that ALL wrong. Indeed for example, your postbox creates and invitation onto the land to post letters.
Wayne Couzens in the making.
What a lot of bodies when not needed, must have a extremely heavy work load !!! Keep up the good work and stay safe.

When entering a PIN into a cash machine, police advice is to cover the keypad so others cannot see, so why can’t they follow their own advice.
