Tbh i also had the theory that THIS Sans is actually the first one in the timeline shenanigans. Like, as far as we know Sans Undertale came from Deltarune, but since he is the "new neighbour" he could very well not be from there either, so he, in the TS Underswap canon could have come from Underswap world to Deltarune for some reason or another. Idk its cool to think that Crossbones is what Sans would always be if it wasnt for timeline shenanigans making him depressed.
