I don’t think there’s a way to die of sleep paralysis but what can happen which used to happen to me like 6 years ago was that you sleep with your face on your pillow and you can’t breathe as much and you feel like you’re drowning which sucks but yeah it’s horrible

I understand to collectors things like that mean a lot to them but I treat people like that the same way I treat people who pay hundred's of dollars on shoes. Your spending way to much money to have something to shove down peoples throat's that your richer then them. Money better put on other things that can help you more in the long run or to get things you'll actually enjoy then what essentially amount's to a pristine item solely to showcase it.
Id only do that if your a rich person who is running a museum about said items then it makes sense otherwise your just a fool paying to much money for something. And even then there's probably cheaper ways to show case such an Item.

@Safwaan A few years ago I was actually in the furry community, but the hatred toward it both online, and from the few friends I had mentioned it to, just made it unbearable for me. To this day people still hate on it and other hobbies. Every community has its issues, and some are inherently bad, but it seems people focus more on hating the innocent than the bad. To that, I just ask why we can't all just have fun? To see Muta go against the people hating on the other person, and actually compliment their artwork made me happy to see. And so far, I really like the SOG community.
The one and only time I ever had sleep-paralysis- I was at a friend's house, just hanging out with him and my girlfriend at the time.
We were all chilling in the living room watching a movie or something, and i started nodding off. I realized I was falling asleep and kinda snapped myself out of it, but my body was still actually sleeping so I was completely paralyzed.
I had this really gross, sinking feeling and suddenly a bunch of insects were crawling out my partially open mouth and all over my body. I was trying to scream with all the force i could muster but nothing came out. Eventually the trance snapped and I shot up freaking out.
It was terrible, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. The fact Muta or anybody has to deal with that *regularly* is absolutely nuts. And I just can't imagine how much it kills one's willpower through taking their sleep away.

I used to regularly have inception nightmares where killers are always chasing after me. I can't even stay calm in a normal dream since if I ever realize I'm dreaming, everyone around me will start chasing after me to death.
Then I get impaled by a fence, kicked off an infinite steps of stairs, jumped up to the sky before falling to my death, and that traumatized me that I can't even sleep without someone on my side.
I can't even imagine if I had a sleep paralysis. I don't think I'd enjoy that very much.

SLEEP PARALYSIS
So I already posted this before (in " I'm Scared of Falling Asleep..." video) don't know if you read it so, there it goes again. Hopefully will help.
Muta, try to sleep on your side, sometimes it helps. But, when it happens, and you manage to wake up, you need to get up from your bed and really wake up. If you try to sleep inmidiately after it's going to happen again. It's like rebooting your sleep system. Never be afraid to sleep, man, that is pretty bad state of mind. I suffer from sleep paralisys since I was 8 years old (39 now) and this is the best way I know without medication.

I've had sleep paralysis since I was as young as I can remember. Made me wicked sick at lucid dreaming and such as I looked into it.
I learned to just close my eyes when it happens. As a kid I'd be terrified because I couldn't breathe, but then I got over it. I just tank my sleep paralysis demons until I slowly enter the next stage of sleep.

The sleep paralysis part was actually really sad.. I remember Muta talking about it in the sleeping in Minecraft vr vid, but I didn’t really know it was bad to that extent. I can’t imagine what that must be like, being awake in your nightmare 😞

I have extreme sleep apnea, when I was tested(they count it if you stop breathing past ten seconds) I stopped breathing 144 times an hour all night. If I don't wear my mask I could possibly pass away in my sleep. There's been times that I woke up not breathing and struggling to catch my breath, having to my cousin to blow in my face like you would with a child crying while holding their breath, unable to breath again. It's terrifying and especially when I'm sick with a respatory infection, because I can't use it while sick. And I get sick a lot.

Muta, in all seriousness, as someone who's dealt with sleep paralysis most of my life, the best way to deal with it is to just go with it and try to relax yourself back into sleep. This has taken me a long time to learn and master, but works great.

I'm really sorry you have night terrors/sleep paralysis, Muta! My best friend has sleep paralysis too and talked about his experiences with it and it really does sound horrible.
I've never had that, but I can relate to the feeling of being scared of falling asleep and fear of death by heart attack, because I got covid in Fall 2020, and I thought it would kill me. It wasn't a good time around then, overall. And earlier this year I had some serious heart problems and some awful moments I don't even wanna remember. And honestly thought I might die then too.
I won't lie, I had some heartache, and that just made it worse. So I really understand where the term comes from now. I was so afraid of going to sleep, because my nightmares would cause me to wake up crying or just wake up several times a night. Something I rarely do and haven't done in so long before that. And understand I'm someone who values sleep and has a sleepy character type, so I always try to get AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep, but want and need 10 to 12 to actually function. I don't drink coffee. So to not even wanna go to sleep because of the problems I was having for months is so out of character for me.
Sometimes my heart would be beating so fast when I woke up that I thought it was gonna fly right out my chest. Literally thought I was gonna die so many times.. I know I'm repeating that, but.. I really thought--!
Anyway I'm fine now. My heart has been healthier and I've just been.. alright, thankfully. I know it doesn't quite compare to having sleep paralysis your whole life, and it was only for a few months out of the many years I've lived so far, but I at least felt I could relate when he was talking about his problems. I've also had many many other instances where I could have lost my life, and I know Muta has too, ones he's talked about and surely ones he hasn't.
Well, I'm alive, somehow. So I can enjoy more good ol' Muta videos (: Pls dont die either Muta... ❤

I felt the same way too, especially knowing he hasn’t found a cure for himself to ever sleep normally again. I believe he experiences what feels like scratching on his neck like someone is going to snap. I cant imagine what anyone would be thinking to wake up to that feeling. Knowing that sleeping in minecraft with vr reduces his sleep paralysis by a lot makes me feel a lot better ^-^

A good way to deal with that sleep paralysis but not get rid of it, is to enter a lucid dream through the paralysis. Literally the biggest cheat code for sleep paralysis i've ever used.

@@2m0ng032 Well with lucid dreaming, I know in a unique case in that I never take drugs of any kinds to help me find my lucid dreaming, I could always dictate where I go and what I do in my dreams naturally. So it is possible to help. Or a professional.

I've had sleep paralysis pretty consistently for about fifteen years. It is pretty awful and terrifying most of the time. I just realized something, Muta's sleep paralysis might not be an issue when he sleeps in Minecraft, because when he opens his eyes there's no darkness around for anything to manifest. Even night in minecraft, and pitch black areas, there's the glow from the screen, and that bit of light might be what's stopping the hallucinations.
Yeah, it’s sucks that he still gets the “paralysis” part though . But it’s good that he doesn’t have hallucinations anymore because the first hand accounts I’ve heard are pretty wild.

If light is what stops the hallucinations, couldnt a weak light, always on, also stop it? (I dont understand a lot about Muta "issue" so this might be biggest miss ever)
@@davidpereira5969 I mean more of a light that doesn't allow for any particularly dark areas. So a dim light would still have corners of the room that were significantly dark. With a screen, that constantly gives a blue light, which is what keeps us up at night. So when Muta wakes up during sleep paralysis, he's getting blue light in his eyes.
i doubt that's why. i've experienced sleep paralysis hallucinations, and they've consistently occurred during the day time, with light streaming through the windows

@@ltagames01 I have experienced it once in my life before, I saw an entity with an upside down head in the corner of my room sitting. That's all I remember, then I sort of woke up hyperventilating.
It's terrifying, but fortunately no recorded deaths have occurred from sleep paralysis.
I used to get them all the time, now it's off and on again. But at this point I've gotten so used to being afraid that I'm aware of what's happening and don't freak out as much. Has to be really bad for me to freaked out.

Muta, I used to deal with night terrors almost every night. I started doing cold plunges & showers, as well as the breathing method advertised by wim hof, and I no longer have them. It starts out slowly, but they go away more and more as you change your chemistry and gain mastery over your fear system. It will take time, but it will work. I hope you try this. Night terrors are trash viruses stuck in our ram and these methods help us ram dump. As an oversimplification.

As far as you sleep paralysis, take some valerian root. I have bouts for weeks at a time, but the valerian always tones it down so I don't experience it for a while. Dunno if you'll see this, but give it a try if you haven't.

I get sleep paralysis and I don't even get scared anymore, just annoyed. I try to fight my body awake like trying to force my head to turn or shake or my arm to raise. Sometimes I give up and just let my brain go back to sleep.

The worst sleep paralysis I had is when a dark skinny shadow figure was doing fornite dances side of my bed, and right before I woke up in distress, that demon finished it off doing a quick T pose and I was like "what the fuck?"

Apparently those shadow ppl encounter mostly enaged with kids. I've looked into it.
Also I have witnessed one before along with other children like my cousins and siblings. It was the most scariest thing we saw. We ran and to our parents and they didn't believe us. This happened in our garage as we looked via the corridor out from the backyard. Believe me or not but I know what I saw. Mfer ran across like a track athlete. It had no face, just a dark skinny slender figure. Ran without a sound. It didn't make sense considering there weren't no light entering the garage. Only one window which leads 20% of light during an afternoon day. So it wasn't so bright inside and the fact that a shadow person that just appeared outta no where didn't make sense either. It came outta the walls and ran through the garage. Till this day I still think about it and talk to my relatives that also saw it. We're older now, almost a decade past when that encounter happened.
I'll never forget it.

I've only had sleep paralysis twice before, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I even drew what I thought I could recall, and it was an awful drawing
@Jaiso The Unfathomably Based I know what you mean and what the others have said. I’ve also had an experience once. It was weird because I had it the day before but I woke up and went straight to the bathroom and peed. Maybe it was a warning nightmare saying I had to pee. However, the next night I have another nightmare, the same one as the one from the night before and remember a creature, I just call it “The creature”, it was all black but also was animalistic and had long pointy ears (almost like an elf) but also black fur and an indistinguishable face. It leaped at me, I awoke to this thing still in my mind and at the foot of my bed, and as it was leaping at me I shut my eyes and then was able to move my arms and then I pulled the sheets back jumped to the foot of my bed, and so I wound up punching air because I thought whatever it was was still there and just went into fight or flight mode. I turned on the light to see nothing there. It terrified me but I didn’t tell anyone aside for my grandma because she was the only one at the house that night and she came to my room to see why I let out a scream. I had a tendency to fall from my bed at night and they all would hear the loud thump from me because our rooms were pretty close. Terrifying doesn’t begin to explain it.
I have really baf sleep paralysis too, like it's real bad. I started listening to rain ambience as I sleep and that did help a lot. But once again lately ni matter what, the paralysis seems to get worse. I don't even consciously try sleep, I just sleep when I feel sleepy.
I use to have really bad sleep paralysis, and I too am scared of falling asleep at times just from the sheer trauma of getting it so much at a young age. All ya gotta do is close your eyes, it'll take the visual factor out of it. But it is hard to wake up though from sleep paralysis while closing your eyes. for example I'm barely awake when I wake up from an episode, and I straight up can't move because I'm so tired I have to throw myself awake, but it beats having to see whatever horrors are there. I hope you read this muta because I feel you and this helped me a lot. Now I'm unfazed by sleep paralysis.
