In Italy we had this very similar youtuber called "Youtubo anche io" (witch translates to "I do youtube too"), who was about 45 and did really extreme mukbang videos. He wasn't skinny at the beginning, and he gained a lot of weight in these years. After a long time gone from youtube, he died from a heart attack about a month ago. I think Italy is done with mukbang

I never understood why people have a hard time losing weight. You simply just count your calories and let your stomach shrink back up. Don't eat more than 1800 calories, if it doesn't work then lower it to 1500. It easy if you count your calories and you need to let your stomach shrink up too normal because you stretched it from too much food so you always feel hungry.

It’s nice to see people still playing Deus Ex Mankind Divided. The original was the best but this game had some great gameplay and it was so much fun to play around in.

As someone who went from 168kg to 90kg at 1,83cm I will say Muta is right in his first assessment.
You can't do cardio and then overeat; it is probably the worst course of action possible in that situation. Even if it's not healthy, training for muscles while overeating to that extent would be slightly better and closer to a permanent solution for all that weight.
