@@totobiuno watching this again cause I will receive mine in the next 2 days. One more question, for the JB4, did you change the spark plugs? And what map are you running?
@@solarpaerga No need to change the spark plugs on the 2.5T (confirmed by Terry Burger of Burger Motorsports). I run mostly Map 2. I talk about my JB4 in this video: th-cam.com/video/9KXv2tI-4mc/w-d-xo.html
Followed your video step by step. Awesome man.. i was confused about the washer and nut on the vibration thing. You forgot to mention you removed them! Video and guide 10/10
Thanks so much for this!! I have a 2.5l 22 kia stinger gt line with JB4 that I run on map2. I want to get this intake but what settings on the JB4 do I need to change to get the best performance?? Ty so much!
@@Alex_Abdullayev much appreciated! Map 2 is a good map to be on. Besides map 0 (stock) all the maps are designed to tell the ECU to suck in more air and compensate. Some maps require other components though, such as E fuel or WMI or a custom tune from a tuner shop for Map 6. The Injen intake will allow for the excess air to flow through more freely and efficiently compared to the restricted stock intake.
Check out my other videos on the Stinger. That one should be under exterior mods. Then I added custom Kia decals from Etsy. Check the description of those videos as well.
@@julianb4557 you don't have to get one, but it is definitely recommended. The JB4/tune is what tells the computer to suck in more air and to compensate so it gives you more power. Without it, it just makes cool noises, but without the extra power.
Hiiii fellow stinger owner! I feel like all stingers should gather in one place for one day and just own the streets!😂😂😂 Nah jk all jokes aside, nice video bro, I have a gt1 but I find it very interesting how they assembled the gt line and lower trims of the stinger. If you Don't mind me asking, what's all your specs on your kia stinger now?
Nice man, I'm planning to do this and you explained it so good, step by step.
Thanks!!

@ so good ty! Ordering today! Really appreciate the vid and your response!!
Toto, did you ever get the AFE blade runner charge pipes? If so, did they interfere with any upgrades you made or planned on making?
@@BananaRaid no, I never get a chance to purchase it. It shouldn't interfere with the upgrades though.
@totobiuno It's just so hard trying to get info on upgrades for the 2.5L. Your videos are super helpful tho thanks!
Where did you get your caliper cover from?

do you need a jb4 for this?

@ i gotcha. when i get the jb4 how do i get the maps?
It comes already with pre-built maps (you have to make sure you buy the version for the 2.5T Stinger).

I love the Stinger. I don't have numbers yet, but after all I've done, it should now be on par with the stock 3.3T.
I feel the same I have a gt2 and I find it interesting
