I figured stuff like this would occur and so I thought to make the video just so people can do and fix things themselves regardless of the people's dumb comments on the Facebook group criticizing me for taking the bumper off especially on a new car. So I really appreciate your good feedback!

This is such good timing. My sensor got dislodged when driving and the dealer also wanted $700 to repair! Out of interest: have you found any material, diagrams, or *anything* about these sensors? I can't tell if there's a better way to try to get it back into the slot without having to take the whole bumper off and the internet hasn't been great for this problem.

The speakers themselves are decent, but the itty bitty subwoofer that they put in the rear cargo area is definitely inadequate. On my Kia Stinger with the HK system, they had put 2 good subwoofers underneath the front seats. They should have done the same thing on the Sportage. @@patrickz9715 yes, that camera can run on continuous power. The hardwire kit comes with a voltage setting for you to adjust as well. You just have to tap in the correct fuse for constant power and set camera settings properly for parked/motion detection when the car is off.

where did you order this, I have a Kia sportage 2022 gt line mild hybrid petrol, do you have a link and can I connect it to the car fuse box

@@patrickz9715 Yes, I have the camera, special MicroSD card, Hardwire kit, and fuse taps links in the description.

For the footwell lights, the LEDs come with a 12v adapter that you can just plug in. I went a step further and cut that off and used a fuse tap instead. I plugged it into the Washer fuse. They do not turn on with the door (unless you want to wire them that way). They turn on automatically when the car is on and off when you turn off the car. There is also a separate power button that it comes with if you want them to manually power on and off.

the Sportage with the larger screens like mine do not come with Wireless Android Auto. Only the models (such as LX Base) with the smaller screen does.

@@Alex_Abdullayev much appreciated! Map 2 is a good map to be on. Besides map 0 (stock) all the maps are designed to tell the ECU to suck in more air and compensate. Some maps require other components though, such as E fuel or WMI or a custom tune from a tuner shop for Map 6. The Injen intake will allow for the excess air to flow through more freely and efficiently compared to the restricted stock intake.

@@tasosarvanitis6651 thanks! The louvers are standard for the Hybrid models. Since the car runs at times in electric mode, the engine does not get warmed up. The louvers will then close to heat up the engine for proper operation. Then they will open to cool down the engine. I thought this technology was cool when I learned about it.

I did not check to see if there are clips in the back to remove the trim. Sorry.

The size of my lock nuts are 18mm. In my case, the rear fork holding the axle got damaged from the torque and therefore could not hold the wheel in place. I contacted the company of my bike and they sent me a new rear fork as it was still under warranty. Once I put everything back together, I added the torque arms so that it wouldn't happen to me again. I'm just glad I caught it in time and wish I knew about torque arms before.

You will need to unhook the power cable from the frame and then depending on your bike, you will either have to twist pull or pull the connector of the power cable. Afterwards, you can fish the one end of the power cable through the torque arm and onto the axle. When finished, connect the power cable back. On my bike, there are two arrows on either end of the connectors. That will show you the correct orientation of the cable that needs to match up when connecting.
