but it is a treasure, u can manipulate algorithms with in game gameplay and afterward upgrade succesfully or drop exelent bonuse , this game is dismissed for what it can achieve in a storyline with no other player or not farming and spending real life money. the tipes of combat u can use , wall glich with a horse, avoiding ulties and more. its amazing but it take probably 1 full year of such gameplay to get lvl 80 with good items without endlesly farming and paying
Thinking back the appeal of this game was that it was free2play and that it basicly introduced me, and probably many others, to the mmorpg genre. It is shit, yes, but it is/was our shit and we loved this shit. Just the mindless grinding, talking with people and feeling part of a community kept me entertained for many hours back in 2009 or whenever it was that I played.
Pretty good explanation, it was *our* shit pepeFeels Also personally I think the combat was really good and enjoyable for its time, but the biggest part that made it was the community essentially. I think I've put over 20k hours into this game, no game will ever beat that.
I remember the cave in second area of Blue faction, the one with powerful enemies....damn that was fun :D Me and my friends spent several hours preparing for it and than making it into third room I think....it was fun as hell
@@chandler5637 yikes, sorry, dont play it anymore, hope something else will come and take its place, but for now I'm going for pro csgo player, so can't help you on that one. however metin 2 just isn't the same without all the people... so if you cant find any players then just join me and hope that a new game will come and take its place

@@Sagitta62 It's best time was 2008-2011 but stayed good till 2013-2014 dont really remember. Then they did some way too casual updates you know dragons and demons and other shit increased the level cap and it started dying.
+ The game is blatantly pay to win, Lican introduction and servers merge (maybe this happened only for the Arabic version) was the nail in the coffin. So much good memories tho, I remember grinding in the devil tower for days to upgrade stuff for free, it was a gold mine for me, it would take a long time to get something to +9 but when you do you make cash, +9 poison swords were so expensive. Sorry, memories rant.
I used to play this game around like god I don't know 10-12 years ago and that starting area, where he said "I guess that's where the people hang around" used to be absolutely full, like so full of shops and players shopping that you would lag for days. It's a shame how they ditched the game and it died. As to why I loved it: 1) Introduction to grind, it might sound weird but this game showed me what grind really means. I would grind for Metin stones or Fish for 3-4 hours a day to get clams to sell so I can buy some lvl 30 weapon that you could grind with a party but can take days for 1 drop with shit stats. 2) It could run on my crappy pc 3) I liked the art style, I don't know why, I still do, and the soundtrack.
the best thing about the game was the gear system with random bonis. beating as lvl 40 a lvl 60 because u have so nice bonis in it and spells upped. this was the best mmo ever made. i hate questing so just grinding was is the best ever quest system for me .
This game was the shit not even in Russia but in Romania too, the game is outdated now (bad graphics and many other things) but oh boy how many hours have I wasted in this game.
Finally a normal comment around here. Not shit like I will kill this guy on the server (Coaie îl fac pe asta in 1v1). Yeah this Game was awesome back in the day, but now everyone seems to hate it and for good reason too. Bad community. Bad graphics. Same old mechanics. It just doesn’t seem like a good game anymore but it will be a part of our childhood.
0:15 lmao this came out on steam last year, 99% of people play it out of steam and not even in official servers, there's servers that have like 20k players daily, if you sum all the non official and official servers there's like 80-120k players still playing Metin2.
@adrian sasu neither one nor the other, u guys just complain about grinds I do have a social life and I go out with friends almost every day and that doesn't stop me from reaching top 1, if u don't like spending 100 hours just Killing metins that's ur own problem, doesn't mean other ppl don't like it
I know you are nostalgic for metin2 but its ALWAYS been trash, you just enjoyed that trash. Thats fine, i like some trash too but lets be real, this game was never "good"
Back then, there weren't really many free games around, so Metin2 (which was my first MMO ever) drew a lot of attention there. Also, the community made that game. If Metin2 had a community as malicious as Elsword's for example, then this game wouldn't have gotten anywhere. Btw (as many others pointed out) you can (and should!) attack with Space, pick up stuff with Z and move with WASD. I can't imagine playing that game without these controls. That being said: Yes, Metin2 isn't a good game. Maybe it never was. However, it was still fun. Running around with friends, chatting with people. Also, the combat system, that allowed you to attack without tab-targeting, and the AOE-ish attacks were really something at that time. Granted, all the love I have for this game and the only reason I'd play it is for nostalgia, unlike Cabal Online (which was my second MMO), which I still actually like to play from time to time. Cabal is not perfect either but the world building is much better than Metin2, the skill animations (especially those of the higher level skills) are outstanding and flashy, it has challenging dungeons in higher levels and other things. Leveling up isn't very difficult as well. Each level, you have about 3 quests, which after you complete them, you'll have enough EXP to level up. This works about until level 90 where you'll have to grind a bit, but it's managable. Then from level ~100 you'll have plenty of quests again. I'm not familiar with the super high level stuff (cap is 200 I believe) as I'm only around level 130. One thing I dislike about that game is its translation (that is a non-issue if you were to play the KR version and understood Korean). I'm genuinely interested in the story of that game, but the translation just makes everything sound weird and confusing. Also, early game isn't much of a challenge. Those are just my two cents. (I ended up talking more about Cabal than Metin2 lmao)
Cabal was one of those amazing yet scary games, i dun play it religiously but my friend does, it has somewhat some skill in it, timing and judgement, but that was the scary part a nerf may lead to your char unsatisfying, as most if not all korea made games, it has the classic korean trademark of extremely slow grind/leveling up.
I feel like you could've tried a bit more to either research before or while playing the game. You can move freely with WASD like in any other game, auto attack by pressing space bar and loot all items close to you with 'y' or 'z' depending on your keyboard. Metin2 is really not a good game and never was even for old standards and people were always assholes but still i somehow managed to sink about 3-4 years into this game, so I'm a bit disappointed you didn't give it proper thoughts. Maybe this is what people feel like on other videos from you about games they have played..
I dont see how the game gets better with WASD movement and Space attacking, the y'z looting tho is better than clicking all the items but stil the game ddnt age well.
I don't understand him either the game isn't great but it was fun especially since it was one of the only online games where u could stand at a spot and spam space 😅
Same, meanwhile i really enjoy more letting auto-play do the grind in mobile games while i have more fun just managing my ressources than endless fighting against mobs.
When I think back to Metin 2... I remember this guy that played every day. His name was "Arrogance" and he was the embodiment of arrogance. He spent thousands of Euros on the Item shop to have the best Mage-Sura build. He was unbeaten until he was banned for harrassment.
Haha, in french servers when I was a kid, a Sura lv 42 could kill everyone in the game with one or two spells... His name was 'Sellers'. And Every day he have the same shop which was full of soul's stone... Brings back many memories
This game was the best online game of its time. I dedicated 5-6 years of my life to it(starting from 2007).. I still get chills when I hear the music or any video of it.. But to be honest it doesn't live up to the standard these days. Playing it in 2018 wouldn't make much sence.. So I'll just let this classic perfect game to age in peace... I will always have the memories that I had with this game with me, good or bad.
Metin 2 was never the best online game LoL. Even Back then metin was just garbage. Bad/No Story. Bad Char Development Bad Graphics. Bad Shopsystem Boring and repetitive dungeons/Gameplay. Same time WoW and Guild Wars were released. Much better games in every aspect. Metin is a shame for every gamedesigner
@@jasonkruger5278 I totally agree with you! 😂 But Metin had something that would keep us addicted wanting to play more and more... I don't know why. I can't explain why me and a lot of people enjoyed and had more fun playing a shitty game than a real good game with an amazing story, game play, grafics and etc...
@@falcon4418 exactly! I don’t know what it was. For me the game almost felt like home, I had more friends there than in real life and I don’t even find it sad, I love the memories, it was so much fun ❤
''Amazing PvP'' - Spamming heal potions while you press 2 buttons and not moving at all till your remaining 2 brain cells die because they realise you've been playing one of the most retarded mmorpgs in existance. What do you mean by Amazing Pvp...........there are no battlegrounds, there are no arenas........its just world pvp and even that sucks. If I were to give this mmorpg a grade,it would be 0/10,and I've played every single mmorpg out there because you get tired of WoW after playing it for so long....... P.S : I am never talking shit about a game until I played it and formed an opinion and a general ideea about the fact that the game can be either playable by others,or not.
I spent literally 7 years of my life playing this game. It was the biggest game in Turkey and still is probably one of the top10 most played games here (top5 if you include pvp servers). The beauty of the game was the simplicity of it. We used to get online with all my friends and just farm an area together and the world was full of people. It was a place where we can all be equal and could communicate from home whilst playing a braindead game(thus no real competition and more focus on conversations) everybody knew it wasn't a good game but it was the only game where you can play for free with all your friends and literally everyone else. 10/10 would totally waste my time again not because of the beauty of the game but because it was the better/badass version of club pemguins
Well, as a player who has spent about 80k hours on this game in my life, I can agree with few things, but you could prepare just a tiny bit before playing a game. At least read that you can pick up any loot with "Z" key. Check out partying, hunting with buff, upgrading items, fishing. You literally didn't do anything lol. But yes, it is grinding mobs game... You asking what made us play it? Lots of players around you, guild battles, constant pvp, grinding components to upgrade an item for hours and Smith has 90% to destroy that item while trying to upgrade it, so lots of emotions in this game. doing a quest to upgrade your horse required few people to help you and it took one hour to complete. Lots of different maps, maaan if you actually get into it. It's great.
It was not a bad game at all, one of the best classics, but it isn't really good as a new game to start today. If you never played it, there is not much point in starting, not only you won't get it, but also main severs are destroyed and only priv servers are playable but not very reliable. What you have seen is the worst of the game possible. This game was really thriving once, with huge community, very advanced economy with massive open trade with hundreds of manually established shops with no auto marketplaces or things like that, great pvp and pve where you had to fight for everything, lots of myths and legends around the game mechanics. I know how (very) hard it is to understand it right now but this game is legend and some of the greatest online games to ever exist, the are no new MMOs that can get anywhere close to what such games were at their prime. It is just dead and destroyed now, also very outdated. It's just done and never coming back, like all of these classic games.
I can only agree with you, there has always been something about metin2, that no other mmo were ever able to recreate, thinking about it analytically i cant figure out what it is, but for me, metin will always be a game i come back to once in a while
Couldn't agree more. As much as I appreciate peons opinion, it comes from a person that didn't play it while it was at it's peek and compared to some names today it sure looks shit. You just can't recreate feelings when you log in and instantly get multiple greetings whispers or people gathering around you in town to admire your high level and +9 shingy stuffs. The community of players was far better then any today.
Most old MMORPGs were more social than any new shit. Nowadays it feels like you play with a single player game, barely meeting with anyone, solo leveling, etc. Too bad classic type MMO is a dead genre.
When I first played the game it was on my country official server. There was people everywhere. A friebd introduced me to this game, I was amazed. In time I played more and more I enjoyed doing negotiations, scamming, fishing and overall just messing around with all kind of people. The community wasnt the best but it wasnt the worst either. I met a lot of people whom are friends with even now. IT WAS A FUN GAME TO PLAY AND MESS AROUND
This was my shit when I lived in romania. I thought it was the greatest game ever and now 12 years later I’m like wow graphics and storyline is so trash but it was my foundation of video games :’)
As a turkish man, ALLL of my age group at the time played this game(middleschoolers). I got addicted to grinding levels, getting better gear, PVP ing with that gear and also selling gear. For instance metin's(the rocks that spawn monsters) can drop gems that you can put on gear to make it better. Some of these can be sold for a whole bunch of money. So even at lv5 you can earn a looot of money to get extremely powerful gear and speed through the grinding. There are also certain "rare" mobs that drop the best in slot weapons. Those are lv 30 weapons BUT you can use them up until about lv 60-65 effectively because they are that powerful.Camping at their spawn locations, PVP ing any other players who DARE to take the spawn location and then selling the weapons if they drop is a huge rush of adrenaline. There was also active fishing which was a big part of the game. You could catch fish or seashells which could have pearls inside of them to upgrade your gear past +6 equipment. So you could either try to find a rare item in these fish or just sell them all for less profit without RNG. The RNG in this game is nothing like you have seen.If you think bdo has "RNG" , you havent even seen RNG before. Metin 2 in every step has an RNG route and a non-RNG route. IF you choose the RNG route and luck out, you will be geared beyond belief easily, otherwise you will need to no life this game if you wanted to to "make it" without RNG. EVERY SINGLE system a traditional MMO has, is in this game BUT with TONS of RNG. But i loved the game because of it.Lucking out after you try to enchant your gear is one of the best feelings you can get out of an MMO imo Also this isnt just nostalgia talking because i completely agree with almost all of your points in the video.(although you needed to grab the cash shop item from a special inventory slot, you could have auto attacked with spacebar AND you could collect stuff from the ground with Z or " keys)
Metin2 is for eastern europeans the old school runescape for americans.. Still playing it mostly for nostalgia :) libtards please refrain from commenting
I'm from Portugal and my first introduction to the MMORPG genre was Tibia and after that I went to Shayia. A couple of months ago my sister's boyfriend (now ex) introduced me to metin2 and the deal was I tried to play metin2 (the game that he played) and he tried to play Genshin Impact. In my defense, I really tried to see what was so special about this game, but I gave up when I achieved level 30. It was such a frustrating experience from a player's view and also from the view of someone that studied how to make games, that I decided to make a new Metin, with better graphics, gameplay, interfaces and world design. Up until now I didn't have the opportunity to start this project, but today I officially started working on this, I just hope I can be resilient enough to at least complete a small version so that I can show her ex (we're still friends) how bad is game is (of course, compared to contemporary games), and that the clothes shining when you upgrade them, isn't enough to make it a good game. But now seriously, the story of this game is good, and it's a shame that more new people won't experience it because of the way the game is. This won't be an official game and will be free (I don't want to have problems with the developers), it's just kind of a "" "fan""" project from someone that tried to play metin2 but was very frustrated with it. Right now I'm researching the lore of the game and it's cultural inspirations in order to try to build the structure of the starting cities, and decide their aesthetic, so which me luck!
Linkin?! Linkin?! It says *Lycan* as in werewolf lmao. *Emotion* mask, not emoticon ;p You were tired of this game before you even started, weren't you there Peon? ;p
Mostly i hate the fact that he didn't even try to read anything on "how to play" and he didn't give a shit... good or bad the game might be, you have to do things correctlly, if you don't, you can just stop doing vids. Cause like this you just miguiding ppl and throwing more shit on a shitty enough game. UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY and overall complete garbage vid, next time or more like from now on, try to actually understand how any game works so that you can give some valid info.

Rohan Blood Feud is my favorite MMO out of all,and i almost played them all.Yes game is Pay To Win,it has outdated graphic and combat but the hell, none game ever give'd me that feeling of bounding online with people as ROHAN did.Open world PVP gived me reason to love and hate individuals,i made friends that i still have on social medias even though i quit ROHAN 8 years ago.I remember red Dhan that was infamous killer,CoNfUsIon that was pking me around, camping at my grind spots and preventing me to get 1 lvl for entire week,i remember my guildmates camping in front of R1(Runhon dungeon) just so they can block he's way so i can lvl and they would be standing there and protecting me for hours!.I remember bloody wars between guilds that would shake entire servers putting every person in danger. There is nothing better as open world PVP in MMO games and ROHAN did it best.Nowdays people play games to RP as retards, chat, cry when some1 kills them and whine about every fucking single thing in MMO's.We that played oldschool hardcore MMO's like Rohan is would never even visit forums or reddits, game was fun and its still 1 of most badass MMO's ever.
This is what developers from Gameforge should see, it’s no way it would attract new players is not fun to start playing it when it ask you straight away for money.

i played metin2 for more than 10 years.. Official server is shit. The fun relies in the private servers , they have more online player than official . Also since levelling in metin2 is the WORSTE THING even made in a MMORPG , in privates you can rush high levels , spamming dungeons and here come the funny part .. the PVP .. in metin 2 you are free to kill everyone you want , even in the city ... it is just a bully game :P ... yea it s shit..
metin2 veteran here as well haha, played it also for more than 10 years! And pvp was actually quite nice and compared to today's standards pretty balanced in my opinion
Yeah count me in as well, that game really had potential but leveling was utterly tons of grind, and PvE was shit you just have to click 1 button on your horse, classes were not balanced at all, and since it released they did nothing to get any better. That game is a complete waste of time, and i wasted my childhood on this.
Classic mmo where u have to grind for hours just to get 1 lvl. Private servers ? Thats for noobs 😂 and tbh even compared to the crap i been playing in the days metin still looks like crap :( still miss the old good days. Now we dont get any more mmorpgs. They kinda dead

"Havent seen any player yet" says while chlling on the least populated of the 3 empires in any server, while also playing on a server no one cares about, laughs at invisible barriers on a 2004 game, and judges on the gameplay while not even unlocking skills or ever leaving the 1st town, didn't even learn the basic controls, WASD and Space Bar. The game isn't great, but it isn't the worst either. Tec Interactive's Metin2 SG Server is pretty much alive and running, and has a great comunity behind it (tho shinshoo doesn't exist there lol) most importantly, is not run by gameforge. It's a fun little game from over a decade ago, made by a little korean studio that introduced many people to MMOs, Metin2 has some of hte most simple and easy to understand mechanics I've seen on MMOs, item upgrades are simple (they always fucking fail but that's another story) Skills are extremely simple, you just got 5 or 6, 1 skill point per level, and then read skill books when they reach master level to keep upgrading them. No complex skill trees, no choosing what you think is optimal, no limited points to spend over a large ammount of possibilities, and the action bar is pretty small, it could be larger, but I also like the fact that I don't need like 7 bars and 300 macros to use my character at its full potential. This video is pointless, this is like if I starated playing Mario 64 and then say it's shit because the graphics are bad, complain about the controls because I never learnt how to jump and so never did, and bitch about the game having no point because since I don't know how to jump, I can't get into any level. If I came to you saying that I don't comprehend how people still plays this game because of those reasons, you probably would look at me like if I was a crazy maniac, right? That's how everyone who has played Metin2 is looking at you right now. Is it worth playing? Depends. As someone who played for years, the answer is yes, it's still the same good ol' metin2 and you will have the same ammount of fun as before, you know the game, you know how it works, you have friends who play it, and you know the comunity. As a new player? Sadly no, not worth it, it's an old game, with outdated mechanics, and a small comunity that's nowhere near as big as it was back in the day. One of those mechanics that I like and I absolutely love when I see a modern game that's similar is the combat system. If you don't like targeting a single enemy and then just press buttons on your action bar like in WoW, If you like a more dinamic, action based combat system, with combos, where movement does matter cause you can dodge pretty much anything if you are good enough, I'll suggest TERA, or for a more recent one, and my favourite MMO at this time, Black Desert
To me the game was always terrible, yes for many it was an introduction to MMO's but for someone that played MMO's before discovering Metin, this is just a boring piece of crap.
metin2 was my childhood what got me into the mmo genre, I have attempted to return but it lacks so many features I take for granted in other MMO so I never stick around too much. It is a minimalist mmo with very little core mechanics.
I've been watching ur channel for a very long time and i think ur reviews are awesome, but to be honest i dont think this was a fair review from your part, it's true the game doesn't introduce itself properly so it's hard to play it the right way from the get-go but i promise u if u played it the right way and actually gave the game a chance, u will understand why it was an awesome game for many people for years. and btw try a private server they are way more populated than the official steam version one specially after the last patch, a good recommendation would be aeldra2 server.
Funny how first impression MMO channel were and are so active. But this is the most useless thing, there is no point to test MMORPG at low levels, all work about the same. I didn't play Metin 2, but i know if he would try some of my favorite old MMOs it would sux. No players, low level gameplay... ofc it's boring.
the game used to be good, but since they applied all the patches and increased a level cap all the contnent just became shit, it used be good because it meant something to ger to level 30 back in the day, but now it's a day's grind that's shit I think
A day? Try like 2-3 hours if you know what you're doing, heck even less. With the free exp potions and all that stuff to help you out at first. Back then you only had a shitty sword, now everything gets handled to you
when i started playing i was like 10 (which is now 17 years ago), and back then there weren't as many mmo's to choose from. my friends actually dragged me into it and well i always enjoyed the asian style of gaming. The game was really beautiful back then (until WoW came out afterwards) but sadly Gameforge managed to ruin it alot. Earlier you could have uses the emotes without the stupid mask, there was "less" grind as it is today, the quests actually made sense and fun, lots of players so that farming and lvling up was a pain in the ass due to open world pvp which lit the spark inside you to farm yourself the pvp gear, guilds were honorable and a huge thing back then etc. It just made fun, the pvp was actually pretty damn balanced and fast paced at that time and exploring stuff with your friends or playing competitive was a huge plus. Sadly Gameforge turned it into an even worse cashgrab as it already was, the new "functions" make the game slow paced and a pain in the ass to level new chars or get into the game properly. I must admit tho, and that is just my honest and humble opinion here, that if they would actually ever decide to overdo metin2 with a 2018 year's worth of graphics plus the quests and npc's being voiced and having sequences/animations implemented, then i'd actually give the game another shot. But as for now, no one has an interest to bring it back up sadly and so people just tend to go and play on the thousands of private servers for the nostalgia or switched to other games of course
I started playing metin2 at 10 years too in the Portuguese server and is the most addictive game i ever played, but i share your opinion, this game just no make sense in the present ... but if gameforge do a metin 3 with some news resources and graphics, ofc i will play it ..
it was addictive indeed back then, plus there were like over 20 servers only in the german region after a short time so that really does tell alot about it. Glad to see i am not the only one who had a passion for this game haha. And yes a metin 3 with maybe less cashgrab methods would be a nice touch these days and would bring back alot of veterans from then. I must say, the community in metin2 (at least from my experiences on my server) were the best ones of all the games i have encountered and played so far (and those were alot). If you compare them to the community of this generation who grew up with LoL, Fortnite and such... you'll see a huge difference and honestly, sometimes when playing mmos these days i really wished the community would get back to how it used to be without that super salty attitude. Again, that is just the way i see it and taken from my experiences i had encountered. No offense to anyone!
@@ekolodz666 Clearly if it was the worst, there wouldn't have been so many people playing it back in the day. This guy really didn't a bad job at presenting this game. There is a better video that fully explains this game, unfortunately it is in Polish.
I think the main problem here is that you went into the game with the wrong attitude. It's more similar to BDO than other MMO titles. I do have to agree that official metin2 servers were a complete pain, but what made this game great in my opinion were the private servers. These would offer more reasonable rates and not make the game overall such a pain. Due to the game being very minimal in all other aspects, what rose up within it was server wide communities where basically everyone knew each other. What keeps this game alive today is really nostalgia, and people being too used to it to try something else as it is so different. Can't blame you on your opinion though, as the introduction the game gives to a new player is absolute garbage and it's basically lacking in all areas when compared to other MMOs. Nice vid Peon, keep em' comin' ^^
To answer your question about why this game is still played even if it's shit: for nostalgia's sake. Eastern Europe got a hold of PCs and gaming quite late in the development, so we usually got stuff late as well. Even if there were many games that were better that Metin2, people got to play Metin2 as their first game. It was accesible, you could play with your buddies, it was fun and all that. You could talk with your friends around your block for hours about this game. For that time, it was engaging because we didn't you we had better stuff. That's why we stuck with it. Yes, the game is shit, but it's our shit. It's a grindfest and pretty much p2w, but back then nobody really cared, cause the vast majority of players were into it for fun. That's why there are hundreds of private servers that are quite populated. Even i, that i fucking hate this game so much, still play from time to time with my buddies on private servers, because you can access the endgame content faster. You got bored on your first levels (that btw, you reached really fast, back then the game was more difficult) but the game gets enjoyable after you make some friends and level up together. PVP is fun, you get to smash buttons and watch the flashy spells go all over. Try searching for guild wars, you'll see what i mean. Even if the game is shit and i agree with that, it's fun even to this day. Tips: spam Z to gather what is dropped (yang, items, you name it) and hold SPACE to attack, not your mouse. your mouse it's only for the camera movement (with right click) and clicking a few potions from time to time
@unnamed bear you're the first person aside from myself that i see comparing metin2 to gambling but yeah you're 100% correct. since this game wasnt really popular in the west i wonder if someone from RO or BUR or whatever made a documentary about this game. cuz i mean it literally taught gambling to awhole generation lol and continues to do so. actually maybe this is why it wasnt popular in the west we saw it as a giant gambling simulator and knew not to touch it.. (well i played it but never spent a cent on it) plus we had ultima online, WoW, runescape and everquest instead (and other shittier titles).
metin2 was my childhood what got me into the mmo genre, I have attempted to return but it lacks so many features I take for granted in other MMO so I never stick around too much. It is a minimalist mmo with very little core mechanics.
10 years ago Metin2 was, in my opinion, the only game that wasn't static when you attack, you move forward, you have "cool" skills and quests that you cant hold to and go just level up to 15 before doing any, or do it along the leveling up... It's pretty simple, you have 2 cities in each region, city1 and city2 The rest is "in the middle" of the 3 regions You can't talk to people from other reagions. You can fish, you can marry (create a shaman to buff you marry her and you gain an item that teleports you to your other partner, that would be your main character). You can pan, you have a lot a drops that you can sell to others and buy from others, books to level up your skills to M1, to G1 and then P Once you get a horse, everything is easier, and you have movement potions... Basically, it's a simple game, really really simple but with so many features at the same time that others games haven't (or hadn't) It's good, once you learn about it. (btw that Lycan race is new, there were only 4 races, ninja, warrior, shaman and sura. Lycan is a bit different) And for me, like you said, it's nostalgic and good in a way. Nice video btw, you showed up in my feed, hugs
In Portugal the game was and is very popular on a private server which makes the game way better than the original, like making leveling up much quicker than it is there. Not my cup of tea, but I can see why it's fun to play, you pick your buds and you all go quickly grinding a bit and then doing dungeons for free, after a while you get acess to lots of abilities and animations too. Metin 2 was one of the first games I ever played, guess it was pretty easy to find back then
It was a Turkish gaming staple back in the days along with Knight Onlive and Silkroad Online. I never hooked on to it but it was a BIG thing among most of my friends.
Haven't played this in like 10 years, but what made this interesting back in the day was the min-maxing of equipment for specific playstyles as well as the relatively stable in-game economy that allowed for simply trading items being a legitimate way to get really good in PVP in this game. Also, it was basically a chatroom and this was a pre-smartphone era. At any given time you'd log in and see dozens of player-run shops set up and many people hanging out in the city chatting and dueling. Everywhere in the world, you'd run into other players. Especially good farming spots where always hard to occupy. It essentially was a grindy game with somewhat deep PVP, an interesting in-game economy and it was a social hub like PSO2, where people would just hang out and chat for hours. If you try to judge this game by its graphics or gameplay mechanics it makes no sense that this was popular. This shit was outdated even back in 2007 when it took off in Europe. Fun fact: This game started in 2006 in Germany with a monthly subscription fee and it was basically dead a few months later. Then it became free2play and had millions of players shortly after. But as far as I know, the actual developers didn't really care for the game. It never really took off in Korea. So Gameforge couldn't even have bugs fixed in the game. Quests never became anything more than fetch work and I think they actually stopped at level 40. So after that you were welcome to simply mindlessly grind for another 40 levels. It would take years before they managed to actually add some more content to the game. But they obviously managed to make it Pay2Win as fuck. The upgrade and bonus system for equipment they came up with was so ridiculous that some people would literally spend thousands of Euros on a single piece of equipment only to roll the right combination of perks on it. I have nostalgia for the early days of the game, where no one knew how shit in the game worked. Not even the Publisher. This wasn't like any other game where you had a Wiki or could find guides or whatever online. You'd actually have to figure shit out yourself or with your mates and if you learned something useful you had an advantage over everyone else in the game.
Dude, you really bashed this game with no context whatsoever. Metin2 needs context... Yes, it's a barren ass boring looking game. Yes the user interface looks like shit. But back in 2006-2009, a lot of us had shitty PCs, and this game was still runnable, so here's your scenario... Me and my school friends would arrive home, and turn this on, and we'd play this for hours... The world was so full of people, in the main city, you couldn't even walk 10 seconds without someone messaging you, and it wasn't SPAM either, it was usually friendly people, who just wanted to form groups to lvl up or do some boss, or just PVP. The economy used to be one of the most interesting economies I've ever seen in an MMO. Back then, you'd go into the main city, where all the market was, and you would actually spend a good deal of time trying to reason and to get deals and bargains out of other players. What it lacked in technical aspects, it had in the sense that it was a very social game. It's very nostalgic. The other day I logged in after almost 10 years and it was nothing but a sad experience. What was once a vivid game was now almost empty and with little to no players. The few players that I encountered in the main cities were bot spamming the PM chats with ads and stupid stuff. Of course, reviewing it based on a momentaneous rush to play the game, alone, in 2022, when the game is not as active as it used to be, is bound to not go well... It's like reviewing a flip phone by today's standards...
I remember when i was playing in one of the best arabic Mt2 servers. It was called Mt2ar i had the stronger hero in the game "honestly" my worrier waa unbeatable and i liked helping ppl by giving them yang and stuff untill my friend whom i gave my account went straight to the GM and insulted him for no reason bcs of jealousy :'( and i got my acc banned for ever Ps: I spent 7 years playing metin2 and its signature will last untill death ❤

Are you seriously complaining about older games having unimmersive spawns? Wtf did you expect bro? All older mmos had unimmersive spawns I haven't played it but maybe If I saw you enjoying older mmos at that time I can see you may be being objective it just seems your trying to trash it.
This game was just a playground for kids that had nothing better to do after school like me, the game was free and all your friends played it. It was much more about the community within the game, rather than the game itself.
I actually loved this game when I was 9 years old or so, and I still don't know why. The only reason I sometimes re play it is because of the nostalgia it brings to me. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who hasn't played it as a child
In my opinion TheLazyPeon criticise those old games he's doing videos for, kinda too much. Yeah okay, it is "first impressions", so I guess, that's exactly how a gamer playing 2015-2018 games would sound like, I get it. But in the same time, I bet he's one of those people we read everywhere in every game/ mmo in the specific "world chat" where a metin2 subject starts, and there's a bunch of people saying Metin2 is trash or was trash. This is not the first time and not even the 5th time I'm watching a TheLazyPeon video. TheLazyPeon is a bit annoying/ apathetic to me because of his side jokes, "what the fuck" uses, sarcasm/ irony some times, etc. About the game: Metin 2 was one of the most popular games when TheLazyPeon's beard was barely sprouting. Was one of the most popular games when there was still Bayblade episodes (I think, I'm not sure), Dbz anime (I might be wrong on this one), when Death Note was still on TV (still not sure with this one too), when Dota (not Dota 2) was still played, etc. At the part of the video when he says "She doesn't even have a name (the potion vendor where he says "500 yang for just a necklace? hell nah - or something like that"), that circle with stones/ pavement, that center of the city, and even outside of the center, there were always hundreds and maybe a thousand of shops opened from players. Players were doing pvp in the city too. Also TheLazyPeon said something about "1000, more than Bless can/ could get" players, after what? 14 years? slightly an older game than WoW? a game that it's gone but people from outside still try to keep it alive just as the people of Lineage try to keep Lineage alive? those things should tell us something. Also the game is funny with those names in the beginning on the NPCs hostiles, but as you play the game, you will face of course, different mobs, op mobs, not so much "name changed a bit" and "color changed a bit" mobs, the diversity increases in all its aspects. The upgrading system is what thousands of players are using even today in Black Desert Online, and that's rng based, even worse because there are not any chances increased by some things we can use like in Black Desert Online, to succeed. Unless you're running a place called "The Black Tower" or something like that, and when you reach a certain stage of the tower, a mysterious blacksmith appears and it is supposed to have higher chances on upgrading anything. The Metin 2 mmo was once published by EU and NA, it had official servers and official websites, it had players from everywhere in the world as there were not many titles out yet. Metin 2 wasn't so much p2w if you were choosing things right in the game. So if you know how to distribute your stats, skills, if you're an efficient farmer, etc. you wouldn't need at all to buy something. The only things you could never get, but just by buying, are emotes, a nice haircut and also there comes the point where you have everything you wanted, nice gear upgraded with years of effort and stress, and then you want better stats on your items, which you can reroll them with a cash shop item. This rerolling item was I think the only p2w item. People were spending so much money to get their perfect stats, for pvp, pve, etc. But other than that, nothing I think. The thing is, if we play today the game, we will not find a lot of players of course, because the game is old, and only a little amount of people play it, and that's why TheLazyPeon had such silence and the city was empty. Also, the people that are playing the game, definitely are in higher places right now and they're not selling their things in the city for some reasons. Definitely you not gonna see people that are playing the game/ server for long, where dogs and grizzly bears are. And since the game has been shut down for more than a decade but there were still people out there to bring it somehow back, and a part of people still playing the game, definitely I think, either something has been changed in the game, either players by a certain policy, have established to put their shops somewhere else other than the city. Also, I remember that when I was playing the game, not all the territories were equal in amount of players, etc. Some faction was extremely populated, then one like 50/50, and one almost not at all, or the two remaining factions were both 50/50. In my opinion, the feels some people have for Lineage that it's gone, are the same with the people that have for Metin2. They are two different mmos, one better than the other one, but they are wonderful to us, beautiful, nostalgic. Of course I am not gonna play them when I have totally awesome games to play in 2018, but if Metin2 would still be a thing, and being played like how WoW is, I'd play it any time.
Mafu Senpai oh but it is. I currently play on a server which has 4k players on at once on a daily basis, with a peak of 6k during events. Map1 in the blue kingdom has so many shops, it lags my 970 graphic card lol
I've seen many inconsistent reviews from LazyPeon lately. From a TH-camr that should be all about MMO's, I find his videos getting more and more lacklusters. Why would you do a "first impressions" or "is it worth playing" on a game that is CLEARLY a mere shadow of its former self? Next thing you know, he'll make first impressions on Ragnarok Online, Tibia, Dark Eden, Conquer Online..
I agree with you Havock, there were. But that is not what I meant with either "as there were not many titles out yet" or any other thing that made you think I'd mean that. In old times, games weren't so much a thing. And when it was starting to be a thing for some of the people, the better mmos out there couldn't have been found because you needed to be (just like today) more than getting into games a bit, you needed to be actually into games much, just like today, in order to reach a deeper zone of games, to find the "pearls" that you're talking about/ the better mmos of 2004. Today we're playing some titles and we get to know so easy what titles are coming, being worked on, and so on. In old times, a person that didn't play at all a video game in their life, couldn't know so many things, maybe even if it was a gamer, because as I said, games/ gaming weren't so much of a thing. Look, I have played Rohan Online, and it can be muuuuch better than Metin2, but could have I got to know about it if I wasn't so much into games and searching for more info or more mmos to play? nah. There weren't many advertises about Rohan Online tbh. In our uTorrent interface, at the bottom left, it was always shown either Metin2, either Path of Exile advertises. Those two were almost everywhere. It's like those clickbaits advertises that everyone clicks them at some point and pops up porn or porn game or whatever. So conclusion, to not make it any longer the reply: Of course, there were better mmos in 2004. But we're talking about Metin2 right now, and the style of TheLazyPeon doing things in his "first impression" videos and so on. That's why I commented being a "for" Metin2 (by "for" I mean I'm not against, but opposite). To say what it is to be said about Metin2, that it is not a bad game at all for its years, that it was a real big thing at its time, that it was great to play it, that it is not as bad as people think/ image it nowdays. People trashtalk things because they associate with what great things they have, with the old ones. That's 1. And 2. people that trashtalk, assume faster bad things than trying the game, ALSO even if they would try the game(because they're not interested in it). This is one example of "2": I remembered one thing. TheLazyPeon complained in the video that you collect things manually by clicking. Like in any other game, there are keybinds. The button for collecting things in Metin2, is (Z). There you go. But yeah, it is easy to assume fast that a game is bad and to image it bad in the media, right? :D it is definitely easier. Yeah, I get it, I cannot just say "better do not make any more first impression of a game video, because all I'm gonna hear is bad stuff because you didn't try something". Cause that's the "first impression" right? that's how a person would react/ face the game at first. But in the same time, what's the point of making a first impression of a game video without thinking that it's an old game? You can't just expect to get in an old school mmo and expect to have features and systems like how the upcoming mmo "Moonlight Blade" has, or whatever modern mmo out there. So this is why I say, that: as long as you make a video about an old game, act like you do it for that game. Don't be a LadyPeon having expectations like over Blade and Soul and whatnot. 2004 isn't 2018. It's like watching a new generation guy saying "Wait wut... you 2002 people don't have touch screen mobile phones?! what a mess..".
@@macx7760 12 years ago for like a year. Yes. Never returned after trying any other rpg really. And it doesn't look like it improved at all. Only difference I can tell is the werewolf ish class
Okay first of all..It´s not worth playing anymore. It was really good and popular back in 2007-2011 but nowadays i really dont recommend playing it. The feeling just changed overall and it has one of the worst pay2win systems. Ofc it was p2w back in the day too but people didn´t spend that much rl money then. Very outdated graphics, p2w on a serious high level, you need ALOT of time to get into it (not that much as years ago but still a ton of time but i would say..if you´re new...it will take 6 - 18 months until the game really starts depending how much money you´re putting into it but random factor of good bonuses). I played the game 3 years straight until i didn´t had any goals left except for hours of grinding to reach an even higher level and ofc spent more money into my equipment - that was 2008 - 2011. I would say the games golden times. Alot changed - in my opinion it got alot more worse..But i really have to say this mmorpg still stays in the back of my head. Had alot of fun, had great times, pvp just felt really good - simple but really good and you always had control over your character. But i wouldn´t even touch that game nowadays. Don´t play it guys its really not worth it anymore ^^
Just because you stop playing the game that no reason that other people shouldn't start to play this game and second thing it's not a pay to win game if you spend money you grow up faster but you can do that normal too just by farming a loat
@@empero3831 My opinion doesn´t have anything to do just because I quit the game, i really do know the game and for todays standards it´s just really really bad. Even if you like the game you can´t deny that you HAVE TO spent money if you want to get to the top OR you grind 3 years and other people have the same progress + even more benefits in 2 months. And im not speaking of only 100$, im speaking of atleast 500-1000$. Metin2 was always a really big Pay2Win game, especially in the "Endgame" when it came to PvP. Ever heard of fowukaci? First player that reached level 99? I was with him on the same Server. He spent multiple thousands into the game. Ofc today you can grind alot of itemshop items but you need to be a specific level and you need to have the right gear and high skills for it. New players can´t do any of that. You know even if you like the game..there is no reason to be in denial and deny that the game isn´t pay2win although it totally is. Without money you won´t even come close to the big boys ATLEAST if you´re not willing to spend 3-4 years grinding and getting beat by others all the time, get your farm spot stolen, getting killed over and over again because you´re defensless.
Try 4story while you're at it, I played it for like 5years and loved it, to me it felt very immersive I still remember going into a new map for the first time or riding my mount from one kingdom to the other just for lolz . The first time I followed my friend I didn't even know they were real people until I asked him why he was writing to bots 😂. Honestly I'd still go and play it now the community was the nicest I've found so far too , but I just dont have the patience to grind for hours everyday so I just play fps games or Smite where you restart every match. Well you do have Lots of PvP on every level not just late game so I might give it a try sometimes even though it doesnt even have 30% of the people it used to in its prime
What I liked about this game is trading, that you can make your own shop with own items. And therefore the interaction with players when you were walking around in the first city fillied with hundreds of shops looking for an item you want. Personally I also liked that you needed to kill like thousands of mobs to get rare item. It was very rewarding when you finally got it. And then the blacksmith broke it when you tried to upgrade it :D There is no similar game to this, you just need to play this to understand. I also think its popularity is not only because it was a good game like for 200x standard. But also because it was translated into many Eastern Europe languages so the kids which didn't speak english could play this as well. Now these kids are adults and come back to Metin 2 because of nostalgia mostly. And maybe also because of the pretty unique aspects that I mentioned above which were important to me.
It was good because it has action combat(or more actiony than point and click) ffs dont click on mobs, use the spacebar !! Great game when it released. I tried most popular MMOs and the only ones I got into playing for longer than 50h was Metin 2 (spent like 10 years on it) and BDO. It got shit over the years, offical servers kinda died around 5 years ago due to bots, P2W and generally decreasing pop. (I played on Polish servers). I still sometimes think of coming back to Metin 2 since other MMOs just feel shitter to me imo. Combat in Metin 2 is at least enjoyable/satisfying unlike WoW for example which for me was really boring unless you were doing a raid of some sort. Also Metin 2 had a great sense of community and great pvp. Also this video was very painful to watch... just press Z to pick up stuff. I never clicked anything to get loot lol. If you spam it you can very quickly pick up all the loot, unlike BDO where you have to p2w for pets otherwise you cant really grind properly. Another great thing I loved about Metin 2 is how mounted combat was actually good (unlike most MMOs where its either not a thing or useless). I loved how fluid it was to get on and off a horse.. just press a key combination and you got off and on instantly - with no animation. Yeah it was just teleportation on and off a horse but it was really fluid and enjoyable to get off, use your buff skills and get back on. Also you could summon a horse rather than going to a stable keeper like in BDO (which really pisses me off in BDO).
U can use WASD to move and SPACEBAR to attack ! There is action combat, its not point-and-click.There is a lot more to this game. The steam version might not be good, but there are private servers that are good and have players on them. U can upgrade weapons, add bonuses to them, there is a lot of loot! The main pro is that you can play with friends and adventure together. Idk, it is a very old game but it can be enjoyable if u play it right :)
Metin is so popular in Czech Republic, because it's translated into Czech language. In Czech Republic there are so many people on the server. I'm played Metin for 8 years it was my childhood and i don't regret it. And that music takes me back to my childhood. My entire family played this game (except mum). We got so many memories on this game. My dad was lv45 Asura, my sister was lv56 Shaman and i was lv19 Ninja. Level 20 was impossible to reach (for me). I was just messing around and killing dogs with my cousins. good times.
i just wish some studio took this game and remaster it, it had such a great community and is very nostalgic, unfortunetly gameforge fucked it up and nobody plays the official servers anymore but you can still find a lot of people playing on european private servers. Bring it back
Back in the day in like 2005-2009 this game was so alive, players everywhere you go. It wasn't the game that made it fun, it was all the school friends we played with.
Pretty good explanation, it was *our* shit pepeFeels
Also personally I think the combat was really good and enjoyable for its time, but the biggest part that made it was the community essentially. I think I've put over 20k hours into this game, no game will ever beat that.
I remember the cave in second area of Blue faction, the one with powerful enemies....damn that was fun :D Me and my friends spent several hours preparing for it and than making it into third room I think....it was fun as hell

I used to play this game around like god I don't know 10-12 years ago and that starting area, where he said "I guess that's where the people hang around" used to be absolutely full, like so full of shops and players shopping that you would lag for days. It's a shame how they ditched the game and it died.
As to why I loved it:
1) Introduction to grind, it might sound weird but this game showed me what grind really means. I would grind for Metin stones or Fish for 3-4 hours a day to get clams to sell so I can buy some lvl 30 weapon that you could grind with a party but can take days for 1 drop with shit stats.
2) It could run on my crappy pc
3) I liked the art style, I don't know why, I still do, and the soundtrack.

the best thing about the game was the gear system with random bonis. beating as lvl 40 a lvl 60 because u have so nice bonis in it and spells upped. this was the best mmo ever made. i hate questing so just grinding was is the best ever quest system for me .

No the lazypeon is just LAZY and trash and he loves to hate anything.

But i loved the game because of it.Lucking out after you try to enchant your gear is one of the best feelings you can get out of an MMO imo
Also this isnt just nostalgia talking because i completely agree with almost all of your points in the video.(although you needed to grab the cash shop item from a special inventory slot, you could have auto attacked with spacebar AND you could collect stuff from the ground with Z or " keys)

It's fun if you know how to play

There is nothing better as open world PVP in MMO games and ROHAN did it best.Nowdays people play games to RP as retards, chat, cry when some1 kills them and whine about every fucking single thing in MMO's.We that played oldschool hardcore MMO's like Rohan is would never even visit forums or reddits, game was fun and its still 1 of most badass MMO's ever.

i played metin2 for more than 10 years..
That game is a complete waste of time, and i wasted my childhood on this.
if the game its shit , why did u played for 10 years?

To me the game was always terrible, yes for many it was an introduction to MMO's but for someone that played MMO's before discovering Metin, this is just a boring piece of crap.

the key "z" is used to grab the items instead of clicking on them, i still play this game, for 10 years now
Metin 2 was relatively interesting back when it released because there wasn't really too many good competitors, but I agree it's crap now
I've been watching ur channel for a very long time and i think ur reviews are awesome, but to be honest i dont think this was a fair review from your part, it's true the game doesn't introduce itself properly so it's hard to play it the right way from the get-go but i promise u if u played it the right way and actually gave the game a chance, u will understand why it was an awesome game for many people for years.
and btw try a private server they are way more populated than the official steam version one specially after the last patch, a good recommendation would be aeldra2 server.
This game was and still is a proper shit.
Coming from east Europe this game is childhood memories so many people playing it back in the day
Only true balkan bros remember playing this gem
the game used to be good, but since they applied all the patches and increased a level cap all the contnent just became shit, it used be good because it meant something to ger to level 30 back in the day, but now it's a day's grind that's shit I think
A day? Try like 2-3 hours if you know what you're doing, heck even less. With the free exp potions and all that stuff to help you out at first. Back then you only had a shitty sword, now everything gets handled to you
omg metin2 really? i played this crap for 10 years xD
But why? There is so many better MMORPGs in the market and you chose probably the worst one. I mean, it's fine for me, but still why
when i started playing i was like 10 (which is now 17 years ago), and back then there weren't as many mmo's to choose from. my friends actually dragged me into it and well i always enjoyed the asian style of gaming.
There is a better video that fully explains this game, unfortunately it is in Polish.
i almost playing this game for 10 years and saying these stuff really hurts
yeah like, he chose the new race that starts in that shitty area and choses the most deserted kingdom and on top of it he didn't logged in ch1 lmao
(well i played it but never spent a cent on it) plus we had ultima online, WoW, runescape and everquest instead (and other shittier titles).

betonven asculta melodia de intro de la metin inainte sa scire sonatele
10 years ago Metin2 was, in my opinion, the only game that wasn't static when you attack, you move forward, you have "cool" skills and quests that you cant hold to and go just level up to 15 before doing any, or do it along the leveling up... It's pretty simple, you have 2 cities in each region, city1 and city2
The rest is "in the middle" of the 3 regions
You can't talk to people from other reagions. You can fish, you can marry (create a shaman to buff you marry her and you gain an item that teleports you to your other partner, that would be your main character). You can pan, you have a lot a drops that you can sell to others and buy from others, books to level up your skills to M1, to G1 and then P
Once you get a horse, everything is easier, and you have movement potions...
Basically, it's a simple game, really really simple but with so many features at the same time that others games haven't (or hadn't)
It's good, once you learn about it.
(btw that Lycan race is new, there were only 4 races, ninja, warrior, shaman and sura. Lycan is a bit different)
And for me, like you said, it's nostalgic and good in a way.
Nice video btw, you showed up in my feed,
hugs
Who did the quest? ????

Are you seriously complaining about older games having unimmersive spawns? Wtf did you expect bro? All older mmos had unimmersive spawns
I haven't played it but maybe If I saw you enjoying older mmos at that time I can see you may be being objective it just seems your trying to trash it.
About the game:
Metin 2 was one of the most popular games when TheLazyPeon's beard was barely sprouting.
Of course I am not gonna play them when I have totally awesome games to play in 2018, but if Metin2 would still be a thing, and being played like how WoW is, I'd play it any time.
that's true and hope Peon read this too
Mafu Senpai oh but it is.
Next thing you know, he'll make first impressions on Ragnarok Online, Tibia, Dark Eden, Conquer Online..
there were better mmos in 2004 lol....
So conclusion, to not make it any longer the reply:
Of course, there were better mmos in 2004.
Its The most popular mmorpg in Poland to this day to be honest, but everyone plays on private servers made by players now ;)
Yeah same in Romania private servers are cool I thinking of opening my own private server
What servers?
That game was the best back when there were no computers :) lol
is my case xD i have a fking shitty pc and only i can play shitty games like this :v lol
I have no pc :) lmao
ths Village soundtrack the good times when u open a shop and wait for hours and hang out with your friends and the fights ☹️💔💫
Metin was and still is very popular in Romania, the game is just nostalgic for us
so we can t leave it
Dude only polish and romanian people play this game XD we have the most private servers :D
no way, u are reviewing my fav game :D
I'm sorry for you...
have u ever played metin2?
@@macx7760 12 years ago for like a year. Yes. Never returned after trying any other rpg really. And it doesn't look like it improved at all. Only difference I can tell is the werewolf ish class
well, its much more a economy simulation than anything else
@@macx7760 now you're just trolling
@@Roecky No one plays in the official server. Everyone plays in private servers
There's new versions where is better graphics and cool armours serch up
@@empero3831 He is right, I'd never recommend this game anymore.
Not 30%, maybe max. 1%
And then the blacksmith broke it when you tried to upgrade it :D
There is no similar game to this, you just need to play this to understand.
Metin2 is still popular, private servers have around 2000 players online.
and there's many private servers.
Epic Game when you get into it
,played for years
metin2 is the best game dont you ever dare talk bad about it
German-Turks also like this game. One guy told me it's because Metin is a Turkish male name :D
I was just messing around and killing dogs with my cousins. good times.
0 ideas for a video, that´s why you uploaded this, right ?
Pretty much :D
TheLazyPeon mate this was an amazing videos fuck him
Yeah he just hating on it lol wanky tanky doodle shiet
i just wish some studio took this game and remaster it, it had such a great community and is very nostalgic, unfortunetly gameforge fucked it up and nobody plays the official servers anymore but you can still find a lot of people playing on european private servers.
Bring it back
yeah man... metin3, or at least metin2 for Android...
If I won the lottery I'd fund the development for it lmao
Back in the day in like 2005-2009 this game was so alive, players everywhere you go.
It wasn't the game that made it fun, it was all the school friends we played with.
But everything changed when it became pay to win.
Well, it was always pay to win, but back then most of us were broke.
Back then it was rare to see a really high level or a +9 upgraded char
I actually suggested this game a while back, didn't really think you'll cover it. My man xD
Turkish people cry when they hear the metin2 soundtrack
Butun hayatimi yedi bu oyun
