    The way that you start your day is super important. It can help you be totally ready for what comes ahead! That's why I love starting my day with a full-body stretch in a vinyasa flow style morning yoga class. In this class, I pay special attention to the hips and legs, which naturally stretches out the spine too. It's simple and quick so that you can do it any day of the week. Get the blood flowing through your joints, muscles, and brain and start your day with energy with this morning yoga class!

    Brett is the Best Yoga instructor on the internet! What a gem! She explains the subtleties that make all the difference in effective practice. She is so knowledgeable and skilled; like my very first teachers. Too many internet teachers speed through practices and defeat the purpose. Brett is preserving and teaching authentic Yoga. I’m so delighted that I found her.

    I've known for many years that my calves are very tight. This one really helps with stretching them out. I'm thinking now that maybe I'll start using the stretches in this video every morning. They all seem really good for me, but without being too tiring, so I think I should still be able to get a second practice in every day.

    Today I realized I needed to start drinking more water before I start. I also have finally started doing pigeon correctly, or a lot more so, as until today I've had my knee in the wrong place. Anyway, these practices have really been helping. Thank you Brett. :)

    Looking at my past comment, I guess I've really improved with this one. I wasn't really tired throughout the practice, though I did having trouble keeping up with you. The main problem though is that I keep having phlegm coming up through practice. I tried your 3rd and 4th chakras video yesterday though. Do you think that's a good one to help with phlegm?
