    10000 rs sqft perfect price for this property considering current real estate situation.
    Certainly it justifies 3000rs per sqft premium from properties in its vicinity.
    Anything above 11000rs per sqft is certainly costly in this project.

    Looks a great project by ATS, since its a small project it will have many advantages as compared to a large size society, the location is also very good.. all the hot spots malls, cinemas and other hot spots are just below the project

    Bhai u seems to be a broker hence requesting you not fool people with the goodwill of ATS.you should know that mostly there projects are in NCLT and by making such videos you are misleading viewers into a trap, hence request you to refrain.

      We want to clarify that we are not promoting ATS Greens. This project is from ATS HomeKaft, and we have clearly mentioned the difference in the video. And yes we a real estate broking firm, but we do not hold any inventory in the project. The purpose of creating this video was solely to address our viewers' comments and inquiries.       We've just realized that we overlooked including the list of amenities in the video, and we sincerely apologize for that oversight. ATS Nobility is indeed a Mivan-based project. It's worth noting that most launches post-2018 are based on either pre-cast or Mivan construction methods.
