- As we gear up for the fall holidays, with the cooler weather already here, we wanted to really plan out some meals that would feed our large family and feel a little more warm and cozy at the same time! We stocked up on everything we would need for the next few weeks from Costco, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Kroger, and it was just about more than our kitchen could handle!

I would love for Penelope to create a cookbook for teens... She seems to really be into experimenting with food and creating great meals... So awesome when kids have a passion for cooking!

Liam is shining lately. I love to see it. Every time he comes home from his Grandparents I see a special pep in his step 😁 the bro squad was so dang cute I may have shed a tear 🥲 I hope all the kiddos are enjoying school & that Reese is doing well! I love the shopping videos, always inspires my grocery list for the week. All of the Indian meals from TJ’s are amazing 😩 the fish korma is delicious if you haven’t tried it yet! Another great buy is the vegetable panang curry, so flavorful! As for Penny’s gochujang paste, I recommend looking up an easy gochujang sauce recipe! One of my favorite meals is white rice, with cut up (preferably fried) chicken drizzled with the gochujang sauce & kewpie japanese mayo, then some nori, and sesame seeds to top it off! Also super yummy with cabbage or dried fish flake 😁

Lol, the dad and kids listen to audio books at double speed because the mom talks at double speed! Take it as a compliment! My favorite way to listen to this show is at .75 speed on TH-cam - you'll get to hear the mom talking at regular speed, and experience less anxiety. Excellent show, lovely family! P.S - It would be great to see some evolution of the fam into the fitness/gym/meditation/breathwork/mindfulness/yoga realm one day. I loved hearing about your cutbacks on caffeine and sugar, good work! Self care is important!

Trader Joe’s is my favorite place to shop. They don’t have everything but I follow up another day with our local big store.
Awesome shopping haul. I am going to our Trader Joe's because I actually want to try some of the things you bought. They have a lot of good seasonal foods. You did an amazing job with the display and description considering the amount of time you had....to put the food in the freezer/refrigerator!! I also liked how you mentioned the foods each individual child likes.

Hello my fam! I just love watching your grocery haul! Very interesting stuff you get every time! I live by myself, and I buy less than one third of the stuff you guys get, and it’s natural, you are 9 and I am 1 !! Lol . The Greek olive oil you got, is from an area out of Athens that’s called Kalamata. I have been to Kalamata, as my dad was a civil engineer and built a olive oil factory that process the olives that’s been picked from tons of acres of olive trees. Kalamata is a big village that specifically grows olives only from there and their oil is considered one of the best olive oil in Greece .

One thing good with salsa cottage cheese sour cream and cheese all mixed together and then you dip tortilla chips in it. I usually put cup salsa, 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup cottage cheese 1/4 cup shredded cheese and mix then eat
