@jaminkona2358 it's not as bad as you think bro, I live in SA, they have a huge black middle class that live comfortably and they control certain industries in the SA economy like the billion rands taxi industry that has produced so many dollar millionares in SA. Their poor are not poor in the sense of african poverty because they receive social assistance from their government. The shacks are normally built for foreign immigrants, but its true some South Africans also live there,

Absolutely loved this! Too often, the bad side of Johannesburg is shown and ragged on but here you showed Johannesburg as a whole. You showed its true nature and its people. Johannesburg is like any city, it has its good and bad sides. Johannesburg is a beautiful city with so much promise and potential. It's just up to us to make sure it reaches that potential. From someone born and raised in Pretoria, I will always root for Joburg.
The city of Johannesburg is so large, and old. JHB CBD doesn’t look like it’s 100 years old, but i don't think, it is on the brink of collapse. Yes, we do have a lot of townships and informal settlements, but that will never change the fact that this will remain the largest city in Africa in terms of development and production. Every big company is here, every expert is here, and new technologies are here. It is a dream city for everyone. I’m from Limpopo, and I came here for the opportunities. My relatives are here, and some are living their best lives, as are my friends. this the home Africa and if people think it's collapsing them Africa is collapsing too. thank you for this 46 minutes video, that i hope will give people a clear picture about JHB.
I agree with your nationalism but we cannot deny that multinational corporations are exiting the country every quarter. They are necessary drivers for an era of reindustrialization. The country, as a whole, is at an inflection point.
@khwathisomulondo589 While Johannesburg has no doubt played a key role as one of the major cities in Africa, it is important to note that other cities like Nairobi are growing rapidly in terms of development, innovation, and global recognition. Nairobi is now a hub for tech startups, major multinational companies, and international organizations it's even been dubbed the 'Silicon Savannah.' The 'lens' that Johannesburg will 'always remain the largest city in Africa in terms of development and production' is out of place in light of the vibrancy currently sweeping the continent. Cities like Lagos, Nairobi, and Kigali are on the move and prove that the potential of Africa is not pegged to one city. Africa is moving, and its cities are. This is the success story about all of them, not about one city's heritage.
Im From America 🇺🇲, Johannesburg looks cool! Reminds me of Atlanta or a mini Chicago, If i ever go to Africa i want my first trip to be Johannesburg ( Or Nairobi or Cape Town)
People will be blown away if they see what 300000 USD can buy them in the Joburg housing market. Joburg has around 70 golf courses, hundreds of padel courts and other sporting facilities, and arguably the best weather in the world!
It's also one of the most dangerous cities in the world. There's a reason why there are electric fences, panic rooms, and armed private security patrols communities.
@@impressivetravels well we all know that! Life is a gamble, my point is that SA could actually be a very decent place to retire and live a lavish lifestyle that's difficult to find in the western world at the price.

Hello Sir! Thank you for the amazing video! I've been tracking your way since 2018 and quality of your content grows up from one video to another. Greetings from Moscow even though South Africa is my second home now.
This is such a great video! I really enjoyed watching it, you covered everything in such a balanced and thoughtful way. Thank you for visiting our beautiful country and taking the time to truly understand its history and modern culture.
soon as that young lady said she is studying towards statistics and applied math i knew she was gonna say she wants to be a Quant, so awesome everytime i see a fellow young black person wanting to be a quant too, beautiful stuff, with youngsters like that , joburg has a great future
A very good video. I can see you tried to give a balanced view but I feel you tried too hard to emphasize the good side. As a Joburgers born and bred, and still living here, we see a different side, a city in decline, with failing infrastructure and uncaring municipalities unwilling to repair, maintain or improve the state of the city. Yes, there are wonderful parts, but life in Joburg is definitely not all parks, mansions and expensive shopping areas. There was too much importance placed on the super wealthy areas. Please don't leave out places like Alexandra. It's oart of the fabric too. Also please include ordinary suburbs where people struggle to get throughnday by day. And also please take into account the poverty that forces many to live in shacks in informal settlements, and dont forget the homeless living on the streets, and iften also in those green parks
@@ferdi5407 its too big to cover. I think he did well given the resources he has. And showed the two extremes which does show that there are ppl that live in the middle of both worlds within JHB
I’m watching this video from Montgomery Alabama USA. Excellent video. Truly enjoyed it so much and learned a lot. I read Nelson Mandela’s book years ago and this video really put a face to the places he so uniquely described in his book. Keep it up!❤
Thank you for all this effort! Incredible video about our city! I’ve actually seen more through your lens, than I have with my own eyes. Surprisingly educational too! Even for a person who’s lived here 23 years now.
Thanks for taking the time to make documentaries on Johannesburg and South Africa. They are informative. It's been long since you made a documentary on an African country since the Zanzibar episode. I hope you make more on African cities and countries. I hope you include episodes on Kenya, Botswana, Namibia, Rwanda, Mauritius and Egypt among others .
Mr. Salva: Thanks you so much for this remarkable video today’s from Johannesburg, South Africa this week to shows those amazing places on the streets in great joy.I am hoping you are planning to visit Cape Town, South Africa next week to releases some great videos in 2025❤❤❤❤
Wow, I am so impressed with your content sir. You took time to go into Hillbrow and many of the places where tourists would otherwise never visit. Seems you followed the advise from the guy in your Cape Town video to not only visit the touristic hotspots but to also go local. The Congolese guide at Ponte was super impressive and the homeless guy at 29:25 sounds pretty educated. Seems life just wasn't fair or maybe he made some poor choices. I am Cameroonian and did my BA and MA at Wits University and because of my studies, I never got to experience many of the places you showed partly due to my workload and the fact that COVID hit in 2020 when I started my MA and we were stuck indoors for so long in Jo'burg. I now work in Madagascar but will certainly visit SA soon again. Thanks so much for this balanced content that shows SA for the beautiful, nuanced and growing place that it is and not just the one-sided narrative which Western media tend to push about the country.
My first experience of Johannesburg was Ponte City as an 11-year-old white boy (family emigration in 1990). I remember walks from Ponte to The Wilds (when it was still safe) with our dad, exploring the city on foot. Eventually we settled on the Near East Rand (Edenvale). On 7 January 2020, my feet touched the African soil for the last time. The corruption, the load-shedding, and the rhetoric of a certain red-themed political party drove us out.
Hadn't realized you'd rebranded the channel. Always appreciated your perspective and I'm glad to see you thriving. As a Southern Appalachian, I'm proud that you got to experience our culture for a little bit as well.
Very lovely and balanced video about Joburg. Thank you so much from a fellow proud South African. I knew most European South Africans who ran to the cold and miserable Europe, people from other jealous African countries and those people from the overhyped Western countries will find something bad to say about the video as if they live in perfect countries. We as South Africans don't care about their negativity. We love our vibrant and beautiful country with its imperfections. Joburgers and South Africans are very kind and lovely people. We are not ashamed of calling our country the best country in the continent. 🇿🇦
Great unbiased analysis of Joburg from an outsider perspective. By African standards Jozi is a trendsetter, it has come a long way. It has its own challenges just like any other metropolis around the world however it has great potential to be amongst the best cities in the world.
❤I have watched many of your vlogs about other cities around the world, but this one is 100% unique. I am a South African🇿🇦 and hands down... you did an excellent job with this video. You captured every aspect of Jozi, from hijacked buildings to luxurious estates and Soweto + the history of the country as well. Great one Slava. Next time you should do Durban and Cape Town cities. By bye
The gentleman showing you around the hijacked building is quite articulate...His English vocabulary is impressive. I wonder what his story is. How did he end up where he is? It will be interesting to know
Born and Raised in Jozi we have been through a lot as a country, i believe we will be great all we need is unity financial freedom job opportunities for everyone. The best country in the world i really love my South Africa 🇿🇦......
Outstanding video. I am from New Zealand but have spent a lot of time in Johannesburg. I believe that the greater southern Africa region south of Congo is the world's next big boom zone. Johannesburg will be its commercial capital like New York is for the USA. Johannesburg is like an awkward somewhat juvenile delinquent teenager that will blossom in to a truly great grown up city of exceptional potential.
The thing is Johannesburg already was a booming economic hub back in the day. I’d argue it already went through its grown up faze and now it’s like an old man limping along till he kicks it
@@yourfriendlyneighbourhoods8202 Interesting perspective. Perhaps CBD Johannesburg had its boom period when it sat on top of a gold mine, but the money and vibrancy moved out to the Northern suburbs, Sandton area, Melrose, Rosebank, etc. I own property in Modderfontein, it is beautiful there around the reserve. World class.
The Argentina shirt was signed by Maradona himself. It's even written his first name Diego on it. P.S.: Thanks for the video. South Africa reminds me of my own country, Brasil, in all the beauties and problems. It's incredible how similar we are.
As a kid, Hillbrow was amazing! It was the Manhattan of Africa, safe and full of immigrants with great restaurants, night life. Sad to see how it has been destroyed.
Probably overseas running away from the problems u created. Group Areas Act. I graduated from Wits in 1994, as students we knew very well after 7pm u had to leave Hillbrow bcos were going to be assaulted or even killed by racists white people. STFU and stay were u are.
Another great video, Slava! I've been to South Africa myself (in 2004, was there for one year), and I have to admit that it has changed a lot. Hillboro was a place with a questionable reputation back then, but I do see big improvements in the city. When I was there, I could get along better with the black population, because the whites were still quite rough and racist in their way of dealing with the blacks. I remember that I regularly took the train from Durban to Umkomaas. Those trains were only used by the blacks and the whites could not understand that I, as a white foreigner, took the "dangerous" train. I never had anything for the black population there. I had the feeling that I was better with them, because of my attitude towards them. Mind you, there were a lot more positive whites back then, but still in the minority.
The good, the bad, and the ugly-this video captures it all, and even Clint Eastwood would be impressed by the reality it portrays about our beloved city, Johannesburg. It's the best city in the world, where the beauty lies in its contrasts: an unequal society living side by side, yet thriving in its unique way. This video challenges the narrative often pushed by Western media, which tends to depict Africa in a negative light. Well done on showcasing the vibrant and multifaceted nature of Joburg! This is exactly the kind of content we love to see-keep it up
Most of the people who moved into Hillbrow and the artists in Maboneng aren't even South Africans but come from other countries in Africa. That's who lives in the hijacked buildings as was seen in the Alberts Street fire 35:02
Yep, all of those artists interviewed were foreigners. At this point, There’s no place in South Africa that doesn’t have illegals. I live in Boksburg and they’re everywhere here. I see them all over East Rand, West Rand, Joburg South, Joburg North etc.
@@LivinginSAtv Love your content bro, that’s how I found out about this channel. Thank you 🙏 although I must say Boksburg doesn’t have much to do. It’s just a place for people to live and go to work. I think Bedfordview, Greenstone and Modderfontein are the best representations for the East Rand as a whole.
You speak of fellow Africans as if they were less. You forget the whole continent stood with you during apartheid and that the balance of trade favours SA compared to other African countries from your exports. produce to
@@alexchui3511that's because you fail to understand why this point was made. There's a reason Jo'burg city centre especially Hilbrow looks the way it does and places like townships (Soweto) and rural areas look way better and cleaner. This thing of always bringing up apartheid and who helped who, where and whatever else isn't going help change the situation and the state our country finds itself in. The truth is, a visitor is not going to take care of your house as well as you do.
Mr. Salva:Thanks you so much for this new remarkable video today’s from Johannesburg, South Africa 🇿🇦 to shows those amazing places on the streets in January of 2025❤❤❤
I have seen many videos on South Africa and the reality of its cities, this is definitely one of the best, its informative and overall just great I liked every bit of it. Thank you🙏 @CoolVision for sharing this with the world, yeah I am definitely subscribing
Although i watched your visit through Davids channel. I ended up watching yours. I was impressed by how factually and informed you are. Because most videos i have seen are not informed.Another fact that i think was missing was to tell the world all nations of the world love Johannesburg. Thank you for having exposed our country to the world.
As always, a fantastic, insightful video. You really have a talent for showing many different and essential angles of a place in a 46:00 minute video. I’m always amazed at the diverse types of people you find and interact with. Your visit to the ‘hijacked’ building was a window into a slice of life we seldom see. And, you let them tell their story, rather than the typical “Hey, look at me I’m a dangerous place” video that most TH-camrs and journalists show. I am always amazed that even in some of the most dangerous and saddest places, we can find good, decent people who hold onto their humanity. Your videos have a lot more credibility because you do show the good and the bad. It is inspiring to see so many people succeeding making South Africa a good place despite the challenges. I will quibble with one thing. When you compare murder rates in Johannesburg and, for example, Baltimore, you are really comparing apples and oranges. The Johannesburg statistic (37 per 100,000) is for the entire region. The statistic for the Baltimore metro area was 12.5 per 100,000 in 2023 (even less in 2024). Baltimore City’s rate was 45 per 100,000 in 2022 and 35 in 2024. Only about 565,000 people live in Baltimore City out of a metro population of 2.8 million. The higher crime neighborhoods tend to be in the City, although there are fairly safe neighborhoods in the City, too.
Thank you . I use Wikipedia for crime statistics. I see what you’re saying. Anything above 1.5 per 100,000 is alarming. America has a major crime problem too. Especially cities . Most European and Asian cities are much safer
@@realcoolvision Cities in Europe and Asia do have lower murder rates, but I think the situation in the US is more tragic than alarming. To put things in perspective, in 2022 the murder (official) rates were: worldwide - 5.61; the US - 5.8; Russia - 6.8. Do you worry about being murdered in Russia? I’m guessing you don’t. I don’t worry about being murdered in the US. I have never personally known a person who was murdered. 19,252 Americans were murdered in 2023, while 40,990 died in motor vehicle accidents. I drive everyday, but I don’t worry about getting killed whenever I get in a car. If you don’t deal drugs, engage in criminal activities, live with a violent family member, and avoid certain neighborhoods - and that includes the vast majority of us - I think you’re pretty safe in the US (or in Russia).
@@greble11You could say the same about South Africa, we also don't move around worried about being murdered, yes crime is there but most people who end up being murdered are engaged in criminal activities.
I'm surprised that people always want to talk things up. Of course, every city in the world has wonderful and peaceful places. Really every city in the world has something like that. And Johannesburg also has such places. Until then, Johannesburg is no different from any other city. It has its restaurants, nightlife, architecture, museums, etc. Bravo for the minimum standard of a fully functioning city. Until then, Johannesburg is a great city. Now we come to the dark side. Johannesburg has an incredible amount of crime, garbage and other problematic things that are certainly present in every other city - more or less. Yes, Detroit in the USA is a good example of this too. The USA is the richest country in the world, but if cities, whether in a rich or poor country, are unsafe for the population, if problems grow or are only managed, if solutions are not offered, if the population itself does not work on itself, then even the best things about a city are irrelevant. You can write the most beautiful hymns about any city, but as long as the problems are not reduced to a minimum, even the most beautiful praise is useless. Praise in particular leads to people no longer getting involved in changing things for the better. People fall into lethargy and let things continue to rot. Just look at Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Zurich, Taipei, Dubai, etc. Where life is worth living and where the citizens of a city look after their city. Of course there is crime, poverty and homelessness in these cities too, but it is so well reduced that it is no longer noticeable and is the exception rather than the rule. Ask one of the residents in Joburg whether they would prefer to live in one of the cities mentioned above or in Johannesburg. 90% would pack their bags and move away if offered such a choice. That alone is enough to show the state of the city, that the majority would honestly prefer to move away. But since they are not given these opportunities, they accept the little they have. But the problem is not solved by moving away. You're just running away from your own responsibility as a citizen. Every resident of a city is obliged to make life as pleasant as possible for themselves and others. It is the task of every resident. It's not enough to vote for politicians at the next election and hope that alone will bring about a change. It is a mindset that solves things or makes them worse. You should focus less on the politicians and more on the community in your neighborhood. Only when there is a change in the mind will the environment also change. A city is always the face of its inhabitants. If the residents have a “sick” mindset, it also shows in the image of the city. Of course I think it's great to watch such documentaries, but I can't do much with praise. Of course you should always emphasize the beautiful things, but to draw a conclusion at the end that everything is great is wrong. South Africa is still a long way from being a country on a par with Japan, Switzerland, the Arab Emirates or Taiwan. Sorry, but that's a fact. South Africa has plenty of natural resources and would be on a par with the above-mentioned countries in economic terms, but the mindset of the people is the problem and is dragging the country down in its level and this needs to be changed. ANC has contributed a lot to the fact that this unhealthy mindset has prevailed. That is all I am saying. And before I forget: Cape Town, Durban, Nelson Mandela Bay, Johannesburg are among the top 30 cities with the highest homicide rate in the world. 4 cities from South Africa alone are in the top 30 out of over 1,734,921 cities worldwide. Only the Mexicans manage to have worse conditions in some of their gang-infested cities. There is nothing to be proud of. As long as a woman can't safely walk alone at 3 a.m., a city is failed. Therefore less praise and more criticism and as a South African you don't have to be satisfied with less than a woman can safely walk at 3 o'clock at night. As long as that is not the case, you have to work on yourself as an individual and as a society.
Wow, this is so true. This has always been my take on crime. If a woman is not safe then walk home at two in the morning, then there’s something wrong in that city. Appreciate the comment.
What a fantastic video. You really covered it. Well done for lining up some interesting people to interview. I went to Joburg last year due to JNB being the air hub for Africa. The usual advice was to stay at the airport and wait for the connecting flight but I was glad stayed on to look around for a few days. Sadly I didn't have time to explore in the way you did. I stayed in Sandton which was ideal (went to a classical concert and theatre) and spent a day at Ponte City and Hillbrow thanks to the excellent guides of the charity Dlala Nje. I could talk at length, but let's just say it's fascinating and eye-opening!
Yes, everything you said is correct. You can only know Joburg in two ways by being curious and courageous and knowing a local that knows the city inside out.

Nairobi is now a hub for tech startups, major multinational companies, and international organizations it's even been dubbed the 'Silicon Savannah.'
The 'lens' that Johannesburg will 'always remain the largest city in Africa in terms of development and production' is out of place in light of the vibrancy currently sweeping the continent. Cities like Lagos, Nairobi, and Kigali are on the move and prove that the potential of Africa is not pegged to one city.
Africa is moving, and its cities are. This is the success story about all of them, not about one city's heritage.
Brilliant comment!
@TheBakari1 I have noticed a lot of influx of new companies, but is not being talked about. For every big name going out 5 new ones coming in.
Are you talking about Lagos or Johannesburg? 😂😂 I thought Lagos was the largest city in Africa
This was an accurate depiction of Johannesburg. Great channel subbed instantly.
Wow, amazing story telling. Thank you for showing him around David.
Thank you for the kind words Sam. A true Joburg anthem right here. 😊
Waiting for your content man

Im From America 🇺🇲, Johannesburg looks cool! Reminds me of Atlanta or a mini Chicago, If i ever go to Africa i want my first trip to be Johannesburg ( Or Nairobi or Cape Town)

This guys channel is excellent. He's very easy to understand.
Jozi the heartbeat of South Africa, 🇿🇦🇿🇦
People will be blown away if they see what 300000 USD can buy them in the Joburg housing market. Joburg has around 70 golf courses, hundreds of padel courts and other sporting facilities, and arguably the best weather in the world!
Imagine what all the golf course land could be used for instead. We don’t need that many, they only benefit the elite.
Nairobi has the best weather in the world. Only problem the government is failing the city.
@@TheEndlessSea okay good for you
It's also one of the most dangerous cities in the world. There's a reason why there are electric fences, panic rooms, and armed private security patrols communities.
@@impressivetravels well we all know that! Life is a gamble, my point is that SA could actually be a very decent place to retire and live a lavish lifestyle that's difficult to find in the western world at the price.

I'm from Somaliland I like your video and watch every video you take on this channel. It is an incredible place thank you collision
Oh man I miss the ReaVaya , lol never thought I'd miss the Joburg public bus transit , but I guess it was that good , could go around all over Joburg with those buses , Joburg is really amazing if you know all the right places to go to and the places to avoid , you'll have a blast there

This is a beautiful video about our lovely city. Thanks Slava.
Hard work right here.
Nice, balanced view of Johannesburg.
Thanks for watching. I tried to be fair.

It's impressive hey
Probably the most informative video of Joburg on TH-cam. Good job guys.

Not really
One of best south african showcase videos ive seen in a long time. Thank you
7:35 Diego Maradona's handwriting: "with all my affection and admiration to Mr Mandela".
The part of the hijacked building was said but impressed by the spirit of the guy you interviewed
Thanks!
Welcome!
The best video to show Joburg. Thank you.
And no day off was taken to show you guys this work of art. Slava gave it all. 😊
Hadn't realized you'd rebranded the channel. Always appreciated your perspective and I'm glad to see you thriving. As a Southern Appalachian, I'm proud that you got to experience our culture for a little bit as well.
i live in roodepoort and i must say that jozi is the best city in the best country in the world.thanks for the awesome videos
Still need a lot to do if we want to be compared with many Asian and westerner cities.
Best country in the world is a reach
One day I want to visit South Africa and see it myself 🇮🇪💙🇿🇦
8:15 The hadadas ended me😂😂😂
❤I have watched many of your vlogs about other cities around the world, but this one is 100% unique. I am a South African🇿🇦 and hands down... you did an excellent job with this video. You captured every aspect of Jozi, from hijacked buildings to luxurious estates and Soweto + the history of the country as well. Great one Slava. Next time you should do Durban and Cape Town cities. By bye
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. Cape Town is next on my list.
I hope SA got a great leader that really care about the country
The gentleman showing you around the hijacked building is quite articulate...His English vocabulary is impressive. I wonder what his story is. How did he end up where he is? It will be interesting to know
I could hear a Durban accent in him.
Exactly what I was thinking. He and the homeless guy living in the abandoned building both speak so well.

Hello from USA, thanks you for this great video on Johannesburg.
This was an awesome video to watch!
Hey man. I love you videos. I have been a subscriber of RussianPlus for years! Welcome to my city! Hope you have a great time while you're here.
Beautifully said! Thank you
If we remove the kleptomaniac politicians we are moving
Yeah, most of the people in Hillbrow and the artists in Maboneng aren't even South Africans but come from other countries in Africa.
I really, deeply appreciate you making this video. You are doing great work!😊
I think TH-cam is not recommending South Africa related videos to people. Very good videos about SA, but very few views.
We'll get there. Sometimes it takes time :)
Let's change that and all share!
The Argentina shirt was signed by Maradona himself. It's even written his first name Diego on it.
P.S.: Thanks for the video. South Africa reminds me of my own country, Brasil, in all the beauties and problems. It's incredible how similar we are.
Obrigado de todos nos deste lado!😊
As a kid, Hillbrow was amazing! It was the Manhattan of Africa, safe and full of immigrants with great restaurants, night life. Sad to see how it has been destroyed.
Probably overseas running away from the problems u created. Group Areas Act. I graduated from Wits in 1994, as students we knew very well after 7pm u had to leave Hillbrow bcos were going to be assaulted or even killed by racists white people. STFU and stay were u are.
And you yourself left your country to America and wonder why things have changed
Really sad, in the 2000's under the Mbeki regime i lived in pretoria. Last year i visited the state of the nation is worrisome.
Probably the best and balanced video on Jozi
The good, the bad, and the ugly-this video captures it all, and even Clint Eastwood would be impressed by the reality it portrays about our beloved city, Johannesburg. It's the best city in the world, where the beauty lies in its contrasts: an unequal society living side by side, yet thriving in its unique way. This video challenges the narrative often pushed by Western media, which tends to depict Africa in a negative light. Well done on showcasing the vibrant and multifaceted nature of Joburg! This is exactly the kind of content we love to see-keep it up
Thanks for your comment. Share it and like it because he deserves it. 👍
@@GrootmanSiphowe need to do content on that side 😂
There’s pretty cool stuff there and I wouldn’t mind visiting Joburg.
Book the ticket!
Mr. Salva:Thanks you so much for this new remarkable video today’s from Johannesburg, South Africa 🇿🇦 to shows those amazing places on the streets in January of 2025❤❤❤
JUST FYI. About 70 or 80% or people in CBD are foreigners, even the people you interviewed there majority are foreigners from other African countries.
Korrek, exactly
Why?
@ don’t know why, but it’s just CBD that’s dense with foreigners, not the entire Johannesburg
Responsible for all the inner city decay. The ANC government is not fit to run the country
Not just foreigners, but illegal economic migrants and Joburg looks like that because of them.
I have seen many videos on South Africa and the reality of its cities, this is definitely one of the best, its informative and overall just great I liked every bit of it. Thank you🙏 @CoolVision for sharing this with the world, yeah I am definitely subscribing
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

@@realcoolvision Don't forget to visit the townships and Cape flats as well to get a nice balanced view of Cape Town Slava
Wow 😮you guys tried a big lot to shoot all the content helpful not only to the world but South Africans at large. Thank you Vision 2000 well done! 🙏🏽
Appreciate it, I’m glad you like it.
And before I forget:
Cape Town, Durban, Nelson Mandela Bay, Johannesburg are among the top 30 cities with the highest homicide rate in the world.
I LOVE this video- all the interviews, information, and sites. Thank you, Slava!
Thank you for your magic update! I left this beautiful place years ago, having worked in the city center. I am so happy to see that JHB is getting back to top standards again. Lovely country, great people and the best rugby team worldwide.

Well balance view! jo burg is nowhere near collapsing!! Great city , I reside in here
For all the doubters. There are people in this city who care.
Its collapsing pretty hard, lots of illegal immigration, broken infratructure, extreme corruption
@bijosn but millions live and work in wonderful Suburbs.
Johannesburg isn't that bad. Not that good either, but not as bad as purported (or not everywhere at least).
People on the ground know the media always exaggerates. If the public only saw the positivity media will be forced to change the narrative.
