No one cares about graphics single player narrative. Give us a playable game with two provinces summerset isle and cyrodiil. Synopsis - the Dragonborn topples the mede usurper, he is Talos incarnate smashes the Thalmor from Cyrodiil and reforges the Septim Empire to its former glory. They can either max out the build up of morrowind, oblivion and skyrim or lose it all.
@@M_Uchiha You know what, we do kinda know what happened to them. The main quest of Morrowind kinda revolves around their disappearance... But we actually don't know if they just vanished or they were sent to some other kind of dimension. If that were the case then it would be possible they could be brought back, but I for one I'm the type that thinks they actually just vanished. For messing with things they should've not in the first place. Their story is so cool tbh And I feel the same way like you, years ago I used to fantasize about the next TES game where, instead of taking place in the future, like every game of the franchise have done up until now, it takes place in the past... With the Dwemer still around! That would be so cool. You just reminded me of that.
@@kaydotcontent Yes, you're right! And if we go back a couple of generations, we could even see more about the Ancient Falmer, it would be very interesting to see both sides and compare the ancient Dwemer and Falmer to the last ones of their race in Morrowind and Skyrim Dawnguard!
Im thinking there might be Orsinium DLC as well, as its in that area, and going off how the dragonborn DLC took place in solstheim and dealt with hermaius mora, its possible there could be a DLC taking place in Orsinium and interacting with Malacath
I like that idea! Orsinium is the site of one of my favorite DLC's for the MMO, and I would love to revisit the location in a single player game set centuries later.
@@Dani_Reasor think of how much sense it would make. Orsinium keeps getting invaded and destroyed. Imagine if the thalmor tried to invade and conquer orsinium and Malacath is just like "this is NOT happening again", especially if it was by the altmer, which if I remember right, the orcs used to be be altmer who worshipped trinimac, so realistically Malacath would probably see that as a HUGE slap in the face and reach out to the player character after hearing of what they've accomplished. Also wouldn't the thalmor see the orcs who openly worship Malacath as treasonous, as they still worship "trinimac" after he was transformed and cast out?
It should _NOT_ be DLC mate. It should be in the base game and play a significant role in the main quest, just like it did in TES2: Daggerfall. The difference with Solstheim is that it's not connected to Skyrim by land, whereas The Free City-State of Orsinium IS directly connected to the Independent Province of Hammerfell, and depending on who you ask, is literally A PART of it.
You forgot to mention two things! TES 6 will have large scale auto generated territories between cities (I think Todd said this in some interrview). And as a result, magic and magical beings (like vampires, werewolves etc - according to Todd again) will be a MUCH rarer sight to see or come across. The reason is why we had them by the every corner in the past games is the small territories, so the mundane and supernatural were basically at the same spots. This gonna be different in TES 6 which gonna take a more realistic approach. And my guess, since we return to Illiac Bay (as was hinted in the early Starfield trailer, where the TES 6 schematic map was spoilt on one of the shots), we gonna have ships and sailing, maybe with naval battles too.
FUCK i'd love that. I dream of an "almost" 1:1 fantasy RPG. Elder scrolls games should stop trying to replicate a full country, as skyrim feels RIDICULOUSLY small nowadays
tbf i don't think it makes sense for it to be just iliac bay, because if the candles really are a teaser to hammerfell, they wouldve placed it at iliac bay, not there. for the procedurally generated portion: can you please send a link to that interview?? they already tried that with arena and daggerfall (which was set in iliac bay) not sure if they will do that again cuz the world would feel way more barren and soulless imho
I hope it's not auto generated, the exploration will be really boring and souless if that's the case, especially after experiencing starfield, which had some horrible exploration so hopefully they decide against doing it again. Part of why I play tes is because it's all the fantasy elements, otherwise I'd play kingdom come deliverance. I'd rather a map that isn't filled with large empty spaces and causes fantasy enemies to be rare.
The elder scrolls and fallout actually won’t be exclusively on Xbox. Todd Howard has stated himself that he wouldn’t do that to the fans of his game who have been playing TES and Fallout on PC or PlayStation for years already

Just thinking of how much lore is in this game and all of it ties in and there is so much still being discovered, it really is no wonder it takes so many years. Id rather they get it right anyways
Skyrim needed an extra 6 months of development time but instead had to make that stupid 11-11-11 date and ended up leaving a lot of things unfinished. I hope they don't do that with TES VI.
As TES 6 will essentially be set in the same region as TES 2 Daggerfall, the Illiac Bay, I think it would be awesome for them also to do some spinoffs like they used to where games are set in unexplored regions or even other continents like Akavir or Pyandonea. Yes there is technically a game set in Black Marsh, TES Travels stormhold which I've played and ur just stuck in a linear dungeon the whole time. Would be cool to see a full game set in that region
I’ve always felt like elder scrolls games lacked any kinda reward for completing the main quest line. I’ve wanted to be emperor or high king so bad. I enjoyed fable 3 because you became the king and made a bunch of decisions that affected the world.
I don't know. Your whole identity is to be an adventurer not a ruler. Sure you can be the Guild master or smt but how are you even going to rule an empire if you're out there looting caves and ruins half the time.
Nah man y’all are boring. How could you NOT want to be the king or emperor and have a sick war quest line or make sick economic decisions that effect gameplay.
I think a really cool throwback to older video game times, and also because we deserve at least this as a community for waiting (in support) so long, would be that Bethesda should consider releasing a demo version of the game (since the early area is already playable) in conjunction with their official release date trailer. Just like a pre-equipped character in the starting region, maybe even a smaller area we can explore, and like just one clear a bandit camp mission and that's it. Can't think of a better way to hype up elder scrolls 6 more than just giving fans a free taste of what they're been waiting so long for.
Was way more keen for Elsweyr/Vallenwood for drastic environmental and cultural change. But maybe they felt the Bosmers homeland is still too difficult to pull off.

Yeah they always hint at the next title like this. Morrowind mentioned Cyrodiil constantly, Oblivion mentioned Skyrim constantly, Skyrim mentions Hammerfell constantly.
The theories are interesting as hell can’t imagine how in depth the lore is for elder scrolls . Was watching the 1st elder scrolls gameplay and it was just ahead of it’s time , allowing you to explore most of places
I have very little faith in Bethesda anymore, and I’m saying this as someone who has played and loves all their stuff from morrowind to fallout 4. Only reason I hold out any hope at all for ES6 is because Scrolls has been one of my favorite game worlds for a while and I’ve been wanting this game for a decade
I trust Bethesda. They don’t always deliver with fallout, but Elder scrolls is their baby. They will 100% make a game that is just as playable as Skyrim if not more!!!!
Well, Speculation or so: "ES6" Is in a playable state according to Bethesda. The beginning of the game is in production & Going to use the Creation engine 2. The same engine they are using for Starfield. It's best not to be naive, Because Todd Also mentioned that ES6 & FO5 Won't take as long as Starfield for good reason. That is because ES6 & FO5 is already a franchise that the storyline & playability is finished. But now just the Landscape: Quests & Longevity is going to take us to play 20+ Years is his goal and his confidence on this is settled. His subtle Hint's that the Community of Modders is also going to play a gigantic role in the production of the game. That is why some of Skyrim's engines or "Mods" are featuring different perspectives, and we are already getting "Snips" OF the possibilities of ES6 Engine & Capabilities being slowly accomplished by using their more advanced Engine. (Though not confirmed)
When you said Hammerfell of the Redguards, I started spazzing out 😅 I've been a Redguard since 2011, and I'll probably always be at this point ❤ I dont mind the wait for VI, it's well worth it
I was so eager to see the trailer when I started thinking about it. Then I saw how old it was and realized I totally forgot that it came out years ago....... It'll be fun to play when it's released in a decade.
After Cyrodil and Skyrim being rather similar in quite a few ways in terms of environment, Hammerfell would be a welcome change in general biomes. Also want the Thalmor to have more personality, perhaps even playable, whether they succeed or fail.
AWESOME STORY IDEA: it would be awesome to have the story revolve around uncovering the secret of the dwemer disappearance and bringing them back into the world as a playable race for the next game... and populating dwarven strongholds once again.
It would be cool if exploration actually meant anything besides a generated chest of worthless junk at the end of dungeons and stumbling on meaningless, baby-simple quests in a hamlet of 6 houses that Bethesda calls a city
I remember years ago they showed a minor trailer type thing, and someone was all “they copyrighted the phrase redfall, so its most likely in Hammerfall home of the Redguard” and then red fall turned out to be a different game. They’ve been making it for so long, so it’s probably got a better story than Halo 5& Infinite, I’m expecting a HUGE game, an amazing one.
I know hearing that this game is set next to Skyrim is kinda upsetting I was hopping for a tamriel map with most maps put together.. I wanna see oblivion and morrowind with these new graphics .. but I guess not..
I hope we get something dwemer. I don't want them specifically but maybe some off spring. Maybe they pop back into existence and they are just as confused as us and now everyone just has to get along and try and figure things out as these new dwemer try and figure out what happened with us. It would keep the mystery alive while adding a new species. Maybe as a...eh idk Deep Elf. We would get the ability to move our physical body into another plane of reality for a small amount of time. Again I'm not suggesting actual dwemer but their off spring. Maybe they got separated and the Deep Elf's wound up back to our plane of existence but have zero idea about anything regarding their parent species. Keeps the mystery alive and brings some more fun, maybe they would be really good craftsmen and dwemer machines would start appearing more often around the world. Maybe reserved for royals or military. It would be cool
@@bierwolf8360 no it doesnt? you literally see the three "spikes" in the terrain north of hammerfell and also the crater left by the mage who blew everything up
@@ultratronger you have fallen in my trap. It's physically impossible to be that coast you mention due to one little detail: the sun is over the sea. If what you say is true, the sun would be to the north, which is impossible. I like how Mario and Luigi showed up and Fry from Futurama. What about Batman? What about Wonder Woman? What about Superman? What about all such characters that would love Skyrim.
I think they set up the next story at the end of Skyrim's civil war story. Where both General Tullius and Ulfric will say they think the peace will be short lived and Tullius mentions that he doesn't trust the peace he has with the Thalmor. Also putting on the tactic hat the Thalmor would want Skyrim so they could hit the empire from the north since Skyrim is not particularly strong in terms of it army or is resource rich so the empire/Thalmor would likely win the civil war and the mountains would be hard to attack from Cyrodiil. Also in ESO there is only one zone for Hammerfell (three if you count part of Craglorn and Bangkorai) and they have no plans of any more zones there I don't think. Not to mention Hammerfell is basically confirmed in that trailer since the 3 peninsulas are the 3 on the coast of Hammerfell in the Illiac bay, they are also independent from the empire and Thalmor if I'm correct. I think this sets up the second great war between the Thalmor and empire and what ever other random ass Daedric invasion or insurrection/ world ending event that makes Chicago look like a utopia and taking place in Hammerfell and High Rock, mainly the Glenumbra and Stormhaven regions. (I hope I get to be a drug lord running skooma and moonsugar through Hammerfell and High Rock in the Illiac bay and exploiting the war for money). (S tier Thieves guild story change my mind.)
I mean I assume TES 6 will also be set in the 4th era after Skyrim, meaning the most up to date info of the illiac bay would be based off Daggerfall as it's set early third era and ESO is set 2nd era right?
The trailer didn't show Hammerfell, guaranteed, unless they were on drugs when they made it. I know many "popular TH-camrs" have propagated it, but they're dead wrong. I can elaborate if you need, but the trailer definetly shows High Rock (but yes, I also believe it'll encompass both regions)
@@bierwolf8360 If you look at a map of tamriel it has those three peninsulas also we can the the big spell scar/ crator thing. Unless that's not in hammerfell. It's a location in eso in craglorn part of which is in hammerfell and eso is cannon.
@@helmofneitiznot1134 I know about those three peninsulas but they're really not that distinctive. What's much more important is the position of the sun in the trailer. It's on the right side, over the ocean. If this shoreline is the one you claim, it's a northern shore - which would mean the sun is in the north. It never is (even in TES, the sun rises in the east, is highest in the south and sets in the west). Thus, by the sun's position and the shadows cast, we can conclude it's not a northern coast. The shadows fall long, which points to either dawn or dusk, ruling out a southern coast. Only west or east remain. In the trailer, we see seagulls flying towards the ocean. They do so in the morning. This is an east coast. From the flora and landscape, the trailer isn't set in Morrowind, Black Marsh nor the Summerset Isles. Where does it fit? In the Rivenspire, in High Rock
What would be fantastic is if we were able to travel to different regions of Tamriel. Maybe not the entire region but at least small parts. Just imagine being able to visit Whiterun with the new engine, graphics and all that.

I really hope for a quest relating to the disappearance of the dwemer!
We already know what happened to them.
You haven't played Morrowind?
I absolutely recommend you to do it
@@kaydotcontent I know it but I mean a quest like idk travelling back in time and meeting them or trying to get them back on Nirn for example!
Their story is so cool tbh
And I feel the same way like you, years ago I used to fantasize about the next TES game where, instead of taking place in the future, like every game of the franchise have done up until now, it takes place in the past... With the Dwemer still around!
That would be so cool. You just reminded me of that.
Btw the last living Dwemer appears in Morrowind.
Nah son, Malacath is shit (literally) give us Sanguine.
Sounds a little out there tbh
tbf i don't think it makes sense for it to be just iliac bay, because if the candles really are a teaser to hammerfell, they wouldve placed it at iliac bay, not there.
for the procedurally generated portion: can you please send a link to that interview?? they already tried that with arena and daggerfall (which was set in iliac bay) not sure if they will do that again cuz the world would feel way more barren and soulless imho
Starfield has definitely proven that this would be a TERRIBLE idea
The elder scrolls and fallout actually won’t be exclusively on Xbox. Todd Howard has stated himself that he wouldn’t do that to the fans of his game who have been playing TES and Fallout on PC or PlayStation for years already
Yeah right . Keep praying . I hope is not an exclusive so ponies can play but at the same time look at Starfield.
@@demoflow starfield will be an exclusive because it’s a standalone title and Bethesda needs to provide Microsoft at least one good exclusive game and I’m sure there will be more to come but Todd has said already that TES and Fallout will NOT be exclusively on Xbox. Praying they get it right. A piece of me will die if they don’t haha
They most likely haven’t even started let’s be honest
That’s awesome about Shirley. Never heard of her until today but that’s great
Skyrim has wonderful music, lore, mysteries and big open map. I also loved the survival mode❤
I’ve always felt like elder scrolls games lacked any kinda reward for completing the main quest line. I’ve wanted to be emperor or high king so bad. I enjoyed fable 3 because you became the king and made a bunch of decisions that affected the world.
Nah don’t compare that shit to this. Fable 3 don’t even hang with fable 1
I don't know. Your whole identity is to be an adventurer not a ruler. Sure you can be the Guild master or smt but how are you even going to rule an empire if you're out there looting caves and ruins half the time.
Making the player a king or an emperor is the worst idea.
Nah man y’all are boring. How could you NOT want to be the king or emperor and have a sick war quest line or make sick economic decisions that effect gameplay.
@@Punkjagger there are other games for that.

I’ve been waiting 12 years for this video. I’m ecstatic that we finally have 7 FULL minutes of content from Bethesda on this game..
The music just makes me feel so right
I have very little faith in Bethesda anymore, and I’m saying this as someone who has played and loves all their stuff from morrowind to fallout 4.
My theory would be Hammerfell, with Orsinium added as a DLC
It shouldn't be a big surprise that tes 5 to 6 will be biggest leap in graphics. It has been 12 years
When you said Hammerfell of the Redguards, I started spazzing out 😅 I've been a Redguard since 2011, and I'll probably always be at this point ❤ I dont mind the wait for VI, it's well worth it
they better let you become a vampire or a werewolf and give them more powers
Or a Lich that would be rad
I was so eager to see the trailer when I started thinking about it. Then I saw how old it was and realized I totally forgot that it came out years ago....... It'll be fun to play when it's released in a decade.
After Cyrodil and Skyrim being rather similar in quite a few ways in terms of environment, Hammerfell would be a welcome change in general biomes. Also want the Thalmor to have more personality, perhaps even playable, whether they succeed or fail.

It would be cool if exploration actually meant anything besides a generated chest of worthless junk at the end of dungeons and stumbling on meaningless, baby-simple quests in a hamlet of 6 houses that Bethesda calls a city
Take a drink every time the guy says "Playable state".
The fact that Jeremy Soule won't make the music for it like he did for Skyrim means the game is already worse than it's predecessor...
This game has so much potential they should give you access to all of the whole world
I know hearing that this game is set next to Skyrim is kinda upsetting I was hopping for a tamriel map with most maps put together.. I wanna see oblivion and morrowind with these new graphics .. but I guess not..
Jesus Christ! Given how Starfield has landed, I’m now terrified for the release of ES6!

Let's be honest this game will only be a shadow of skyrim.
Oh the Thalmor DEFINITELY have something cooking up for TES VI th-cam.com/video/Cki7_jufwgY/w-d-xo.html
1:21 all I needed to hear thank you!
