Lemon Cobbler 🍋/Pam's Cutting Board

- If you like sweet and tart you will love this cobbler. It's easy and very simple with very few ingredients.
1 stick of butter
1 c self rising or all purpose flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 c sugar
1 c buttermilk
1 t vanilla extract
1 t lemon extract
2 1/2 c homemade lemon pie filling or 21 oz can of lemon pie filling
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes in a 9*13 or if you bake in a 9*9 it may take 45 to 50 minutes

Yum yum on the chicken and dumplings. One of my favorite meals. This cobbler will go perfect with your meal. What a beautiful name your granddaughter has.

Oh you have to make it. It's so good. I love lemon. Go to the lemon Meringue Pie and I have the recipe for the lemon pudding. You can use this in the cobbler or buy lemon pudding but it's better homemade 😋

Thank you we just started in September so we are new. We have met some great folks through TH-cam and it is a great community. Thank you so much. We started out cooking but God quickly turned it into a ministry for praying for others and their needs. We still have cooking but God plays a huge role too

I'd like request prayer. I am slated to get a promotion at work and some of the new duties are going to be difficult to learn. I am excited and nervous about the challenge and would ask for prayer during the time of transition so that I may be a blessing to my organization and enjoy fulfillment in my work. I appreciate you both and I am going to try that cobbler!

Wayne here I had a second mother when I was growing up she took care of me and my friend Larry as we would come up to her home and listen to 45 records with her daughter Susan her name was also Betty Roberts and yes I do remember Peyton's Pizza they had the best hamburger you could ever eat I was very good friends with Peyton's brother I usually ate there everyday for lunch I don't know where you live but I'm going to say it's a small world and I'm glad that we have met just your name brings back so many good memories God bless you and yours happy mother's Day take care and see you on the cutting board bye-bye
Pray for my brother in law Danny still has side affects from chemo.
And for my best friend Kathy we became friends 49 years ago as kids at church.and we've kept in touch all these years she lives 2 hrs. Away.Shes had nerve damage in her hands and arms and her blood sugar runs high,she trys to work every day and it's hard on her. But she has too her husband has a bad heart and can't work. Thank you.
I have added both of them to our prayer book and we will be praying for them as well as you. Thank you
