yumi might be my favourite comedian, the way she can set up a joke is unparalleled. i’m an asian woman thinking about going into stand up and this is the representation i needed to see.
I love that 20 seconds in, the crowd are a bit unsure and then she follows up with "Hokkaido? Never heard of it." And it's so perfectly delivered that you can hear them all immediately love her.

I’m a (new) big fan. Most of this set is great, but I felt that the ring joke doesn’t land as well now that you’re hair is brown. The rest of the set was stellar.
