When she passed in 95 in had around 40K miles on it. My aunt sold it for $1300. Had no rust but no shine to the paint, in side was mint. Wish I’d bought it.
Oh and i almost forgot....dual carbs but no air filter at all lol. Just sucking dirt and debris strait into the cylinders to scratch the hell out of them and the rings.
Wow that trunk and all the bubbling occuring at all the red light areas that show me from working in a restoration shop that it is going to be a nightmare for whoever buys that car. The market is ruined anymore, I hate to say it i have been watching you for years now and what people are doing to some of these cars to get rid of them is a crime itself. That is why soon when the retirement comes I will be showing up, fore warning I am the restoration guy that you are going to have to sell to my friend. This brings back a lot of memories I had a 68 that someone dropped a 426 hemi into original 318 car flat hood sleeper all black with a 727 automatic. For any Mopar guy this is a solid car you can work with.
@@mikesteelheart Having the car all black with just the American torque thrust wheels on it 3:91 gearing it fooled a lot of people it was always fun to pull in a gas station and the kid pumping the gas ask 'Check your oil Mr" He always was surprised at the sight of a NASCAR Hemi under the hood.
Luckily, these are still easy to find. I almost had one of these, 700 horsepower engine, the guy built it himself, every nut and bolt restored, wanted to sell it for $2,500 because he had so many cars in his driveway...no joke... I was literally that broke and couldn't afford it though
Back when I was young I owned one similar now am older but was nice to ride along and get just a little of that feeling back and the memories of those days Thank you for the ride
another awesome mopar classic 440 quad 4 speed low gears built for the quarter mile very well priced not many 68 coronets around with 440s and 4 speeds especially the hurst pistol grip set up great video
What a cool car and I love the purple, its a project though maybe just a little high on the price but really nice. I love watching you drive what I call the giggle cars, every time the wheels let loose you giggle lol what a fun job.
I could fix the chips in the paint in 1 hour. No filter on the Carborator will allow all the dirt and debris to get inside the engine. I would not show the Car until you address that issue. But I like it, except for the 5-7 miles per gallon it probably gets. I bet it's fast though! Have a good day.

30k is a decent price for an amazing piece of Classic American muscle art. Little rough around the edges but it will go to a great home soon. If I had extra cash lying around I would take a trip down to Tennessee from Iowa. Hopefully soon enough🙏.

I know it needs body, interior, and mechanical work, getting the gauges to work, and get a steering wheel horn cover, etc. but that car is badass! Put about 25 grand into it and hang on, mostly paint and interior..

If I lived there I can only imagine all the trespassing tickets I'd rack up. As for the car itself, I drove a pos UPS truck with no power steering for 30 years so that wouldn't be an issue.
Do you guys do anything to the cars to improve them, or just pass them on for profit? I enjoy going to your website weekly but getting tired of cars that can't pass inspection.
Some thing we do before we list the cars for sale. We tell everyone what is wrong with the cars before we sell them. If I had to fix everything I wouldn’t get in half the cars we do. We push 60 cars a month this way and it keeps our prices down. A finished product on most cars would be priced 15-20k more than we list them now. Thank you
Better off setting it up with a Blower if looks is what you want. Otherwise a Dual plane intake manifold and a 650 CFM Holley or other brand carburetor is all you need. And definitely a vacuum secondary
You need a lot of motor to need that many Cubic Feet Per Minute of Fuel. I'd at the very most have 2 small vacuum secondary carburetors on their otherwise it's a Huge waste of Fuel
Hi Nick I would like to come down several times but the 8:20 vehicles I'm interested in has me concerned for they all have the same problem electrical fan blower just about eight out of 10 car switches in the cab don't work and I would have came down there several times but there's never any explanations on why it's always the same problems with these cars I do appreciate honesty and you seem like a fine young man an honest by showing the damage but still wondering why it's always the same electrical problems do you only deal with one seller . If you could explain why this is it just might help . For many ask and I havent heard your explanation I know you don't fix them but then maybe with the same problem car after car you might want to or give us directions on getting them fixed . And to be honest .people at this time want the best car for their money , because less and less people have money for toys and sellers are catching on . I would have made arrangements for two cars one this month and one in April. Found them well put together with not much different in price and no problems . One was 1800 more then yours and the other one was 3200 . Like to do business with you and your family, but admitting you don't do anything other than clean them and hey that's being honest so I appreciate that with you and me finding the prices almost the same with all of the options fixed and in Fairly good shape speak to us speak to your customers that are 22:03 trying to give you sales thank you for reading this and taking the time . Wish you the best and hope we can do some deals . Not picking on you please don't think that . I'm just trying to get moving on some deals. No Financial needed cash buyer only
The cars are 50 to 60 years old and they’re not gonna be perfect. Most of them will be price 20,000 higher with everything fixed and you can find them for 20 to 30,000 higher than our cars if that’s what you’re looking for. Thanks

No need for traction bars on a Mopar, stock, or super stock hemi springs is all it needs.
