You should have gone down either side of the breasts instead of breaking the membrane in the centre. Hope you dont mind my advice. Love your channel, dude. Especially them pies 🥧 you go and buy 👍
That bacon looked good, id have stuffed only that inside the chicken, and dumped all the veg in the bag along with more bacon on top like you did. It would likely take abit longer that way with more meat to cook inside though.
