Dhalsim is, by sheer numbers, actually one of the best characters in MvC2. His ground dash is as fast as Storm's. He's got an 8 directional air dash that's as fast as Magneto's. His flight mode is second to Sentinel's. UNFORTUNATELY, Dhalsim's mobility learning curve is extremely high because of his weird floating mechanism. You have to CONSTANTLY reset the direction to neutral or else he hovers/drills which obviously leaves you open.

She already has super strength, flight, and can absorb memories as well. If she holds on long enough she can keep another mutant's powers. Could you imagine what would happen if she took Wolverine's cellular regeneration, Night Crawler's power of teleportation, Mystic's power of transformation, Xavier's telekinetic powers, the powers of Phoenix, Storm's powers over the elements, and Magneto's hatred for humans. She could have been a Goddess of ultimate power. She makes a great X-men but I think her potential as a villain went to waste.
Absorbing too many powers and memories/consciousnesses will be too much for her. This is exemplified when she came into contact with the Hekatomb, which stored thousands and thousands of minds within, like a psychic bomb, and was detonated. Rogue went into a coma when she absorbed all those minds within the Hekatomb, and was saved only by Gambit kissing the newly born Hope Summers onto her forehead. This got rid of all the minds she had absorbed and finally allowed Rogue to control her powers.

The Rogue/Ken/Thanos team is something. Rogue's combo at 12:11 literaly took my breath away. I've played this game a lot but never saw things like that. It's too bad she wasn't in Marvel Vs Capcom 3.
I love see other character besides the main three being played. I can understand the hype of those characters but just way more interesting to see the others being played. Maybe new tech could evolve from it. It's MAHVEL.
I'll always love this game. Just trying out different teams and assists to see which sets work the best and are the most fun for you. I had a killer Guile/Thanos/Amingo sometimes swap Amingo for Ken. Surprisingly effective and you can get great damage and easy connect on 3 DHCs with how their supers work.
Who is going back to watch Max's MVC2 videos :D I recently started learning MVC2. I am playing with PS2 emulator, it is playable but back,down,forward moves are impossible to do, I don't know why :/

Max, by the way, when you use Jill's Dogs or Zombie, you're supposed to use your sentinel assist at the same timee to cover your ass until the dog or zombie makes it on screen, then you rush forwards, summon sentinel again, do your thing, and then summon more zombies or dogs with another sentinel assist = rinse and repeat. I'm what you'd consider a JPS player. Jill, Psylocke. Sentinel.
